Ambiance Pool service was new to us this year and was recommended by a close friend. I had them replace my pool filter and heater over the last several months... They have a great staff. Are on time, and do excellent work! 5 Stars!!!!

Just had my first major service experience with Ambiance and it went very well. My chlorinator failed and my controller was over 12 years old and needed updating.
Shane finished the job by noon. This was a major plumbing task with the new chlorinator and 2 new computer-controlled valves. It was also a major electrical project with the replacement of the control unit and hookup to the gas heater.
Everything went pretty smoothly. The only hiccup was the connection to our wireless network which required a firmware update in the control system. The only other thing that could have been improved would have been to inform me of the install date - I called 4 days after the quote was approved and learned it was scheduled the next day but I would have preferred they text or e-mail me once the schedule was set. Minor issue. Bottom line is I am very happy with the work and plan to have Ambiance do all the future mechanical/electrical work on our pool/spa system.

We found this company through a neighbor. They had great results so we called. Excellent customer service, support and reasonable pricing. Technicians took great care to answer any and all questions. HIGHLY recommend Ambiance for all your pool needs

The Ambiance team are very friendly and easy to work with. They were very speedy to replace my leaking heater unit which was reducing my pool water level at a very rapid rate - my water bill thanks you for such an efficient repair!

Excellent customer service! From the first call to project completion, our experience was wonderful. In a time where good customer service is hard to come by, Ambiance did not disappoint in any way. We will definitely use them again for any of our future pool repair needs!!!!!

I have had a new 5 star experience with Ambiance and as usual all went well. Shane provided a detailed estimate and explanation of the work required. The proposal was detailed and professional. Shane was punctual and his work was precise. He explained the operation of the new pump and gave good tips. The office staff was also excellent. Process was smooth and all questions answered. If I need pool service I'll be calling them again.

Three years ago I began using Ambiance pool service and have never been disappointed with the quality of their work. Maria and other office staff have been very accommodating and have worked around my schedule. The service technician handling my account is friendly and answered all my questions about the the work he did on my pool cleaning system. I have no concerns or reservations about the quality of their work or the cost of their service. I am also glad they moved their office to West Grant Road, a location that is easily accessible with plenty of parking.

My 27-year-old single-speed pool pump was nearing its end and I wanted a system that would do a better job and save us a little money on electricity. After checking prices for a new variable-speed pump from several pool companies in the area, I texted Ambiance Pool Services on Sunday to see what they could do. To my surprise, Amber from Ambiance called back that day and discussed our pool needs. We got a fair-price quote and ordered the pump on Tuesday. Amber texted that installation was scheduled for the following day! The old pump and plumbing were removed, and the new pump was installed in less than 2 hours by Albert and Ben of Ambiance. Excellent service all around. Amber noted that our old pool equipment had been undersized for our 19,000-gal pool, but never tried to upsell us. Nevertheless, it became apparent to us that we needed a new filter as well, Again Ambiance provided a good deal for upgrading our filter to one that could do the job. It was installed quickly (by Albert) the following morning, and the pump, filter and pool are doing great! I can see from the watts used that it already is saving money compared to our old system. We bought a house with a pool that was in rough shape. We hired Ambiance to drain the pool and switch it to saltwater. They did a fantastic job, and also repaired and replaced some bad plumbing and filter equipment the previous owners used. Ambiance has been servicing the pool now for three months. Their service is outstanding. They are professional and friendly, and they aren't simply people who clean pools. Victor, our Ambiance serviceman, is super knowledgable when it comes to what and how to keep pools operating at the cleanest, safest, and highest levels. He is always on time, always friendly, and always super helpful.

The team at Ambiance were terrific, from the time we called to arrange a diagnostic visit, to the way they delivered the bad news about the cracked heater needing to be replaced, all the way to the price quotes and installation of the new heater (all of which happened in the span of one week total). We poked around a bit online for prices for the new heater, but in the end decided that Ambiance's quoted price was exactly in line with what we saw advertised elsewhere, and their labor costs were completely reasonable. We are very pleased with our overall experience with Ambiance!

These guys really deliver! I called them to repair my shut off valve. The first repair failed, but they were prompt in sending someone else out to trouble shoot and make amends. Daniel, the second repairman was thorough and explained everything that he was doing and why.
I was so impressed that I decided to have them replace my sand filter which was old and leaking. Two days later, I now have a brand new sand filter installed and I received an in depth explanation on how to operate and maintain this new equipment.

I recently bought a home with a pool and the home inspector stated the pool was in pristine condition and I should find out who was servicing it and continue to use them. Ambiance. I love my pool and the technicians that have serviced it and clean it weekly are professional, take the time to educate me and never seem annoyed when I ask questions. and I ask a lot of questions. They respond quickly when I call and I’m just delighted and relieved to have someone care as much about my pool as I do. I highly recommend.

From the time I put in a request to talk to someone through their website to getting the work done, Ambiance was a joy to work with. Their timeline was way faster than I would have expected and the quote for the work was very reasonable. Everyone I talked to was super helpful with great customer service. I would highly recommend!

Attentive, responsive, and fast! The week before Thanksgiving, my old system started spraying water everywhere! I requested a free quote and Daniel was over the very next day. I got the quote and did my comparison shopping, Ambiance Pool Service was the clear choice for the job! Parts were ordered and the new system just installed the Monday after Thanksgiving! Daniel gave me a quick tutorial on how my new system works. My pool is back to the sparkling oasis I want it to be. And we highly recommend Ambiance Pool Service!

Really disappointing experience. Initially it was good but then the extra charges started to happen. We were paying $250 a month and they would charge us more for any chemicals used. The last straw was them adding PoolRx to our pool and charging us $100 for it without our consent. We found a new company that includes all chemicals, including PoolRx for a flat rate every month of $170.

In summary, extremely expensive and added charges. We are using BluePoint now. My neighbors have switched to BluePoint as well and are having a positive experience.

I called Ambiance in to get a quote on a new heat pump to replace a leaking AquaCal which had been a problem from original purchase less than 5 years prior. During the estimating process, everyone at Ambiance was very responsive to my questions and thorough in their quote. From Cody in estimating to Maria in the office, all were very professional. Shane and the other technicians completed the installation quickly and successfully upon my approval. Ambiance is now my new pool equipment maintenance company. Excellent experience overall. Highly recommend.

Ambiance Pool will be our go to pool company. We needed a pool clean because of A LOT of debris from a deck job from another company. They came out when they said they would, gave the estimate in a timely manner and completed the job quickly. Our pool looks great, they are super professional and knowledgeable. Ambiance was responsive, especially through text, understanding, and not pushy. I got a quick invoice and made a different decision only to come back weeks later and ask them to replace my filter. They were able to be out to my pool within two days. I found the price of the filter, installation, and warranty was affordable and gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Ambiance.

On a Saturday, I had broke the cardinal rule of trying to open my filter to clean it hoping that would fix my problem and ended up releasing the sand. Tried to put the plug back in and couldn't. I called 5 other companies on Google that said they were open, only to leave voice-mail. Ambiance picked up! The lady was so nice and calm even though I was freaking out I totally damaged my filter, which made me feel better and they scheduled a tech to come on Tues. Thankfully I didn't cause $$$ damage and was an easy fix. The gentleman that came out was so nice and helpful! He gave me so much useful information to maintain my pool properly. 100% will be calling anytime I need help with my pool!!! Thank you Ambiance!!
