Alex was amazing, he took his time and he made sure there was not anymore suprises, he communicated very good with me and over all the pease of mind knowing the job was done and its now upto code and my house will survive was just amazing!! I had a great experience with Mr. Electric and my technician, Andre. I needed a new dedicated line ran from my panel all the way across my house to the garage so I could have an electric water heater installed, along with the dedicated shutoff required for code. Andre was quick to come out for an estimate, measured everything, had me sign stuff right on his tablet, and he even moved his schedule around so I could keep my appointment with the plumber. Overall, A+ service and I'd be happy to use them again next time I need electric work. Keep up the good work, Andre!

My outdoor LED strip lighting was not working correctly. Alex the technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue. He was able to get the lights to work correctly. Alex is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in his trade. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue. This young man should be commended. I would not hesitate to call Mr. Electric again for any electrical issues. Thank you.

We’ve always wanted an outlet outside to decorate for the holidays and host birthdays for the family now we finally have the opportunity to do so without running an extension cord from inside! Now we have a new protective outlet! Technician was very polite and after the price we discussed and agreed too he went right to work! We got our outlet installed that same day! Mr. Electric did a wonderful job dealing with our ER electrical issues, including finding some things missed by another electrician. They were super responsive, kept us updated throughout the process and made us feel like their most important customer. Andre and Thor were very professional and took extra steps to keep all our areas clean during the installation and give us advance knowledge when power needed to be shut off. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. We will definitely use them again!

We’ve had two experiences with Mr. electric company and overall they’ve been generally positive. Approximately a month maybe even two ago We had all our breakers replaced. We opted to replace all the breakers and everything was functioning perfectly. I can’t definitively recall if the initial technician that did the breaker swaps or replacements mentioned the main breaker And or if it was included. Fast-forward a month or two we’re now having to do a full panel replacement at a much higher cost, due to the man power breaker failing and sparking all over the place.

Even with this Small inconvenience the new panel was installed the next working day and is functioning perfectly, the technicians or electricians were professional and everything that they did seems flawless and went the extra mile to ensure that the power got turned on.

As a retired Electrician and not having the items needed to hang a fixture on a vaulted ceiling, I called United Electric who I used previously on some HOAs I managed. They let you know when they will be at the location.They are excellent electricians, work clean, and know what they are doing. Their prices are very reasonable and the owner is very pleasant and personable. I would not call anyone else.

In July we had United Electric do some work for us. They sent Jesse and Joey to do the work. First the guys gave us an estimate and then returned in a timely manner to do the job. They put a 220 circuit in the garage and can lights in the living room. Jesse and Joey were very personable and did great work for us. We were very pleased with the job they did. We would totally recommend United Electric. They are honest and do great work in a timely manner.

We were referred to United Electric by friends and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They took care of a few small projects we hadn’t gotten around to—like installing a ceiling fan and connecting our outdoor garage lights to a daylight timer switch that was already connected to the front pathway lights.
