Lady "Debbie" over the phone is rude and the scheduling is a joke. There time frames are not met. I thought it was just me but a few of my neighbors had the same problem.

Came to my house and did less than 5 minutes of carpet cleaning. They were supposed to do my living room, the hallway and one of our rooms. Didn't do anything. Vouchers are worthless!

One of your driver's almost side swiped me driving truck plate Ck42643 on irvington and kolb 1/31/21 4:45 pm. The whole time he was on his cell phone. White bald man with glasses. He sucks at driving. He needs to learn how to drive.

I would highly recommend Specialty Carpet Cleaning in Tucson to anyone looking to get their carpets and upholstery cleaned. I was able to get my carpets & upholstery cleaned at a very good rate. The result was amazing!

The receptionist was very rude and lied 3 times to me that she forwarded my service request to her manager, Chris. I have waited 3 weeks for a service update.
I would not recommend this company to anyone but unfortunately American Home shield uses them.

Scheduling is very unprofessional. When I got a hold of someone after being directed to a voicemail the man didn't have very much customer service and was pretty rude to be honest. I would only use their cleaning service if its free from my apartments. Sorry but honesty is policy.

Did a good job while here. But they were 2 hours late and didnt let me know until 30 minutes after their 3 hour window. Said they'd "be here soon" but weren't until 1.5 hrs later. Also, I wasn't aware the tech wouldnt be wearing glovesor a mask in my home, which is very off-putting right now. If i hadn't been waiting for 5 hours and could reschedule for another day I wouldn't have let them in...
