Boris's estimate was way off. He said it wound be $325, then he billed me $475. That was an unpleasant surprise. The guys he had do the work were great though. They're the only reason I don't give 3 stars.

After a good first experience, I was disappointed with A American Electrical when trying to schedule a second job. The owner, Boris, is a nice man and a capable electrician, but in my case I had to call three times before he finally appeared at the job site as promised. No problem with the quality of work, just not happy with lack of follow-through. Just my 2 cents.

This guys are wonderful to work with and Boris stayed in touch with me to make I was in the loop. I had to get it job completed in a two day window and they showed up the next day and took care of the issues. They took time diagnosing the problem using sophisticated tools. I was impressed with their thoroughness They also didn't try to up sell me service I didn't need. I will be calling them back in the future to take care of my electrical needs. They were also were very patient and answered my questions without making feel like an idiot. I consider them to be a First Class Company!

Boris' team helped us replace the entire electrical service at our 84+ year old home including putting in a new 400A main service, replacing the internal wiring, installing new EV chargers, installing exterior cameras, and many other projects around the property. We couldn't be more delighted with the results. Not only was the work excellent, they were extremely flexible in working around our schedule. We recommend their services.

I am really disappointed with Boris. Three years ago, he and his team updated my electrical box. They did a good job- or so I thought. It's only recently, when I decided to install solar panels, that I found out that the final inspection had not been done and that the breakers had not been labeled. When I called him to ask about taking care of the final inspection, he dragged his feet for two weeks.Nothing got done so I took care of it myself.I don't understand why some people can't take pride in what they do and finish what they have been paid to do.

We’ve used A American Electrical for the past 16 years for both our homes. Boris has always came promptly and assessed what we needed. This past visit was for 2 front security lights, one was a new wire and box. Boris and his team came out as scheduled and were friendly, professional and answered all our questions no matter how trivial. I thought I might have to pay a whole lot of money found out it was only a blown fuse they could have told me that it was something else and I had to pay lots of money and they did not I'm glad that people are honest and like to save businesses money I highly recommend this business and they came out same day and they were there in like 20 minutes

An individual working for Sturgeon entered my yard illegally. Opened 2 of my backyard gates, entered my property without knocking, I was home by the way. They left electrical debris and damaged landscaping. Unfortunately they were subcontracted by TEP, our electric company so not much can be done. The Supervisor on site called his boss "Ryan" and I spoke with him and he said that they are supposed to "knock" before entering a yard and he would "address the issue". None of the workers would give me their names nor were any of them wearing badges. I read some of the reviews online and it sounds like a pretty common occurrence.

talked to one of the representatives on the phone about the company blocking our drive way, they didn’t knock on our door or notify that they were gonna work on the power line( we didn’t hire them)
lady was rude and she was rude from the start and raised her voice at me several times. She said “CALM DOWN” when i was giving her my phone number. Horrible service do not recommend.

These employees from Sturgeon are super considerate, knowledgeable, hardworking trustworthy and supportive of their community including volunteering and helping those in need.

Google sent me to the wrong place I was going for driver's licenses and got sent here by Google... the guy behind the counter was great he knew what I was there for before I even asked Lol!!!!😀
