I don't usually do surveys., but I definitely felt like I needed to share my experience for both my husband and myself. I'm always leery about calling people to do any kind of work in my home as I've had bad experiences in the past. This was the best experience we've had in quite some time. I was glad I called Mr Electric to have them service our electrical needs. The gentleman that came out, gabriel, was such a delight as a person and as a worker. He has a personality and a half and a super young man. He was very professional and very knowledgeable and we trusted him totally with the work that we requested to have done. All I can say in closing is that the company Mr Electric is very fortunate to have such a person working for them. I hope that he is appreciated and rewarded for his hard work.

Reasonably priced, fast and efficient. I had a small residential electrical job and called for an appointment. Mr. electric had someone out in no time. Their electrician Mark arrived within the window of time provided for the appointment, assess the situation expertly and was able to do the work right away. The quote was reasonable so I readily agreed. Mark was professional and friendly and got the job done to my satisfaction in a timely fashion. An excellent interaction.

I utilized Mr. electric to address a circuit breaker issue in my main panel that was an afci specific breaker that wouldn’t reset and remained faulty. The technician Alex was dispatched and replaced the breaker with no issues. He was courteous and friendly.

The customer service staff was who I talked to over the phone was very friendly and professional. The electrician was likewise very professional, knew his job, and was very friendly as well. They gave me a very good quote so I accepted the job. Plan on using them again for all my electrical projects.

I needed to have a 4 wire hook-up installed in my home for my new oven. My electrician they sent out was Tim. He was great! He answered all of my questions, walked me through what he was doing, and he has excellent customer service! The pricing for the job was very affordable! I would recommend them to others if they needed electrical work!

Andre and Zach did an outstanding job repairing our hallway three-way switch system which had not been working at all. In addition to replacing the switches and solving the wiring configuration problems, they found exposed copper wire (a safety issue) and fixed that as well.

They took the time to conduct a whole-house review and recommended other services that are needed due primarily to the age of the house.

I would most certainly hire Mr. Electric again, and highly recommend them to others, as well.

Mr Electric was quick to get the quote and schedule my ceiling fan installation. My electrician was Andre, and he was very kind, helpful, and professional. I will be using Mr. Electric for any electrician needs I have in the future

Andre not only fixed my tripped breaker, but ha also gave me loads of pointers and helped me understand the issue I was dealing with, he just really felt like a neighborly electrician.

Mr Electric installed some light fixtures and put in a new outlet for me. Can’t recommend them enough. Andre did the work and was incredibly professional and efficient.

We recently had some small electrical projects at our home, and Gabriel M. from Mr. Electric was fantastic to work with! He was extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable, punctual and very kind. We're so grateful for his expertise and wonderful service. If we need any future electrical work done, we will definitely be calling Mr. Electric again!

Gabriel at Mr. Electric did a fantastic job of installing my Tesla Wall Connector. He was timely and efficient. He communicated with me well enough for me to understand what was being done and what i needed to know. He made sure that everything was picked up and cleaned when he was finished. The new wall charger looks great and is perfectly located for me to park in the garage forward or backwards and still reach the car. Will definitely use them in the future.

Update: 1 year later. I moved houses and needed to move the charger. It’s a simple process of unscrewing the box and then removing the back plate from the wall. Sadly, they stripped out the screws that held the back plate to the wall. So i couldnt remove the backplate without buying the necessary stuff to tap the screws. Instead I got changed $400 for them to fix the problem they created for me. Alex did a great job. He was professional and took his time to make sure everything was setup properly.

Hands down the best electrician in Tucson. Saul was thorough, detailed, knowledgeable and patient. The service quality is truly world class. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

No Electricity, Yeek. Mr Electric to the rescue. They were able to get come out that day. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, and very nice. Had to put in a new electrical box. I will definitely have them again.
