Recomend to me called them out told me it was 200.00 which I didn't have an issue with. I sent pics before arrival. Guy came out didn't call me since I was at work wasn't cordiall with my wife who was at home she barely knew he was here. Told my wife my a/c wasn't permitted without knowing it was ready to be permitted yet. Then he left with out informing her what was wrong with my electrical system. I received no calls and then after giving my email address it was still spelled wrong. I called to get the info I needed to get a/c guys back out to finish install and all I got was a voicemail. I still need my quote but I'd be damned if I'm gonna use them.

Charging $105 to provide an estimate is pretty bush league practice. They will not be getting our business.

Mike is the Man! I have an oven stack that uses lots of electricity when all the components are on. The circuit breaker on the 30AMP circuit was tripping every time I used either the upper or lower oven. I was fairly certain the old breaker was worn out, but I was too chicken to mess with it myself ...sooooo... I called JMAC and they sent me Mike. Mike got us back into the cooking game by replacing the breaker. Additionally he recommended running a new heavier line with a larger breaker to eliminate any concern in the future. I believe I will do the additional work with this company. They were super nice, presented reasonable charges, honest and speedy... Highly recommend!

First of all Luis is a top-notch electrician. He came out and made sure that everything that was a concern of the house was fixed. When I searched for an electrician I didn't know the first thing to look for. But I am glad that I got in contact with J-MAC Electric. I highly recommend this company.

Knowledgeable, respectful, prompt, helpful and their electricians really go out of their way to go above and beyond for the customer from working with your schedule to checking in the day after to make sure everything is working. It says a lot about an electrician who will call TEP for you; check in after hours, on their own personal time and will find a way to get right out if you're having a problem.

I worked as a property manger for 15 years, calling electricians out to places almost every day and let me tell you, JMAC so far exceeds the service of any other company out there. I wish I knew this level of service existed before!

I recently had a short that was difficult to find at my house. It was causing the breaker to trip. I called JMAC Electric and they sent out Louis who did a fantastic job! Started bumpy with appointment made. Glad it was resolved really well for me. Also happy in my situation the electrician states he had decades of experience(3 in his words). I had to much time thinking electrical problems were in my home. He says 99% certain that that its in ground issue. If so it's the land owner I rent from is his issue. The land owner's electrician told me it was in my home. My electrician suggested testing with a generator. His 99% was 100% correct. Now I know my dryer and stove are not broken. Including my home's electrical is all good! Thank you!

We had concerns about our electrical panel for our home. I was referred to JMAC by Denny at Temperature Control. JMAC set up an appointment immediately. Rick Curry, Project Manager, came out. He was honest and informative (aka HE KNOWS EVERYTHING ELECTRICAL and I am sure a lot more!) JMAC is super fair in price compared to others. No trip charges for larger projects. We have lived in Tucson 20 years and I wish JMAC had been my electrical "go to" from day one. I have a bunch of his business cards and will be sharing them with friends and neighbors. August 2, 2020 in the midst of an absolute heat wave we needed an outdoor outlet installed under urgent circumstances for our cooling. JMAC was swamped and found a way to squeeze us between two calls. They did not have to go out of their way for us. The work was professionally completed in almost no time. Our electricity failed, July 29th: humidity, heat. Switching breakers did nothing. Phoned JMAC. Call service agents were friendly and knowledgable. Besides engaging us in useful diagnoses, they provided detailed and up-front costs, making sure we understood in advance, before sending someone out. We really appreciated that detail a lot.
We required emergency service and charges. Charges were as described. No surprises. The electrician, Jason was cheerful, professional, efficient and lovely to work with. Excellent experience. Quick service. Completely satisfied.

Yesterday, JMAC installed a tricky light fixture over my dining table. They did an excellent job. The installers were entirely professional and pleasant. They also tidied up nicely when done. I'd happily recommend them.

Our electrician Luis was helpful honest and amazing. He could have easily told us we needed a much costlier repair but he knew his stuff and saved us $$$$.
