Rep came out and walked me through a new property pool. Very informative and patient with me. Realized what services I needed an didn't need, based on my situation. Didn't upsell me (relieving, thank you!)

Great service! Always arrive on schedule each week. Just the chlorine and chemical balance. Never had any issues with pool since I started with them couple of years ago. I only need to keep it clean and backwash.
They will also give you a free month for referrals.

I have used Arizona Pima Chemical for 10+ years. I am EXTREMELY happy with their service. Fernando, and now Humberto, provide knowledgeable service and offer suggestions to improve my system when asked. Office staff has always been helpful and courteous; Supervisor Estevan returns calls as promised and is great with follow-up and problem-solving. Pima chemical technicians are knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Always friendly and best of all our pool is always crystal clear. They help with questions I may have, any time I ask, as our home came with zero pool cleaning or pump maintenance instructions. Highly recommend! We have had the service for two years now and love them!

I switched to Arizona Pima Chemical a few months ago. Luis, the supervisor, and Carlos, my pool tech, are the best. Luis came for the initial visit, answered any questions I had about my new weekly service. I was kinda nervous about switching pool companies. I had been with Tucson Pool and Spa for almost seven years. Their service was good; just couldn't deal with their steep rate hikes. Arizona Pima Chemical's prices are really competitive and reasonable. Luis really made me feel comfortable about the startup process. He even offered up some friendly pointers and suggestions to maintain my pool. And a few months in, thanks to Carlos, my weekly pool tech, my pool water looks fabulous. It's not always easy to make a change, but I'm glad I switched to Arizona Pima Chemical Pool Service. I'm hoping to stick with them for the long haul.

I’ve been using Arizona/Pima chemical over the past two years and I have never been disappointed with their service. The office personnel are very polite, professional and knowledgeable! My pool is always sparkling blue and welcoming thanks to their wonderful technicians. I definitely recommend their services to anyone needing things done right!

My pool is SO CLOUDY AND HORRIBLE!! FIRST TIME anyone came out here it was Esteban their (supervisor and supposed pool expert) well he was supposed to come first to assess the pool, make sure everything was working properly, check the chemicals and clean the baskets, well I was watching him and he went to leave, never went near my baskets nothing so I went to the alley and he was in his truck getting ready to go, I tapped the window and said "aren't you supposed to clean my baskets" he said "oh yes I'm sorry I forgot"... Then I told them when I first called that I needed people who really knew about pools especially "self cleaning" pools that have pop-ups because my pool has been getting dirt in it and I didn't know why. They told me that they would be able to see if anything was wrong and would let me know what steps or machinery needed to be done to fix it. Well after Esteban our pool guy Luis came, checked the levels of the chemicals, put in whatever was needed and cleaned the baskets, never heard a word. Then he came again this time I was able to catch him and ask him about my pop-ups, I said "do you see all the dirt in my pool" he replied "yes" I said "what do you think is going on" he said "oh I don't know, maybe you need new pop-ups" I said I don't think so the pool isn't that old, he said "well maybe it is the pump, I don't know" so the next day I called to see if he had notated it or even Esteban about the dirt in my pool. They told me no, it wasn't on the account, I said well see this is a problem because part of what I'm paying you for is to make sure my pool is running properly. I got online and googled my system and how to troubleshoot it and found out the mechanism that makes it run was not working and needed to be replaced. So I bought the part and replaced it myself by watching a YouTube video. Something again THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE. So my pool no longer has dirt in it and my pop-ups are working just fine. Now fast forward to the following week Esteban came to give me a "pool school" and Luis had come before him to do his job. Now mind you, they DO NOT MEASURE the chlorine they have a pitcher that you see at like pizza hut that holds tea or beer in it and they dip that down into a bucket and just throw it in. So the day after they were here my pool was very very cloudy, I called to tell them and she said well it says here that everything is fine, now mind you the week before when I called about the pop-ups they told me that he did notate that the chlorine was high, yet this week he put more in. So I went on Saturday which they come out on Wednesdays and took my pool water to Patio Pools who uses a machine to test your water not just strips like this company obviously uses so it's much more thorough. Well they told my that ALL OF THE LEVELS IN MY POOL WERE HORRIBLE. Their chlorine calculator only goes up to 15 my chlorine went up to that which means it could have been higher. The chlorine level alone should only be 1-4.

I have been a satisfied customer of Pima Chemical pool service since we moved to Tucson several years ago. Pima has excellent customer service and very reasonable prices. Pima’s technicians are friendly, reliable and very proactive. If there is an issue with your pool, they will either take care of it directly if possible or notify you in timely manner. And these are not efforts to upsell you or suggest expensive repairs, they are truly interested in giving you good customer service and saving you time and money.
The man who tends to my pool is Oscar Becerramora ( I hope I got that right). Oscar is friendly and reliable.he always has time to answer my questions and make helpful suggestions. In addition to really knowing his business, Oscar is just a good guy. He lets himself in and out of my yard and does his work efficiently. Oscar is also nice to my dog, and is always careful to make sure the dog doesn’t escape, while Oscar is there. (the dog a Pug named Perla always looks forward to a visit from Oscar) This kind of service is above and beyond what you might expect and I hope Oscar gets the recognition he deserves from his bosses.
Another great service offered by Pima Chemical is their “Pool School” a free service where a supervisor will come to your home and explain and teach you how to care for your pool.
Pima Chemical’s supervisors are also extremely knowledgeable and will visit and offer a second opinion if asked by the first line technician. At Oscar’s request, I was helped by one such supervisor Esteban Gonzalez. Esteban visited my home on short notice, made suggestions and solved an issue I had and then called me to follow up. Again this kind of service is above and beyond and shows that Pima Chemical values their customers and employees. Kudos to Oscar and Estaban! If you are looking for first rate pool service at very reasonable cost, I highly recommend Pima Chemical!

The service I receive from Pima Chemical is consistent and they always keep me in the loop on everything, even when I’m not around at the property. They’ll always make sure to take great care of you. I’ve been a client for 5 years and felt inspired to write a review finally after my interaction with Aaron. He was able to provide a quote to replace my pool pump, and install in the same day. The integrity and professionalism was unmatched. I previously had a massive, 3HP single speed pool pump. Instead of swamping it out directly, for a much more expensive 3HP variable speed, he suggested a 1.5 HP variable speed, which was suggested that would be more than adequate for my needs is what made me want to make sure Tucson knew the awesome business practices of this organization, as well as the top tier quality of technicians like Aaron! A+ service, at reasonable prices.

The entire crew was exceedingly courteous, professional, and helpful, going above and beyond what I had expected.

Aqua Vets was able to talk with us about our project over the weekend and came out first thing Monday to give us an estimate. The price was very reasonable and they did v
high quality work to install a new gutter system for our house. Great communication throughout and was able to pay online. Would definitely recommend!

The day of the install they completed it within a timely manner and were very attentive to details. They went through the entire process with me and were excellent to work with. We're so glad that we chose Aquavets to do our gutters!! We were getting a large amount of rain from monsoon season. Aquavets designed a two downspout drain system into a swale and it worked perfectly to remove the excess water from that area. I thought the quality, workmanship and professionalism of the crew was top notch and everything was done to order. Also, when deciding who to go with, ask to see a sample of the scupper box. Aquavet's metal was a thicker gauge of aluminum whereas the other companies we interviewed, theirs looked flimsy. We are completely happy with the job that they did and we would highly recommend them. Good price, too!

AquaVets did an amazing job installing two large water catchment tanks at my downtown Tucson property. They assisted with managing the various HOA and city requirements every step of the way. This is a professional organization that did an incredible job throughout the entire process.

I highly recommend Aquavets! I even called them back when one of my original gutters started leaking so I could replace it. The estimator was very quick to arrive, knowledgeable, and remembered what product I used for their first job for my home. The installers were prompt to arrive, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They put back everything they had to move in order to get the job done and thoroughly cleaned the yards when they were done. The owner/manager, Shawn, is great to work with. He returns phone calls and texts promptly, He is pleasant, he is knowledgeable and Aquavets pricing is very reasonable. Plus they offer a military discount! Everything is great!

We had a great experience with Aquavets. They installed some gutters that drop into a new cistern and did a great job. Communication was awesome and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!
