we could not have picked a better place to have our rug cleaned. after having our rug for a week and putting it through the cleaning process which is extensive the owner called and said he was not satisfied with the outcome and wanted to reprocess the rug,( it was extreemily dirty when they picked it up) would we mind waiting another week and there would not be any additional charge. when we did receive it back we were more than satisfied with the outcome.we highly recommend this company. they were a little more expensive than some others we contacted but we feel it was well worth the extra. you get what you pay for.

AWESOME Company. Very knowledgeable about rugs. Had them clean 2 very Old and Dirty rugs and when I got them back-AMAZING! The colors game back and they look new! Paul is super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend

I was hesitant to spend money to redo a few oriental rugs which had recently been steamcleaned using traditional methods but were still “dirty.” I was having Airliom look at some other wool/oriental rugs and Paul said he’d redo one of the recently cleaned ones for free as a test to show me the difference. Huge difference! Since several of my rugs were rather fragile, I asked about the process they use at Airloom, unlike anything I’d ever heard of. Amazing process, as are the results. Also impressed with low use of chemicals on fragile rugs and environment. And both Paul and Mike gave me a ton of info on my rugs regarding origin, age, style, and value. I’ll never go back to regular steam cleaning. So grateful to have found this wonderful company. Pricier than some but well worth the extra cost.

Airloom staff were wonderful! They picked up my mother’s treasured but sad-looking antique Moroccan rug and returned it to its former glory! It looks beautiful!! I’m thrilled and highly recommend their work.

Airloom Rug provided excellent service- picked up the rugs on a Friday and the 5 area rugs were cleaned and delivered the following Friday. We also
purchased an under mat for the runner from them. All of the rugs look beautiful! Thanks for your excellent care and service.

Airloom Oriental Rug Washing Company is awesome! They have great customer service, did an excellent job cleaning my Turkish, Turkmen and Eritrean carpets, and knew more about my carpets than I did! ;o) They were very accommodating in setting up time to pick up and drop off my carpets outside of Tucson. They were super nice employees, they were super knowledgable in their trade and my carpets look super! I waited years to have my carpets cleaned and I am so happy to have waited for them to come along.

I called Airloom Rug Washing to give me advice on what to do with an old family heirloom rug that had been in a flood in my house. Mike came out and took the time to educate me on the kind of rug that I had, the value of it as an antique Persian rug, and his recommendation for cleaning it after the flood damage. When they delivered the rug back to me it was gorgeous. The colors were brighter and they took the time to place it perfectly in my living room. I highly recommend this company.

This is my second time using Airloom. I couldn’t be more pleased. Our 4 year old dog, for two years running, started doing his duty on the dining room rug while I was back east for 2 months. Apparently it was a bit of work to get the dog urine and other nasty stuff fully out of the rug-requiring a 100 pound press to remove it all. The rug, which was pretty dirty when we bought it at a garage sale several years ago, is transformed. The colors are much more vibrant and the white fringe is gleaming. The process they use is unique and highly effective in bringing out the best in rugs that have seen better days. Thank you, Airloom!

I am extremely pleased with the service that Paul and his Airloom Rug Washing Co. provided for my two Chinese wool rugs. Paul painstakingly saw through the entire process of these rugs transported from Lake Tahoe, to his business, to my house. He had a tough task of making these 50 year old rugs look brand new. As you can see, he accomplished just that!

I highly recommend Airloom Oriental Rug Washing Co. Prior to purchasing a used wool Persian rug, I called Airloom to get an estimate on the cost of cleaning. Not only were the prices better than their competitors, the owner was so friendly and helpful on the phone when I called. He provided useful information regarding what to look for when I went to look at the rug. He told me what things I needed to avoid, and how to spot a good quality used rug. After buying the rug, I took it to Airloom to be cleaned. The owner was very flexible and worked with my schedule for the drop off. While I dropped it off, he examined the rug with me and told me all about the cleaning process. When he dropped the rug off, he was prompt and on time. He and his employee took the time to set up the rug and place my furniture in the room where I wanted it. I'll be going back to Airloom to get my rugs cleaned in the future!

A great find! Highly professional: on-time delivery, kind, and very knowledgeable professionals. And, most importantly, a great cleaning job (even of a stain I thought could not be cleaned) in a reasonable period of time and at a great price. Highly recommended!

Paul and Mike are fabulous to work with. They have been cleaning our area rugs for many years with outstanding, professional care and service. The rugs return clean, bright and beautiful. The customer care is outstanding. Would not use anyone else.

RUDE & HORRIBLE

They called my place of business to talk to my manager about becoming our cleaning service. The person calling was named Sharon. She was extremely rude, and would not take my saying no, we are not interested as an answer. She wanted to speak to my manager, who was already busy handling other matters, because apparently I was beneath her.

Yeah, no thanks.

Very friendly, efficient, and honest! Worked quickly which I appreciated but this did not affect the quality of work. They did amazing. They power washed our entire back patio, grill, and outdoor couch and got our windows so clean and ready for summer! Highly recommend this company.

I like the people that do the work, they are excellent and very knowledgeable and personable! Know the owner and he has a great company!! Very honest and trustworthy and wouldn’t use anyone else!!

Jeremy from Brighter Days Window Cleaning cleaned our windows today, inside and out. He did an EXCELLENT job, far surpassing any window cleaning jobs we have had done in the past. I was impressed that he did such thorough job, not only on the windows, but he cleaned the indoor and outdoor window sills, the window screens, and the sliding screen doors. He was on time for the job, worked in an efficient manner, and is a polite and professional young man. I highly recommend Brighter Days and especially Jeremy.
