I was impressed with the knowledge, expertise, and customer-centric care of the team at all times. They were always available to answer my questions and made sure that the solar panel installation process went smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar panels.

Solar "Bros" is the worst. They installed flat panels over obvious tears on a flat roof. The panels trap water and debris, which has hastened and exacerbated damage to the roof. Now I need to repair the whole roof, which leaks every time it rains. To add insult to injury, they told me that they were going to charge me to remove the panels to fix the roof unless I used their hand-picked roofer. No ethics. No heart.

Over all I think that Solar Pros did a fine job of installing our Solar panels, however the project took nearly six months. Most of which was the fault of TEP not installing the meter.
When we signed up with Alex V. I told him that I needed a Tesla Charger installed in my garage and He told that one of his electricians would stop by to see what should be done. I asked when the new 200 amp replacement box would be put in so the Tesla Charger would be in the same box. He could not tell me.
Next the electrician showed up a week later and said that he was from Solar Pro and wanted to check on where we wanted the Tesla charger. I showed him the electrical box and where the run would go to the garage. The electrician told me that I would have to pay for the charger separate from the solar because it was not part of the contract.
I had the electrician put in the T charger and paid him $1500.
Then I find out that my electrician contracted with solar pro, but he was not set out to do the job.
Two months later the "real electrician" shows up and puts the new 200amp box in but, apparently they did not properly connect my existing Tesla charger. He used number #10 wire spliced to the correct #6 wire and then used a 30 amp Circuit Breaker to replace the needed 60amp CB. This of coerce blew the fuse when I plugged my charger into my Tesla.
When the charger didn't work I checked the main box and found the 30amp fuse in place of a 60amp fuse.
I called the called the electrician and was told that he hooked up #10 wire to the #6 and claimed that #10 was what he had to hook up to. This is Patently faults! (I do believe this was out of spite)
I know #6 wire was run from the Tesla Charger in my garage to the "old" 150amp box, some 60 feet This was done in late May.
The electrician has refused to acknowledge that the man who did the work for me was sent out to do the
    job.
I am baffled that a soon after I sign a contract with Solar Pro a guy shows up to do the work and know one acknowledges that he was an employee of Solar Pro or the Electric company.

Let me start off by saying I have had solar installed on multiple properties in multiple states. Once I moved to Arizona, I had to look for a solar company once again. I had nine different quotes nine different home visits before coming to Solar pros. If it wasn’t one thing, it was another where I was lied to, or wasn’t told the full truth. Once I met Solar pros, I knew it was the company for me. Solar pros are honest, knowledgeable, hard-working group of people. The rep I had was Adrian he was honest and straight to the point. All the lies that other companies gave me I can see the disgust in Adrian ‘s face. Adrian walked me through the installation process, TEP process, federal tax process, the loan process, and so much more. I cannot recommend this company enough!! The nine other solar companies only gave me one solar option while Adrian and his team gave me multiple options and explained the pros and cons of those options. This is a solar company that knows their value, knows the value they bring to their customer, and knows the value of their work. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong when choosing solar pros!! They are with you through the whole installation process and if you have any questions, they’re willing to answer it right away. If there is a pump with the installation process, you don’t have to worry a thing as they will take care of it. My installation process went Super smooth. Once a selected the size of my system I did not have to think about it again. Three months later, my system went live with no effort from me. They took care of everything from permits, talking to my HOA and talking with TEP! If you have any reservations, I would just give them a call so they can answer any question you may have!

The professionalism of Solar Pros was impressive. Their patience and their ability to answer any questions was greatly appreciated.

I was skeptical about solar panels at first, but after talking to Solar Pros, I was convinced that they were the right choice for me. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise way. The installation process was smooth and professional, and I'm already seeing a significant reduction in my electric bill.

This was one of the most unique business experiences I've ever had and I don't mean that in a good way. First and foremost the staff throughout the entire process from salesman to owner were great, little to no complaints there and is the only good thing I can say. But my situation(the company knows this) was messed up essentially from start to finish for ballpark a year and a half, waaaay to much to list. I wouldn't doubt my account holds the record for messing up the most on a customer. Easily!!! Either way I'm glad everything is FINALLY working and done but I'm not sure if all this was worth it. But I'm just one person. Regardless I recommend any other company in Southern AZ...stay away from this place.

Had an error on the app last week and called for service. They told me they’d send someone out last week. No one showed. No I had a different error this week and I called again and spoke to one person early in the week and she scheduled someone and no one came out again. Called a couple days later after hours and a rude male took my information and told me he’d call me back the next day, no call and no technician. I call on Friday and she tells me not only do they only have one technician but at first she said it’s first come first served but then said they prioritize older systems and mine is not the only system that is being pushed back. Also said there are some times when it takes that one technician more than. A day to complete the troubleshooting. Now it’s Friday and Monday is a holiday and I will have to wait until Tuesday, meanwhile my system is not operating at its peak performance.
    Hire more technicians.

I give them one star. They are terrible liars. They told us we were going to save so much that it would pay itself out. They said we would pay solar about $135 a month. What he did not tell us was that we had to put $12,000 down. I did not really want to because we r on our 60s.

My sister in law decided to put solar by them. They are charging her like $300 a month plus electricity. Now they don't answer. They left town n close the shop.

Solar Pro Az is a company that you need to stay away from. There are many Solar Companies in the Tucson area and I would recommend that you go with any of them instead of Solar Pro Az located at 1951 W Grant Rd, Tucson. Their planner missed a very important problem with our installation that changed our time frame from 3 to 8 months before we were able to see any power being produced from our system. They used terms like “prioritized and expedite” when the delays kept coming. Laid blame on TEP for delays while other people, who’s systems were started after ours, were getting installed and connected by TEP with no problem. I was told that we would be compensated for the months that we had to make our payments to the financial institution which we got our loan through that we did not have power from our Solar System and I am waiting to see how that works out. If they decide to send us compensation I will write another review but for now I am sticking with my low rating for this company.

Received an email from the company after this review and an email I sent asking for compensation. Said that they were still going to send me some compensation and asked for me to remove or edit my review. That was almost a month ago and still no compensation. THIS IS HOW THIS COMPANY WORKS. Don't be fooled by their smooth talking salesmen. Look at other companies for your Solar needs.

I made the mistake of allowing one of their "sales managers" to discuss solar with me. Bad experience. He (Carlos) tried to get aggressive with me a tactic reminiscent of door to door sales people from bygone days. He gave me the impression he was just looking for a quick buck. In my experience, salespeople more often than not represent how leadership does business. Do your homework before you believe the solar hype from these guys or any others. As I mentioned to Carlos, sounds like bunch of smoke and mirrors to me...sadly, he didn't understand what that meant. I had to escort him off my property but he promised he would pray for me after making several rude and inappropriate remarks. He actually said he would tell all my neighbors how I treated him. Strange.

I absolutely love this business! From start to finish their service is exceptional. You can truly feel their passion for what they do, which makes the entire process of purchasing solar much easier and more enjoyable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, provided expert advice, and made sure I understood every step. The installation was smooth, and the team was professional and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to switch to solar—it’s an experience you won’t regret!

Everything went smoothly from the beginning intill the end.My question was answered and make me understand he showed me the benefits i will get. Ivan de la Cruz made it clear for me . I will talked it with my friends and recommend to them to do the same.

I thought I'd give them the benefit of not writing a bad review but unfortunately this company and ownership deserves nothing but a bad review. I've always been under the understanding that if you take care of customers they will be repeat customers for life. over a period of 2 years I added too and spent over $65,000.00 for my homes solar. Paid in cash. I reached out again to Alex in July 2024 looking to add 2 more wall batteries. Had 4 text messages over 3 months till my last text in October stating I'd look elsewhere as he will not respond to putting me on the schedule and never text me back since August. It must be nice to have so much business that you don't care about your past customers. I'm shopping for another company now and you can bet any new homes I build will have solar just not from Solar Pros! I didn't even get into all the failings of the install and their only saving grace was they corrected all my concerns. This was the primary reason I wanted to give them another chance. To bad I don't matter enough to them for the most basic follow through.

My husband completely fell for the salesman‘s pitch. I feel like he was bum rushed. They were here the next day installing panels on my roof. That was last June. About two months ago became and installed the panel for the electric solar. I have repeatedly called to ask when my solar is going to be approved and turned on. I’m told that I will have someone call me. Which of course never ever happens. So here it is June 2025. My solar is still not working.
I don’t know how much they pay the young lady who answers the phone there to lie to you. Her name is Theresa and she has lied to me over and over and over. Do not deal with these people!

I had a disappointing experience with Solar Pros. We signed a contract on June 16, 2022, for our solar panel installation, which was supposed to be completed within 180 days. However, the installation did not take place until April 2023—almost a year later.

During our initial meeting, Adrian assured us that the panels would be installed by the end of 2022, allowing us to build credit and avoid high power bills. Unfortunately, that promise was not fulfilled, and we now find ourselves paying both a power bill and for the solar panels.

When we tried to cancel the contract due to the delays, we were threatened with legal action, despite Solar Pros being in breach of contract. After filing a dispute with the financing bank, the owner, Alex, reached out but was quite unprofessional in his communication. He expressed frustration that we didn't contact him first and promised to arrange a meeting, but as of today, March 13, 2025, there has been no follow-up or resolution.

Overall, I feel misled and unsupported throughout this entire process. I cannot recommend Solar Pros based on my experience. I would not recommend goimg with them at all.

This is my second review of SolarProAz. It took 8 months of excuses for these people to finish my install. I was away for the summer when they finished and when I got back this is what they consider a finished job. Wires sticking out of the ground, gravel mixed in with our decorative rocks and all over pavers and in the one photo you can see the pile of stuff they left scattered across our back yard.
Reading both of my posts you will see why you should pick a different installer than solarproaz.

I wish I had read the reviews before hiring Solar Pros to do my solar. I probably would’ve opted for not having solar at all. My electricity bills have not changed.
Though the manager who came to my home in Phoenix, Was very nice and understanding he did make promises that were not true.
The promise of not having an electric bill ever again. The promise of potentially getting a check from the electric company every month is what drove us to the decision of buying our solar panels.
Many times I have called my electric company to find out why my electric is so high after installing $20,000 of solar panels.
I gave the electric company all of the information that I was given by Carlos.
Essentially the advice that I was given by Carlos and Alex was to run my AC on the coldest setting the entire day so my house can cool and I would not use electricity at the times when there were no sun. During the winter to run my heat as high as possible during the day, so my house could be warm and the hours when there is no sun.
According to the electricity company, this is completely wrong.
Not to mention that upon installation, my equipment failed terribly five times before it was able to pass Inspection.
I am completely disappointed in this company.
Anytime I have tried to call somebody from the office I cannot get through. I will leave thousands of messages and they will not respond. I will Send emails and they will not respond. I don’t know what I will do if I ever have an equipment fail When all of the equipment is still under warranty.
Please do your research. Well, if you are buying solar, make sure your electric company is a great carrier.

Alex and his team did a fantastic job installing my solar system. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them for your solar needs.
