After sinking about $1,500 and 1 ½ years into the pool with our prior company, it was always cloudy. It got to a point where I didn’t want to even get into the pool. We decided to try a new company and called Splash. That was the smartest thing we did.

Nick showed up and was aware of the problem in advance. Within 5 minutes he found the problem recommended a course of action and had a new filter in within a couple days. The next day the pool was crystal clear.

We have been a customer of Splash Pool for a couple of years. They have been a very good supplier of the services that we required. They replaced our aging system in a professional and timely manner. They have been proactive when we had problems (of our own making) and solved them timely.

We have had our pool serviced by Splash for something over a year now. We've been very happy with the service. Recently we've had a problem with some back pressure in the system. They promptly sent someone out to assess the situation. They suggested an upgrade of our very old filtration system. We agreed to the upgrade. They moved quickly and within the week we had the new filtration system, which seems to have solved the problem. We were very happy with their communication, streamlined billing process, and efficient installation.

Blake from Splash Pools replaced our old pool pump and filter with new ones today. He was very professional and prompt, he came out last week to give the estimate and had everything he needed and did an excellent job!! I highly recommend this business.

We have had flawless experiences with Splash Pool Service since they installed our in-ground spa nearly 20 years ago. Technician Blake gave us good advice about changing our filters and performed the installation himself, including a related plumbing repair. We have always found Splash Pool Service's work faultless and have no reservation about recommending them enthusiastically and wholeheartedly.

Rapid response. New backwash valve installed within three days. But $500 seems high for a piece of plastic.

They always show up on time, keep the water crystal clear, and handle any issues before they become problems. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain what they’re doing. My pool has never looked better, and I love not having to worry about maintenance. I highly recommend them to any pool owner looking for reliable service.

WOW! great service. Our pool pump died and we called Splash pool . They sent us Nick, a friendly and extremely knowledgeable professional. We had lots of debris in our pool. He gave us a great suggestion about a leaf canister.
So we have a new Pentair pump, works great! Helped us defeat black algae and keep the debris under control.

I was referred to Splash Pool by a friend who has used their service for years and is very pleased with them. I turned my pool care over to them earlier this year and have been very pleased with their: pool care, customer service, return-back calls when needed. Their prices, in my opinion, are very reasonable, especially considering their service. When needed a tech will come out and do additional testing and service as part of the package. Good job Splash Pool. Another benefit. No contracts.

I purchased a home here in Tucson a year ago, and am a first time pool owner. The previous owners had it for 40 years, and the pool was far from optimized. I was naive about pools, and assumed they just worked, and were always crystal clear 🤣.
The sand filter was barely working, the pump wasn't timed properly with run times and speeds, there were bouts of black algae, the jets weren't positioned in their proper places for optimal water movement....etc. etc. The experience came with frustrations, not knowing the ins and outs of pool equipment and their downfalls. Matt (the owner) and Nick (one of the managers) have been attentive, patient, and super helpful in explaining and educating me about the workings of the entire system. It's taken awhile, but a year later I have a new DE filter (through them) proper jet streams, no black algae, and crystal clear filtration. Thanks guys, for putting up with my frustrations while I learned!

They cleaned all my windows inside and out and did a fabulous job at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend Ninja window cleaning.
