Had an altercation with driver of their company van, driving around town and company vehicle cuts me off and almost hits me and because honked the driver(presumably owner) gets upset with me for this and wants to start making gestures so I get upset as well and tell them they’re in the wrong for almost hitting me and not using a blinker and they just mocked me like a child so I called the company to report the driver and after the first call they hung up on me mid sentence and I called back 3 times to get hung up on each time, that is why I assume this could’ve been the owner, not even a customer of this company but if that happened to be the owner this reflects bad on the company, just wanted to inform people of a company that can’t take accountability for their simple driving habits, can only imagine what they might not take accountability for when it comes their services.

I had a rug that I needed clean, it was an oriental rug, they did a fantastic job! Also super flexible on the pick up and delivery!

Last week we made an appointment for Friday pick up...But unfortunately nobody called us for what time they were supposed to get our rug. After waiting we called them... the hours that they gave us was late and we made a new appointment for Monday pick up...today is Wednesday and nobody called us... I read many good things about Airloom Oriental Rug but we have a very big disappointment....They could be very busy but as a courtesy they had to call us and let’s know when they could pick it up.....after one week later now we are looking for other place and we lost time before moving....

Paul was upfront about the challenges of removing mold and stains from a large jute rug. In the end, the rug suffered some of the issues he predicted but still came out better than I expected and I'll be able to get many more years out of it. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

The only way to truly clean your rug is through submersion! And this guy does it! Great prices for what he does. Will be taking my rug back for sure.

I recently had two rugs cleaned by Airloom. In addition, one rug needed to be rersized and bound. Paul came by the house and picked up the larger rug and explained the cleaning process. I had already read reviews as well as their on-line description of their very specialized washing process. When I dropped off the second carpet at the shop to be washed and resized, Paul showed me their equipment and how they handle the rugs during the cleaning and washing process. He also arranged for the rug to be cut and bound. The work was done beautifully, Paul explained it that it had to be done by hand and the carpet looked perfect when it was returned. Paul is understandably proud of the work they do and his concern and enthusiasm show when he deals with customers. Carpets, especially vintage, oriental rugs need to be handled carefully and Airloom's process is unique and done with care--He was recommended to me, and I would recommend him to anyone concerned about leaving an heirloom carpet in someone else's hands! I used Airloom Oriental Rugs for 3 valuable rugs. They did an excellent job and were professional in every way punctual and very helpful for me in rearranging schedule because of illness in my family. I definitely will use this company in the future.

Paul is amazing. I had a rug wreaking of animal odor, and after taking it to Airloom, it was free of ANY smell and literally sparkled it was so clean. The team is wonderful, fast, and will always have my business for carpet cleaning!

They destroyed the binding on my Chinese rug on one end. He asked if I had cut off the fringe and I told him yes, but it wasn’t damaged. When they cleaned the rug it all unraveled and frayed. I had to take the rug and have the edges bound by an upholsterer. Horrible job.
