Worst company ever! In one month, took our new pool, less than 2 years old, from pristine to needing an acid wash at over $900. Yes, numbers don’t lie. Chemical composition perfect when started to CYA of 300 in 1 month. Given opportunity to remedy, Mike the service manager says nothing he can do unless we pay for an acid wash. PLEASE, do NOT use this company.

I am writing this review as a very recent former customer. This pool company is crap. I hired them to clean my pool, use chemicals, and to keep my pool looking in top shape. They did not. Shortly after hiring them, my pool looked continuously dirty. I alerted them and after a run around, they decided that I needed my pool filters cleaned to help it run efficiently. They sent someone out to “clean” them, and the work performed was abysmal. My pool continued to be dirty. I sought a second opinion and the new pool company showed me side-by-side the quality work Ambiance pool service performs.

Overall, Ambiance pool company should be ashamed of itself. There is no way that they deserve the high marks they got. Trust me, there are many many many other pool companies in Tucson. Don’t waste your money or time with these people.

Be careful of these guys. They never actually clean the pool. I used my ADT camera to prove he only showed up and walked around. They said on the phone he was there more than 20 minutes. The proof is in my pictures it was 11 minutes and he was already gone but for an additional 350 dollars he will deep clean it. Ya right!

You actually did not totally clean my pool this week, and the same thing happened last week. The filter basket was left loaded with debris which clogged the cleaning system which caused it to not work at all. Please add this to your check list of cleaning on a weekly basis to complete the cleaning process.

I had a really positive experience with Ambiance initially. I chose them because of their great rating and reviews so I was really disappointed with how things turned out. I had a broken backwash valve on my pump and because I wasn’t able to clean it properly with that issue, I also needed the pool to be drained and cleaned before refilling. The customer service in-office and on-site was great. They were friendly and able to fix my pool issues so I decided to use their weekly cleaning services going forward. The first 7 months or so, they did a great job. It was a little pricey with the addition of chemicals onto their monthly cleaning charge, and one month they added an expensive additive to the pool I had previously declined (without asking, they just charged my card extra) but the pool was doing great. Around late spring they changed my service day (and technician coming out), and I noticed the quality of cleaning declined significantly. It got to the point that I was going out and taking pics of the condition before cleaning to compare with how it looked after the tech left. It was shocking. The before/after service photos they send to your email are taken while the pool water is circulating. I’m not sure why they bother with them, because you cannot see to the bottom of the pool in any of the photos, so they’re very misleading. So after witnessing the pool being left dirty for weeks, I called their office and spoke to the service manager. He told me they’d send the same tech out for a second time that day to fix the problem. He came out, and the pool was actually cleaned properly, so I know he is capable of doing so, just wasn’t. But after another week of decent cleaning, the same level of poor cleaning continued for 2 more weeks. No one from the office reached out to see if the tech was doing a better job and the problem I called about was solved. They just added a few more picture categories to the email and called it done. I cancelled my service. If I can take better care of the pool than a hired pool company, that’s a waste for me. I was really disappointed in this company, their lack of follow up and especially the tech working my property. They all can do better.

I have called for different stuff. First when my daughter pour chocolate syrup everywhere on the rugs. When I needed my couches washed and a rug. When moved out of rental. Danny is a great person. Thank you.

After calling several places. Arcadia came highly recommended. We’re so glad we used them to clean and sanitize all our air ducts. Our construction is fairly new Just doing the maintenance on it. They recommended every 3 to 5 years. Daniel was very professional & extremely courteous. He cleaned up after everything was done and did a fantastic job!!

We just moved into a new house and decided to have the ducts cleaned out. We called Arcadia Cleaning Systems, and Daniel came out and did a great job! He was on time, courteous, very careful and thorough in his work, and cleaned up afterward. We couldn’t have been happier with his work. They also do carpet/rugs/upholstery cleaning, and tile & grout cleaning. We will definitely be calling him back to clean our area rugs! It was so nice having someone so professional working on our house. Thank you, Daniel!

I’ve been here on a couple of occasions to have cross stitch pieces cleaned. They do a wonderful job for a reasonable place. They’re the only ones I trust!

They did an excellent job cleaning upholstery covers for us - no shrinkage, just clean. We'll bring our drapes next, although they also offer home pick up.

Took some chair cushions in with pork fat stains on them. They got them clean and we are very pleased with the results. We were afraid we would have to have them recovered but they got the stains out. Thanks for a great job!

We had chair cushions cleaned. They were really really dirty. Great job look almost new. Will definitely use them again. They have been in business a very long time. I also like to support local family businesses as much as possible.

Just had carpets & drapes cleaned & couldn't be more pleased! Have been a customer for many years and find them professional & their services first-rate. They want customers to be satisfied and go out of their way to do so. What more could you ask?!

I had two linen slipcovered chairs with some pretty impossible stains left over from a 2 year old's birthday party. Several dry cleaning companies said they could not clean them. Eldon made them look brand new in just a few days and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Robert and the team at Eldon are wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable, and service-minded. 10/10 would recommend.

Eldons is a company most of my customers in my cleaning service used to clean their drapes and upholstery. I had them do some carpet cleaning for me and the results were unbelievable! Dear Eldon’s: We just picked up our 9x12 den rug that you cleaned. It is at least 20+ years old and is treated to hundreds of shoes and the Arizona dust every day. We were hoping at best that at least it would return clean - yet somehow you managed to make it look brand new! We were sure it was all faded but all the colors returned and its even soft now under bare feet. You are amazing!
