These people kept a van with a faulty alarm parked outside my apartment for months, any time the wind blew it went off, and the wind blows around the clock! Plus every time I tried to call about it they were rude and acted as if I were the problem! I would rather go through Satan than Cascade electric!

The technition seemed lazy and didn't know what he was doing.I do not believe that he was a journeymen.Possibily an apprentice.He lied to my landlord and told him that I was living in a hoarding situation.And that he could not finish the repairs due to access to outlets.He left me with. No power hence no lighting no way to cook meals no aif conditioning.And my landlord is now trying to evict me because of this guys report.Totally unprofessional.I would not recommend cascade electric to anyone based on my interaction with this company.In fact if I do get evicted because of this I will be suing cascade .

I had them out for 2 seperate visits and had to pay them for each despite the fact they were unable to fix the lighting short. They were however able to give us some additional information that we used to eventually repair the short on our own.

The technician was prompt professional, and personable! He identified the defect in my outlets and his solid repair was in short order. Raoul was exceptional in the value and performance he brought to our home! Thank you Cascade!

Rick made things happen when we needed some work completed in our AAM Tucson Office. We called frantic and they dropped everything to help us. I called on Wednesday morning with an issue we thought would be a major problem. An appointment was made for Thursday morning. Our technician showed up on time, evaluated the situation and was complete in about 1hr 15min. Knowledgeable, friendly and at a very affordable price. Highly recommended!!!

I love Cascade Electric!
They can do anything and everything.
I live in a home with an HOA and the lamp they provide near the street didn't work and I was told to get it done within 30 days.
I called Cascade Electric and they had to dig underground to replace the wire that ran from my home to this lamp and they did this perfectly!
Also, when doing other work, their electrician accidentally broke the globe on my outside entry door light.
The replacement was no longer available so Cascade bought me the new lamp that I suggested and had it installed by their electrician for free.
I only wish the house of representatives had this kind of integrity!
Cascade Electric...you are awesome and you exemplify decency and professionalism in our wonky world today.
