We've had Wesley as our pool tech for quite a few years now. We think he is the BEST! He takes great care of our pool & is friendly and personable. He always keeps us informed of any concerns he has regarding the pool & is just such a nice person. Since he has taken over our pool maintenance we have never seen any sign of algae or cloudy water. We highly recommend this company and Wesley.

We have used Arizona chemical for many years. They have been excellent!! Recently we needed some repairs on our filter. Aaron promptly came out and fixed. He was very professional and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend them!!

Our pool equipment was not circulating water which was causing other issues. Estevan from APCPS came out within the hour and pinpointed a clogging problem that was affecting the entire system. He cleared the clog and the pool immediately began humming. He took the time to show me, and explain to me how to avoid in the future. Estevan was professional, knowledge and polite and we were fortunate to have him available to us.

Been using Pima Chemical for at least 10 years. Having them maintain the chemicals in our pool has been great. I actually believe we may save money from when I did it for many years (I was constantly trying to get a water balance). Our service technician, Carlos is doing a great job! Having the water correctly balanced also makes a huge difference in not staining the tiles.

I recently moved into a house with a pool. Having never had a pool, I did not know where to turn. I am so glad I found Arizona Pima Chemical. Rudy came to my house to teach me anything and everything there is to know about how to maintain a pool. This “Pool School” class was incredible. Rudy is careful to explain all of the ins and outs of a pool and was extremely patient with all of the questions I had. Rudy is an absolute gem. Whether you need pool school, or just weekly servicing you absolutely cannot go wrong using this company and you’ll do yourself even more of a favor if you specifically request Rudy. Thank you!

I have been with Pima Chemical for 10 years! I have never had a bad experience! Anytime I have pool equipment or pool issues they are quick to respond! Being a pool owner can be very overwhelming ! The service manager Esteban was patient and very helpful on answering all my questions and gave me helpful tips maintaining the pool and equipment! Thank you Pima Chemical!

I canceled service recently after using Pima for a few years.
#1 - I never saw my tech test the water. NOT ever! Every week he would just come & dump chemicals in the pool. Whenever I called to ask why, they told me they always test even though I saw with my own eyes that they do not.
#2 - If you cancel a service week or if it is a holiday week that they are closed, they still bill you the monthly rate and they keep track of your credit on their ledger system and supposedly give you the credit when you terminate their service.
#3 - they charge you a Convienance/Processing Fee every payment without informing you.
#4 - customer service is lacking but it's not the worst.
I only stayed with them as long as I did because I couldn't find another pool company that I like that would come to my area. I finally found Treves at Reflections Pool Service and have been very happy with him and his customer service!

We’ve used this company for many years with various homes. They have always done a great job and we’ve never had any issues with the chemical part of the pools. Their service dept and tech Aaron is awesome! He really knows his stuff and can easily identify issues. We’ll continue to be clients with them for the long haul.

Rudy was AMAZING !! I recently signed up for service at Pima Chemical for routine maintenance. This is my first pool and had no idea how to work my equipment. I was surprised to find out they offer Pool School. Rudy came out to show me everything about my equipment. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service I have received from this company. My pool now looks amazing !!!!!

I have used Pima Chemical Pool Service for just about a year now... while trying to sell my house. My pool has never looked better. Jose is the tech that services my pool and I am just so very happy with him. He comes every week... not every other week like most services. He keeps my pool looking sparkling and beautiful!

I've been very satisfied with the service provided by Arizona Pima Chemical, specifically having worked with Rudy for two services. I recently used Rudy for a cartridge filter cleaning. He took his time to ensure each filter was squeaky clean and answered all my questions. Just an update to say how happy I am with Pima Chemical. I had my pool drained and cleaned and they came out as soon as the pool was refilled for service. Great work! May 2024.
I have been using Arizona Pima Chemical for just a few years now and the difference in my pool is amazing. I could never get the chemicals correct and the water looked like crap no matter what I did. The experts took over and the water is always crystal clear and ready for a swim, Anytime I have a question I just call and chat with Angie and she takes care of it. Really appreciate their services.

Rudy is so gracious! This is our first pool, he has taught us how to take care of our pool. On his advice we purchased a pool vac and he came by and hooked it up at no charge, and gave a comprehensive tutorial. We scheduled a filter cleaning and Rudy came out and not only took care of the filters but did a little silicone work on a potential leak. He pointed out the features on our pump and how we should use them. He gave us pointers on
small repairs and replacements we can do ourself.
I will call AZ Pima Chemical Pool service for all my pool care. We have chosen them for our weekly service and prefer the gas chlorine treatment to the tablets floating on the surface.

In particular, my experience with Aaron, the repair technician was above and beyond. I was I need of a quick repair to meet closing on the sale of the house and Aaron came through in all regards. I had an issue with black mold after coming back from a trip due to the heat and monsoon weather, I called for help and they sent Rudy to come check on things. He got to work right away while also explaining to me the process he was doing. He was no doubt very knowledgeable about my issue , very clear on instructions to follow and the follow up procedure. I also want to commend him for being professional and very courteous. My pool looks great after the first of 2 treatments! I can't say enough good things about my experience, from the lady I spoke with on the phone, to the Tech who showed up, and the results of the service. Thank you so much for your prompt response and ease in resolving my pool problem.
I have contracted with them for weekly chemical service due to the current issue, as well as they have a fair price to ease that burden so I can enjoy my pool with little self maintenance.

Have used their service and continue to do so for the last several years. Sergio has been a great technician to work with. Extremely competitive pricing has taken the drama out of balancing our pool and letting us focus on enjoying it. This company can provide maintenence on your pool equipment as well. Shout out to Aaron from Arizona Pima Chemical for identifying the issue with my pool heater and fixing it. What was appreciated most, I made a phone call and without follow up, Aaron ordered the part and installed it without any hassle. I was notified once job was complete and did not require me being present when working on the pool equipment.

I have used Pima Chemical Pool Service for the past four years now and their company has been wonderful. It really has been cheaper and easier than buying all the chemicals myself. The technician, Wesley, has been wonderful and always helpful when I had questions.

The price has gone up quite a bit over the years but with each price increase I was told to call around and find out for myself that prices had to be raised due to the increased costs of chlorine. I did that and sure enough, Pima was still the most affordable option when compared to purchasing everything myself.

It is what happened recently that prompted this five star review. My filter went out and the pool not only turned green, but also has a bad algae infestation. At no extra charge, Pima has gone out sometimes twice a week instead of once to help get the chlorine levels back on track since it was all being used up on the algae. An additional technician, Esteban came out and assisted with additional chemicals to get the algae more under control.

The pool is back to blue again and there was very little disruption with the swim season. After seeing what I now had to pay for new filter at these inflated prices it was very reassuring that I would at least not be charged more to get the chemicals back under control. I highly recommend. Thanks Pima.
