When we first started looking at solar power, we just were not sold on the idea. But then we had a consultation with Solar Pros. They were able to take us step by step thru the benefits and cost to going solar. They are real experts at managing the coordination required between TEP, City of Tucson, and the installation Team. The savings is real and Solar Pros made the transition to solar power simple and easy!

Mark is excellent at his job. He recommended that I get solar panels and walked me through every step of the process for not only my house but my dad’s house as well. He answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable.

The owner of this company was with another company before starting this one. He lied to us about everything!!! Told us we would save money that between our equipment bill and electric bill-combined our bill would be lower then our electricity bill has ever been and we would even have some negative months. We have had solar almost 2 years now , we have never had a negative bill and our equipment bill went up at least a hundred dollars more, so between equipment and electric we have a higher bill! On the rebate on the taxes it’s spread out over multiple years and he did not tell us that. He represented everything very poorly !! We are so disappointed and we were lied to and mislead. Anyone thinking of using him beware we are financially in a bad spot from putting the solar in, nothing he said is truth.

I had the pleasure of having my solar panels installed by Solar Pros AZ. If you're on the fence about it I highly recommend not only going solar but using Solar Pros AZ. Their work is fast, employees are reliable, and they are incredibly courteous.

We purchased solar through Solar Pros (Alex Villanueva, President) we sadly bought his bull, hook line and sinker. To this day, almost a year ago, we have seen so little savings. It may has well not even be installed. Alex lied to us and we believed him. We live in Green Valley and deal with Trico electric, who gives so little credit for the energy they get from the transfer we have seen no savings, especially since we are paying a payment on a 30,000 solar system. Alex has refused to answer our calls. Shame on us for trusting Solar Pros AZ. This company is not recommended.

If you are interested in switch to solar your first step is requesting a quote from Solar Pros AZ. I was able to eliminate my electric bill and start earning credits in as little as 3 months.

I am very dissatisfied with this company’s customer service. Do not believe anything they tell you as it is just a sales pitch to get you to buy solar panels. Anything they promise you be sure to get it in writing as they do not adhere to anything that was actually said. As a consumer I should have known better. Expect to be contacting them frequently because they will not follow up with any issues.

The reps I talked and met with at Solar Pros we’re super knowledgeable and helpful to understand the ins and outs of going solar. They explained the process in a very simplified way alongside showing me exactly what production of energy I was to generate. I was thoroughly pleased with the amount of preparation they spent on our meeting as I had tons of questions and every single one of them was answered. I will be recommending these guys to all my family and friends. Just set up a minute of your time to see for yourself.

I'd give less stars if I could. Since November 2021, this company has been a complete nightmare. Problem after problem and the guys who run the company, Adrian and Alex don't care to resolve the smallest of issues. I've endured countless no call, no shows from this company on scheduled appointments. I've missed time from work. I've been more than patient. It took over a year just to get my system up and running after several failed inspections due to poor installation. Within days, my system stopped working again. I've been promised gift cards for inconvenience and I've been promised reimbursements for not having a working system. My electric bill doubled after install, and now I'm paying the separate cost for my solar system on top of the high electric bills. This has been a never ending nightmare dealing with this company. 2 years later and there has been no follow thru on any of it. All I keep hearing is Alex will call you back. I'm still waiting.

I recently did business with Solar Pros and I highly recommend this company. Everything I asked for and needed they did it. Alex, the President was extreamly helpful and went out of his way for me. I appreciate all the help. If you're looking to save money and go solar they are the ones to contact. Alex was also able to beat the price from 3 other different companies that quoted me. This company seems like they are more about their customers rather than making money. Thank you guys for being efficient with the process.

They messed up on my loan paperwork so in the middle of the project, I had to get a different loan at a higher interest rate which was like triple what originally wasn’t to get. They try to make it right By taking money off the loan and credit and aero seal ducking They never came through on the aero seal. I’ve tried call they never call back. Also there technicians always left trash in my yard. There just to much more to list.

We were tricked. The rep told us we would be paying $80 a month and that is what was written on the contract. But what he didn’t say was that it’s $80 if we made a down payment which we did not. Partially my fault for not reading the contract very carefully. Same thing happened to my brother. And the person I spoke with at the finance company said a lot of people made the same mistake. So our payments are about $40 a month higher than what we expected.. Hopefully this review will help others not make the same mistake.
