Our pool guy Michael is very good. Seems to know his job well. Nice person, always willing to answers all my questions and if he doesn't know he finds out. The office staff when ever I call are friendly and helpful.

I have been with this pool service for two years. They are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I have called with concerns and they have returned my calls promptly and sent a service tech to investigate and remediate the issue .

I had drained my spa several years ago. During this last monsoon the spa cover cracked and the spa filled again. They came out drained and cleaned my spa and then used a chlorine wash. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this company. Thanks! Karen

There was too much turnover with technicians for my comfort level. Too many new faces entering my property, each having to start from scratch learning my equipment layout. Had to replace a pump because they didn’t catch and manage a pump leak.

Before switching to Blue Knight we had another service and I wasn't always confident they knew what was going on with our pool. Since Adam took over I don't have that feeling any more. He's very conscientious and always stops to tell us what he did. He's kept everything in perfect balance. We're really happy we made the switch to Blue Knight.

I only leave reviews if you blew my skirt up or if you failed. If you did your job, no review. We signed up with Blue Knight last year because I travel a lot and we kept having algae issues. We paid a full year in advance because you get a month free. Service was great, pool looked great, sent weekly notifications and pictures of what was done. We had a few cancellations due to weather or our schedule. We had to call to obtain credits, would have thought Blue Knight would have automatically credited but no, we initiated and provided the missed dates of service. To include one time, we received notification of service but the pool in the pictures was not ours. Took a several calls but Blue Knight finally credited. Most recently, our pool vac was missing, we contacted the service and was told they had taken it because it was operating properly. We asked how much and told it was free (we have this documented in text) but 10 days later we get a quote for $83 to fix. I called the office, not only did they not back up their employee but they also had no interest in making it right. I wanted to cancel then but we didn't. I ordered the parts for half the price and fixed the pool vac. We then received an email, stating they would charged $250 for chlorine and in that email it goes on to say supply issues and that they had changed chlorine over the year to one that had higher cyanuric acid. We were never informed at that time they changed chemicals but we do now when their is price increase. The last straw was today, our normal guy doesn't show up, but the lead/supervisor does. When he left, he never closed the gate, dogs ran out. We spent hours locating our dogs, thanks to our great neighbors "Better View window cleaning" who found our dog and called us. We cancelled our service with Blue Knight immediately. BTW- the tech who went to the wrong house, was also the lead/supervisor. I will say, the pool always looked good, no problems with the cleaning but without trust and professionalism, doesn't matter.

Sam, the owner, showed up on time for the initial inspection. His inspection was very thorough. He spotted problems , some I was aware of and others I wasn't, and either corrected them on the spot at no charge, or gave me an estimate of the cost to fix others. The Blue Knight monthly service charge is the same as I was paying another pool service company, but much more thorough. So far, I am completely satisfied.

Daniel has been super. Very conscientious about doing the best job he can and very friendly. He always sends a picture of my pool after cleaning and it always looks spectacular. Thanks to Blue Knight for the care given to my pool.

We just bought a new home in Northeast Tucson and the owner came out to meet with us on short notice. He did an amazing job explaining the services they provide and explaining how our whole pool and spa system works. Very thorough and patient with new homeowners.

We have been using Blue Knight Pool Service for several years now and they've installed a new salt system as well as other services and always have great response from them. Michael, our service guy is great and is always willing to explain things to us.

Blue Knight Pool Services has been servicing our pool for over 10 years. They are knowledgeable, professional and always friendly and and willing to answer any question.

Sadly, our experience with Blue Knight has been disappointing and over time has trended from average to poor. The technician (intentionally withholding his name for the sake of kindness and to avoid detraction) recently spent less than 8 minutes on sight and either didn't skim the pool and wasn't honest about it in their report. Either way you look at it, he spent inadequate time on-site, and his supervisor confirmed as much. This isn't the first technician who has been cutting corners. We had a conversation with the owner about a year ago for a similar concern. Three technicians later, we're still having problems with the company keeping their promises and maintaining the reasonably easy standard of service they claim to provide. Big promises, disappointing follow-through. The owner and manager seemed more interested in making excuses for their team (these guys are new, training takes time) than they are in owning up to their loss in quality. Technicians shouldn't have to have their managers riding along with them and looking over their shoulders to ensure they do their jobs right. They've also managed to ruin the pool water quality in less than two years (from a fresh fill) with excessively high levels of cyanuric acid which cannot be corrected without draining the pool. When I had the water independently tested (three independent tests from third parties), the unanimous opinion was that the pool chemistry has been poorly managed and needs to be drained. I hope they have better luck in the future hiring employees who stick around and who actually care about the quality of their work. In the meantime, they've lost my confidence, and I hope the viewing public has a better experience. If you hire this company, you would be wise to keep an eye on them.

While we were out of town our pool had become a swamp. It was horrible! We tried to fix it ourselves and nothing was working. My parents referred us to Blue Knight Pool Service because they had a similar issue with their pool and were blown away by the amazing results they got.

We are so glad we took the advice and called them! Not only are they prompt and professional but they took all of the necessary steps to ensure our pool was in tip top shape and completely balanced. We also had our pool tile cleaned since it had a heavy calcium build up. The tile looks brand new and is almost 20 years old! Wish we could post a before and after picture of our pool so you could see for yourself. Our pool looks A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! The best it has EVER looked! Money well spent!

Blue Knight is the best pool service that we've ever had. They're always on time every week and check our pool systems every visit to make sure everything is working properly. Outstanding service.

The HOA that I manage uses Blue Knight for our pool and spa service provider as well as for pool supplies and repairs. They are always on time, communicative, and professional. They give a 5 Star service and I highly recommend them.

We had our pool tile cleaned today and oh my goodness does it look amazing! First, Chad our technician, did an outstanding job and we were shocked at how quickly. Plus..he is a super nice and friendly guy! In a day and age where customer service sometimes wains, Chad was a rock star! Amber who works at the office end was also outstanding with customer service as well! We couldn't be happier with the results of our tile cleaning, it looks brand new, and plan to use this company for years to come.
