Family run, father son, excellent work, great guys, highly recommend

High quality results for a reasonable price. The owner and his son showed up ahead of schedule - texting when they were 10 minutes away. They were incredibly efficient, leaving the tile sparkling and the surrounding areas clean.

Andrew and his son did an amazing job. I had my pool tile cleaned a few year ago and my yard was a mess when the guy left. Not this time!!! They made my tile look new again and cleaned up my entire yard before leaving. You will not be unhappy with them...highly recommend Slick Pool Tile..Thanks guys.

I've been using Slick's every few years for almost 20 years when my pool is crusted with Tucson water minerals. They ALWAYS do such a perfect job. If there were six stars, I would give them that. Not only is the pool perfectly clear of mineral deposits and shiny like new, but they also totally clean up after the work is done. Pool cleaning can be a messy business, but they always make it perfect. Perfect price, too. You can't go wrong with Slick's Pool Tile Cleaning.

These guys know their stuff! We had about 8 years of accumulated deposits on our pool tile. We'd tried all the aftermarket gels and scrapers and they were completely ineffective.

I called Slicks and scheduled an appointment. They were able to use a satellite view to measure the pool perimeter for a quote. I also measured the pool with a tape measure and their satellite tool was within 18" of what I measured.

My appointment time was 10:30 to 11:00. Andrew and Son showed up at 10:30 and went right to work. They drained the pool about 10-12" while they were setting up their tools.

As soon as the water was at the right level, they started blasting with their media to remove the deposits. I was surprised at how quickly this went. Once the deposits were removed, they power washed all the residue and then wiped down the tiles and sealed them. They used a leaf blower and water hose to remove any of the blasting media that escaped the pool. While packing up, they vacuumed the pool again. With one or two cycles of my pool filter and vacuum, the water should be pristine.

The entire process only took 2-1/2 to 3 hours. The yard and pool were left spotless.

You can't go wrong with this team. They have the knowledge and tools to do the job right the first time for a very reasonable price.

He did an excellent job. I had some very high traffic areas and he was able to refresh them and made the rooms look very fresh and clean. He exceeded my expectations by even cleaning the front bedroom and the closets. He was very through, respectful and a very hard worker. I will definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Purchased a voucher through Amazon Local on 8 Nov 13 called for appointment 13 Nov left message, no response. Called again 21 Nov left message, no response. Called once again 26 Nov had to leave message but this time got a return call the next day. I was told he was too busy with Groupon and Amazon Local stuff until after the New Year so I set up an appointment for 9 AM 2 Jan 14.

9 Jan 14 at 9:45 AM no show, called him and had to leave message again (voice mail said he was very busy because of the Groupon response). 10:15 called me back and said he did not have me scheduled for today, only somebody named Rick. Told him I had already moved all the furniture and set up the room for carpet cleaning so I would go ahead and do it myself so I started cleaning the carpet myself.

9 Jan 14 11:00 AM he rang my door bell and asked if I was Rick, when I said no he asked if the phone number he had was correct which it wasn’t. He also didn’t have Rick’s address and appeared very confused, I suggested he call Rick and ask him and leave my house. Since I was already half done cleaning the carpet myself I no longer had need of his services. I will admit throughout this I was growing more and more frustrated. Whoever he is, he never identified himself; he should not be in business without supervision. When he visited here he was wearing headphones the entire time, and listening to music, couldn’t operate his phone, and was a general mess.

Shawn has been cleaning the carpets at my home for years. He always does an amazing job and really takes his time to make sure it is done right and is very clean. Had to convert my property to a rental when I got a job out of Tucson. Called Shawn when the Renters were moving out and they just had Stanley Steamer come and clean the carpets on one of the room specials... Stanley did a terrible job and there were stains where my tenant had their furniture. Shawn fit me in the next day and got all of the stains out!!! If you want a local person that is going to show up on time, take the time to do the job right the first time call Shawn! He has done the tile in my home also and it came out great!

Called Shawn for an appointment and he was able to get us on the schedule in less than a week. When he showed up, he was very professional, and was able to get the job done in a couple short hours. While our carpet had only a few imperfections before, he left it like new. Would definitely recommend!

Anytime that we have had a question or specific need, they have been prompt, courteous, professional, affordable. Customer service is so important. We were with a different pool company before and had numerous disastrous and frustrating experiences. Splash Pools stands by their name. I've been with Splash pool service for a combined 20 plus years . They have always maintained great service along with professionalism. My pool has maintained a well balanced treatment throughout the years. I highly recommend splash pool service so talk with Matt and he'll take care of you as he has done for me . I normally don’t leave reviews unless I feel strongly about the situation . We started service with this company in October. At first everything was fine . Recently we had missed appointments, no shows , and no courtesy calls. No one reached out to reschedule. We have a large dog on our property who needs to be put away so they pool can be serviced. We asked for a courtesy call and a later arrival window to ensure someone would be home and the pool can be serviced. We don’t feel like it is necessary to provide a key to our home. After multiple missed appointments and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I placed another request for service again, as no one showed up once again and our pool looks terrible. The “manager” was supposed to come out tomorrow 3/5/22 to check and service our pool. Instead, today he calls my husband regarding the issues . He belittled us and made it seem as though we were lying about no one showing up. Instead of trying to save us as a customer , he stated we were being dropped as clients due to issues with access to our property. It’s sad that instead of accommodating us with very simple requests, it was easier to drop us as clients . Very unfortunate situation so beware if you plan on hiring this company.

We made the switch to Splash Pool Service from another company 3 months ago and couldn't be happier about it. Our pool stays chemically balanced. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I just had Splash Pools do an acid wash and tile cleaning on my pool today and I couldn't be happier with the results! They started early this morning after draining it overnight. But they worked hard on it, staying motivated and focused. Miraculously, they got it all clean. It's like a brand new pool now. I'm very impressed! I would not hesitate to use them again.
