I kept fighting a green pool all summer, and it turned out to be a bad filter! Nick advised me on what steps to take and guided me through every step. New system installed quickly and he explained the care in great detail. Nick and the Splash crew are top notch!!!

We have been using Splash Pool Service for 2 years.they are very professional and do a great job every week. We have had on occasion them out to do speciality maintenance and installation and their managers are very knowledgeable and conscientious workers. Would definitely recommend them !!!

I had a pool with problems my pool service that was unable to solve for fifteen years. They told me my situation was just impossible. But finally I switched to Splash Pools and now my pool looks gorgeous. Every time I see it, I want to jump in. The guys are pool geniuses. I'm so happy.

I signed up for service about 2 years ago. Service included brushing, chemicals, emptying baskets, cleaning the cartridge filter. They did a great job brushing, balancing chemicals, and emptying baskets.
However they only cleaned my filter once. I looked past it and did it myself while trying to find out what their criteria was. I never got a straight answer. I had just replaced my pump and filter before signing up with Splash, so it was important to me it was taken care of.
After a particularly windy/dusty few weeks, I heard my pump being louder than normal and whining, so I emptied and cleaned it. I cleaned out all the dust and junk shown in the photos. It dropped my filter pressure over 20 psi. I also found silt in the impeller housing. Not great.
To be honest, if they had just told me a minimum cleaning schedule and stuck to it, I probably wouldn't have kept an eye on it and would still be using Splash.

Splash pool services has been great for our first summer in a new home with a pool. Technicians always show up on time and do a great service. Can’t wait to do more business with this company next year.

I was struggling trying to keep my pool happy on my own. I could not keep it balanced or algae free to save my life. Every week I was taking water samples in and spending at least $70 on chemicals I had no idea how to properly use. I was beyond frustrated. We hired Splash Pool Service for their chemical services and ever since they took over, my pool has been perfect. The water is beautiful, we haven't had any algae problems. I could not be happier. They are the best money I have ever spent on this pool. I am so thankful for their service. Splash also fixed a leak I had in my pump. They were quick to respond and got the job done quickly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Splash Pool Service.

We called splash pool service to deal with our green pool. I shocking it, but had no luck. Nick came out with some adorable equipment repairs and fixed it right away. He was a godsend!

I have been with Splash Pool for 5 years. At the beginning it was worry-free. Last 2-3 years the service has been deteriorated. The technician missed appointment(s), the person who answered emails during the holidays was rude (I did not have service for 3 weeks), the water quality was way below ideal (I had water tested at a pool supply store periodically). Earlier this year, I had the pool drained and refilled. 2 months later I had another water quality problem. The water test shows the chlorine and PH were high, so was the phosphate level (5 times higher than the ideal range). They sent a manager who had no idea what caused the problem and claimed the pH was fine (water test at the pool supply store shows 8.4). He asked whether we had any extensive use of the pool. We had not used the pool since last summer. He took a picture to send to his supervisor. I was told the supervisor would call me the next day to discuss. A week passed, nobody called to follow up. I did some research on line, it appears the water quality problem is due to high pH.

I've hired Splash Pools several times over the past 15 years. (My husband, chem degree, usually handles the 'day to day' ) But when there are larger issues to tackle, I ALWAYS can count on Splash. They come out to assess the problem, give VALUABLE advice and in a short period of time, have always been able to get our pool back up to the 'Blue Lagoon' status. I would NOT HESITATE to contract with Splash - I love that they give a heads-up before their arrival as we have dogs and I'm able to make sure everything is secure before the gate opens. We had a new pool filter installed by Blake. He is very nice, professional, efficient and helpful. He knows more about pools than anyone else who has ever worked on our pool. We highly recommend Splash!

We have been using Splash Pool for quite a few years now and love them. They are a high quality pool service that is definitely affordable! They are flexible with their scheduling and their pool techs are great, our regular tech is Max which is AHMAZING, but all of them are great.

They also have great referrals to additional services - I needed my pool resurfaced and they referred me to Ramon Martinez who just finished, and it's beautiful. And affordable!!

They also do pool vacuum rentals, and take care of repairs, and that is a HUGE relief. Much better than the original company we bought our other vacuum from.

Splash Pool Service just installed a wonderful new heat pump for our existing pool. We are delighted with the installation and performance of the pump, at a fraction of the cost of our gas pool heater at our old house. The pump was installed by Ryan and his crew who went above and beyond to ensure the new pump worked with our pool and system. The crew was able to carefully navigate our existing fence, and restored everything to better than before the install. We are so happy to be swimming in December!

Neighbors use the services of Splassh Pool, so I decided to call for an assessment of my pool condition and to possibly sign them up for continuing services. I was scheduled quickly, the tech was prompt, efficient and gracious. He never tried to upsell services to me. I am thrilled to have this company be the caretaker of my pool. My Portuguese Water Dog "Choco" is thrilled as well.

Great pool service company! Affordable with flexible service plans, professional, friendly and helpful. They changed out my noisy, old pool pump a year ago with a new multi- stage unit and I couldn't be more satisfied with its performance and low energy consumption. They also do a great job keeping the pool water crystal clear.

I have used Splashpool for many years for our own pool as well as for our rental. I trust them completely. They put in our pool heaters, have serviced old equipment, and helped reset the pool after storm for renters....all while keeping our water sparkling week in and week out. They answer the phone. They troubleshoot. They do great work. Their pricing is fair. I can't say enough good things. Oh, and our dogs love them, too...and that says something.
