Arizona Pima Chemical has been a great company to do business with for the last few years. Luis, our service provider, always does a great job and has been the only person that has been able to keep our pool algae free during the warm summer months. Prior to using them I went thought 4 companies that could not do what Luis and AZPC have done. Highly recommended.

We have been so happy with their services. The pool school they provided was extremely helpful. Last night, my daughter was swimming and mentioned how her eyes don’t hurt with the new chlorine in the pool. This statement made even happier with our AZ Pima Chemicals gas chlorine!

We hired them over the winter to get our pool back in balance. We specifically indicated this is what we wanted them to do. My husband went out to test the chemicals several times to check the progress and noticed that the chlorine was always way too high and the pH was never brought into balance. It was extremely off and indicated we needed to add acid. When my husband asked the technician about it, he simply said, “yeah you can do that,” in response to my husband stating his chem test said to add acid. That is what we were paying them all these months to manage for us. Such a waste of our money. We cancelled and will resume taking care of it ourselves. Very disappointed.

We have used AZ Pima Chemical for a couple years and our pool is always swim ready and we love not having to deal with the chemicals. Sergio is so kind and has done a fantastic job taking care of our pool. He is knowledgeable, efficient and we appreciate his service!

Esteban was our service manager and he was awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We’re still newish pool owners (our second summer), and we’ve had some issues with our pool being clean as of lately. I thought it was just user error so I decided to call APC to help because truthfully I don’t really know what I’m doing when it comes to chemicals and all that stuff. Esteban balanced the water for us and also pointed out that there was something wrong with the pop ups in our self cleaning pool and let us know that that’s why we’ve probably been having issues. Excited to continue using APC, not only because it’s one less thing for me to do, but also because they KNOW what they’re doing! Thank you Esteban!

Terrible customer service and turned our pool green due to lack of chemicals. Tried to say our pool "wouldn't hold chemicals". Promised to clean filters because they were green from lack of chlorine. It's been almost 2 months and still not done. Receptionist was rude on the phone and told me it was impossible to reach her boss. Very disappointed. Stay away from this service!

Update:service tech just called and flat out lied to us claiming the pool had algae spots when they started the service. We drained the pool and changed the filters just a couple weeks prior to starting their service. No algae anywhere! All their fault and zero accountability. Liars.

I have had Arizona/Pima Chemical treating my pool regularly with the appropriate chemicals for several years. They reached out to me recently by email and let me know that there tech noticed the pool was not staying clean and asked if I knew that they cleaned pools on Saturdays. I took them up on their service a month or two later. The gentleman, Jose, who services my pool weekly was the one who came out to clean the pool. He did a phenomenal job. The pool hasn't been that clean since I installed it.

This is a great company to work with! My pool has always been consistently dialed in. On the rare occasion if something comes up, they communicate right away with the solution! Highly recommend!

We hired Pima Chemical to fix a green pool and start chemical service. The firs time they came and treated the water, it turned blue within a couple of days. After a few more days it began to turn green again. We called and asked if the tech could come back sooner than scheduled so we wouldn't miss the window to fix the water. They did not come sooner and when they arrived the pool was worse then when they first came. They told us the pool now had to be drained. We cancelled the service and fixed the green water ourselves within a week with home depot chemicals. Then we realized that they continued to charge us monthly for several months after we cancelled. This is not a reputable company.

These guys are FABULOUS! Always very responsive, hard working, and they do a great job. They have gone out of their way and above and beyond to make sure our pool looks great. From chemical treatment to repairs to teaching us what we can do to keep our pool in better condition, I could not recommend them more. Carlos is great, but everyone we have every had the pleasure of interacting with has been outstanding.

Arizona Pima Chemical is Awesome! The office staff Bangie and Ashley are very patient with me and are very friendly. Wes has always kept my pool looking great. Derek (owner) has gotten me great deals on my pool pump. I can't imagine the last 10 years of service without them.

We have used AZ Pima Chemical several time for our pool repairs with excellent service. Not only that, their bids have come in consistently below other companies. Aaron Sivula, our pool equipment repairman has been extremely helpful and fast. We most recently had our constant speed pumps replace with variable speed pumps upon Aaron's recommendations and have seen an almost 50% reduction in our electric bill as he told us would happen. We've been with Arizona-Pima Chemical for many, many years and they have always provided excellent customer service. From their regular weekly chemical service to them coming out in a timely manner to address any concerns I have had.
I was very happy with their recommendation for a pool restoration company and when APC came back to restart the pool, Rudy came by and added the necessary chemicals. It was a bit challenging getting the pump restarted but Aaron, the repair technician, stopped in and worked his razzle dazzle and voilá! he had the pump running within ten minutes.

So far we are having really good results with Pima Chemical. 3 weeks ago our pool was a green swamp and we had tons of mosquitoes. Pima recommended Omni Blast to drain and pressure wash the pool. They were the quickest and cheapest company and I couldn't imagine any better results. After refilling the pool, Pima came out and did the startup followed by my regular tech, Jose, coming out the next week and completely cleaning our DE filter. The pool has been very difficult to maintain since we moved in despite the previous pool company and home inspector saying everything looked fine. Jose immediately noticed two broken elements in my filter system which were causing the DE to be blown back in the pool, creating cloudy water and nothing to actually filter the water. Basically my entire filtration system was close to useless. I ordered those two parts and Jose put them in for me, and my pool has never looked better! Anyone can come dump stuff in your pool, but having a good tech like Jose makes a ton of difference. Now my family in the area is thinking of switching to Pima because their current company is 30% more costly for the same service. Thank you Pima Chemical, and especially thank you Jose!
