Amazing experience with this project. Technician was on time very professional explained every step in detail I am very impressed with their work ethic. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of electrical work. Technician made sure all the outlets in my house worked before departing and putting away all his equipment. Alex was polite and explained everything. He got our power back on quickly and did a big overhaul on a weak circuit the next day.

My electrician was prompt, friendly, respectful and polite. I just recently purchased a home and he was patient and willing to take the time to show me and explain to me different things he was seeing that need to be addressed, some issues now some in the future. I never felt pressured and felt he gave an honest assessment. Was very pleased with the interaction and helping educate me about my home and electrical needs. He completed the jobs professionally. Highly recommend Andre as a technician.

Andre and Matt arrived on time and were very professional in their diagnostic work. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and were able to fix the electrical issue that we had. The entire process from making the appointment on-line to the final clean up was seamless. I would highly recommend them if you need a professional electrician.

On the expensive side. If it weren't for the fact we needed the repair ASAP, I would have found somebody else. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Shop around if you can.

I called with my electrical problem and had an electrician working on it in an hour and a half! Amazing! Patrick quickly diagnosed the problem, acquired and installed the replacement part, and then checked his work. He also recommended some much needed upgrades to my ancient electrical service so it can provide safe and reliable power for the future.

On July 23, 2025 we called Mr. Electric to inquire about having an electrician fix a ceiling pendant; the company said there'd be no charge until he got to the house to examine the concern and found out how much time, materials it would take to fix. Today, is August 25, 2025, the ceiling fixture is still not fixed. Service man didn't know how to locate/change out a transformer said I might as well be better served by trashing the fixture. As of August the 25th, the light still isn't fixed; wrote the company on July 26th with my concerns and as of today, disputing the high charge of $438 on my credit card. Not a reasonable charge for the service completed.

We had Mr Electric out to install 2 exhaust fans into our bathrooms that had no existing exhaust fans. Mr. Electric sent Andre and Angel out to do the work for us. These guys were great. They were both kind and very explanatory during the job, keeping us up to date on the progress. Andre and Angel were very courteous in our home-they taped off the bathrooms with plastic to keep the dust and dirt contained and even wore shoe covers so they didn’t bring any dirt from outside into our home. Half way though the job we had a plumber over to replace our water heater, this resulted in additional work needing to be done by an electrician before we could move forward. We asked Andre and Angel to give us a quote for the additional work - not only did they give us a great, discounted price, but they offered to stay late and complete the second additional job after they were finished with the first. Andre and Angel stayed late to finish all of our work. They walked us through everything they completed, making sure we understand and were happy with the work. Bottom line is we have found a great electrician. We will call Mr. Electric for any electrical jobs in the future and will always request Andre and Angel. Thanks guys!!

Gabriel was great he went over there and with us. He explained everything in detail before he did. It gave us the estimate got things fixed professionally. Was very good and very. You know, highly skilled.

Recently, we contacted Mr Electric for residential service. However, Mr Electric proved to be very unreliable! Twice they failed to show during a stretch of very hot days in Tucson were we were left without air conditioning! They told we had to wait on a stand-by basis until the assigned electrician could get to us! Twice, after failing to show they called us to say the electrician was overbooked for the day! The second time fell on a Friday and they asked if we wanted to reschedule for the following Monday, again on a stand-by basis! Needless to say we were left feeling very uncomfortable and unhappy! We contacted another electrician company and the job was then completed promptly and professionally! We figured, in this case, Mr Electric could use to learn a lesson or two from their competitor! When my electric box exploded and started to smoke I needed an electrician fast. Mr. Electric and Alex came to the rescue. Alex stayed at the house well into the evening to make sure that the new electric box was working and we had electricity on a day with record heat. I'm very happy to recommend Mr. Electric and Alex.

The is the second time we've had the good fortune of having Mr. Electric work on our house. Mark was professional, thorough, and diligent in diagnosing and fixing a complex problem. Our electric system was back up and running faster than expected. Prices are more than fair for the quality of service. You might find a less expensive electrician, but you'll have a hard time finding one that provides better value for the cost.

Mr Electric has done several jobs for me and my opinion as a retired Electrician they are worth the money , The employees are very nice and so is the Office workers so try them for small and large jobs , also have emergency call.

I called Mr. Electric last week and I'm so pleased with the choice. Andre was the electrician dispatched to my home. He was great his job, top notch customer care. In situations like this- totally out of my knowledge base, it's easy to feel talked down to, or disrespected. Andre was the opposite of all that. He was completely professional. Presented with a variety of options, I didn't feel pressured in any way. I was advised the business is woman and veteran owned, which made the whole service call even better. Thanks Andres!
