Worst customer service in Tucson. Walked in and have been completely ignored for 30 minutes now by at least 8 employees as I sit here this very moment. Not a single word from a single employee. For lack of a better word... PATHETIC. Walking out of here now. NEVER come here EVER. Independent Electric Supply (IES) is the place to go in tucson

Clean place and great price!

This was the best customer service I've ever received in an electronic parts supply store. The store manager graciously pointed out all the parts I needed for my home project. I left the store very impressed by his intricate electrical and electronic knowledge. This gentleman has an impressive repertoire and resource of facts.

City has great customer service skills. They treat you fair and are very week versed with electric supplies. Awesome guys...Five ⭐ service.

At times they're convenient, but there never much good. Service is slow, they sell a lot of low grade products, and always check your order because some of the staff don't know one part from the next.

It was a very pleasant shopping experience. I shopped Home Depot first and the out of stock issues were atrocious. I should have come here first and spent the $750 I spent there at probably a cheaper price. The wire that I needed City Electric had it for a $100 cheaper based on HD internet price, since HD didn't carry it. So forget the big box store and give City Electric a try at your home improvement project. They didn't give me any grief because I am a home owner doing my own work.
