I completed a request for a scupper/roof cleaning by filling out their form online and received a phone call within a day. Avoid. Really unprofessional. Had a guy come out. He wanted the job, seemed knowledgeable, and said he was ready to start the next day. I had cash in hand and was ready to get the job done. I waited, but the owner or manager Sean/Shawn never sent me an estimate despite waiting and both me and the employee who came out calling him. His excuse? He was busy—he attended a Taylor Swift birthday party—and kept forgetting. It’s about a month later and I never got an estimate. Don’t let them waste your time.

I recently bought a house with a large water cistern, but the seller didn't leave any information on it and I've never owned one before. After a bit of calling around to local companies asking if they installed it, Shawn called me to say he was able to locate the paperwork for the purchase of my tank, and he offered to stop by the next day at no charge to go over everything with me. I assumed he would just confirm it was one of theirs and maybe answer a couple quick questions, but he took so much time to inspect and explain to me every part of my setup! He even gave me suggestions of plants I should add to my yard! He's clearly very passionate about what he does and wants to make sure everyone gets the most out of their water harvesting system. After the first big rain, there appears to be no issues. The installation looks great, and the color of the gutters are a close match to the house.

The team did a fabulous job on the initial installation. But the follow-up to resolve areas that needs add barrier / funneling of water hasn’t been completed (it’s been over a year). The work still needs to be done…frustrating because I too am a retired AF veteran. Very disappointed

One of Shawn’s professionals came out to my house to resolve the needed repairs. Lynsi was awesome. Very professional, extremely responsive. Now we wait for a good rainstorm…Lynsi assured me she’d be back if there was any necessary touch-up work. As thorough as she was, I doubt there will be. Thanks AquaVets…

I was very pleased with AquaVets from initial contact to end of job. They had to figure out the best way to get around a vent pipe on the roof, which they did as a team. Gutters & water diverted installed efficiently, looking great. Planning to add water harvesting system in the future.

Very poor installation, I have had so many issues with Aqua Vets. I only have one seam due to a long run, and that one seam leaks terribly. They have come out and tried to fix it, but they always just try and throw more caulking in top, never works. Waiting for Shawn to respond and properly fix it.

Their company was recommended by a friend who uses them exclusively in his construction company. I called for an estimate they were able to arrive the next day. extremely competitive estimate that I approved and they started work the next day. They tied the Scuppers and downspouts into my underground drainage system with watertight adapters On my garage.

On the house, they installed scupper and downspouts in seven different locations and provided the adapters for when I do install my underground drainage on the house

I could not be more happy with the fast and professional job they did.

We called to have gutters installed.
Estimate within a few days.
Less than a week later we had beautiful gutters installed.
Lynsi went above and beyond.. 2 days later we had some rain and they are wonderful.

Shawn gave me a clear, detailed, and affordable estimate. His crew worked hard and did a great job installing seamless gutters with downspouts going into my rain catchment tanks. They also added fascia board on the barn and scraped and painted the house fascia to match. 100% positive experience.

We purchased our rainwater storage tanks from Sean. They are a great value. You’re gonna be hard-pressed to find a better price in Tucson for water storage tanks. They delivered them to my house with no problems. Great Value!

They installed gutter leaf gard and two 850 gallon tanks it really looks great. Done in a timely manner great crew .Shawn kept me informed through the whole process and helped me with the city rebate process. Great company and real professional workers

Shawn helped me with a gutter issue on my condo. He designed a solution and helped me fill out paperwork that satisfied the HOA requirements. They even fix the work on a Saturday to get it done right away. I’m super happy with all the help and the workmanship.

Update: Shawn and I were able to talk and come to an agreement that would benefit us both. His crew came out and replaced the leaking gutter and put in a new joint. Fingers crossed that this one is water tight.
