If you want your carpets cleaned properly then find a different company, you basically have to tell these guys what you need done and good luck with them using any suds and taking the time to properly use it, they are out in ten minutes. There are so many other companies out there that'll do a way better job, if your a penny pincher and would love a half a$$ job then this place is for you.

Disrespectful. Scheduled an appointment for 5-6pm, because I wasn't off work until 4. Got a call from them at 1 saying they were there to clean, even after I told them I wouldn't be home. So they went to the front office of my apartment complex to get let in, which isn't what I wanted them to do. He came back after I got off work to collect payment and said the reason he came so early was because he "doesn't like doing it in the afternoons." I don't care if you "like" it or not, I made an appointment for after 5 for a reason. Not using them again.

This company is so unprofessional, I can't believe it. My husband called yesterday to schedule a cleaning, they told us they would be here between 8-9 today (Wednesday), so we got up and moved all of our furniture so they could clean. At 9:15 they still weren't here, so we called the company to find out why and they said we weren't scheduled until tomorrow (Thursday). Funny, because they distinctly to him WEDNESDAY. After having my husband take off work to move the furniture and completely delaying our toddler's whole routine, their response was "well, we're slammed, but we can TRY to get someone out today..." They didn't even apogize for wasting our day. Needless to say, we will not be using this company now or ever. WHAT A JOKE.

Recently was in Tucson AZ at our vacation home and needed a really good cleaning for our rugs due to our son suffers from Asthma. We called Specialty Cleaning Services and they arrived on time, excellent pricing and most of all excellent customer service. Thank you very much.

Absolutely horrible company. Never shows when they are supposed to. Comes on random days and just going into the backyard without notifying anyone that they are here. They have let my dogs out numerous times. They are extremely unprofessional. I have been requesting the pool to be shocked since last summer. Still hasn't been done. Chemicals are never right. Horrible company. Can't even speak to them. Praying my landlord fires them!
Tried to say they showed up today. Ha! I have been home all day and my side gate is locked. Nice try!

I live in an apartment complex and i walk to take out my trash and there is an employee driving one of these trucks parked next to a red curb so no parking.. Sitting next to his van with the side door open smoking a cigarette while emptying a good 100+ gallons of raunchy dirty water from the carpet he just cleaned. Literally less than five feet from the sidewalk. I was amazed as the water covered the width of the parking lot so i had no choice but to walk through the stream he had created. As i walked back from the trash he quickly got in his van and drove away as i was trying to look at the side of his van.

I love specialty carpet cleaning! They always come out when we need them and do a great job. They never leave a mess behind. All the workers are very polite. Carlos is my favorite! I recommend Specialty to all my friends and family.

Was hired by my Home warranty company to repair a cracked pvc pipe in my pools cleaning system. The technician showed up told me he couldn't fix it until Monday because he didn't have the pieces but gave me some pvc and told me what to buy to fix it myself. He then told me I don't have to pay the service fee because he didn't/couldn't do anything to fix it. 2 months later I get a bill from my home warranty saying I owe 65 dollars for the service fee I explained to them what was said and they told me they would call the company and find out what happened. I didn't hear anything back from them until I received another letter saying if I didn't pay twit would go to a collection service. I called my home warranty again and told them everything and even talked to the manager who told me that they did call specialty cleaning services and was told by them that the technician tried to collect from me (100% false) and has been back several times to my house in Surprise to collect and I keep dodging him (another lie). In fact the technician even gave me some of the pool pvc cement that he uses saying it's the best stuff made to fix it myself. I knew Home Warranties hire lowest bidders and even had this company over several other times for my pool but because they blatantly lied I will never allow my warranty to send them again. They have not returned my calls so I feel they are used to the bad practices they utilize. They will not get the money from me and neither will my warranty company

I did not get services from them, because I was looking for house cleaning, but the man I spoke with was very helpful and quick on the draw.

Horrible service. Our pool filter component cracked and emptied 1/2 our pool. The pool guy came to see what we needed and came again after 2 weeks to replace the cracked part. So one of connecting pieces was cracked as well in the break and he reconnected the new parts with the damaged and cracked connection! When I confronted him, he argued with me for quite a while. He told me he would not report the damaged part to our home warranty as it was not leaking. This job was incomplete. Such a disappointment that there are not very many honest service men out there.

Had to use this company because of my home warranty and was extremely disappointed with the service. They were out numerous times to fix my heater and filter, filter still doesn't work right and the tech said my heater was in great shape and will work. Fast forward a month, new company came out and I am getting a brand new heater cause the old one is shot. Do not use this company!!!!

this has to be the most horrible company in terms of professionalism or should i say lack there of. We reside in a home in the Phoenix valley and the rental company uses them as their pool vendor. We have 2 King labs one silver and one chocolate. Upon moving and getting a routine going the pool guys let he dogs escape the first month we were there I had a conversation with them and asked that he ring the doorbell and not just enter the back yard. today the pool guy lets the dogs out for the third time. upon contacting the company and speaking with an Alex who was beyond rude and condescending i am hoping that the rental company changes its vendor

Carlos has come twice now to help us out with a terrible greywater flooding we experienced due to failure on our apartments end. Each time, he has been quick as a whip, kind, and professional. He's went the extra mile each time. I work from home, and he has taken extra precaution to be fast and as quiet as he can. I appreciate you Carlos!!! Thank you for stellar service during a difficult time

Making up bs so we would get charged by our land lord. Guy wanted to raise his voice. Not professional.

We had a sewage leak in our apartment that is contracted with this company, I left for work at 9Am, they didn’t come until 5-6 PM. They barely did anything, left and industrial fan, told us to keep it going for 24 hours. I had to start cleaning the kitchen myself after working with my son crying because I had to feed him and needed the kitchen to do so. The next day they come, refuse to fix the carpet that has nails exposed, and tell us they can’t do anything until tomorrow because we have a cat that we have been watching for our grandma, and then tell us the fan should be running for 48 hours but still take it. I have a seventh month old son and wife, that is not acceptable whatsoever, in any case. Find another company, they did nothing for me and I am still fighting them to come out to do their job.

My daughter was meeting her landlord for a final walk of the townhouse that she had finished her lease of over 2 years. Chris from Specialty Cleaning Service showed up at the request of the landlord to apparently criticize the house cleaning to help the landlord hold back as much of the deposit as possible. My daughter hired a professional carpet cleaner to clean the 2 bedrooms carpets and a professional cleaning lady for an overall house cleaning. Chris continually said that he smelled pet urine to help the landlords cause. He is now hired by the landlord to clean the carpets again. This company is completely corrupt and is taking advantage of a young hard working family who never payed their rent late and did everything in their power to return the house to its original condition. I would definitely stay clear from hiring this company because they obviously lack integrity. But hey, they scammed their way into another carpet cleaning job at the behest of a greedy landlord.

David and his crew did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. It never looked better. They were punctual and professional 🙂

I got my couch cleaned today and I'm really happy with it. I read online that upholstery cleaning can smell weird sometimes, but our couch didn't smell like anything (except cleaner). The staff was polite and friendly, it didn't take long, and it wasn't too expensive. I would recommend them!

A miracle worker for my light gray tile floors! I just moved to Tucson and was dismayed and disgusted at the state of the floors in my home from the previous owner. Nothing I did improved the smeared mess. EcoGreen to the rescue. Dave and Mark worked their magic and now my floors look like new. I am so grateful for their hard work and this service.

We had Eco Green carpet, tile and upholstery clean our carpets today. Dave was on time, curtous and professional. His work is outstanding! We highly recommend Ecogreen!
