Mr.Carpet Cleaner has given me amazing carpet cleaning services! Their techs are very professional, they take the time to explain everything that they will do and other services they provide. I feel safer with the hospital grade disinfectant they include in every type of cleaning they do. Knowing that it is a locally owned and operated business is a big plus. I recommend them 100%!

I used Mr Carpet Cleaner for the first time December 7 2021. My house flooded in August and we were recently allowed to move back in, after reconstruction and repairs that have been going on the last few months, the carpets in the bedrooms were disastrous. My technician was fast, efficient and friendly. He made me aware that due to the dust and stains from construction, he may not be able to remove those stains. However in just under an hour our carpets look new + fresh again. Wish I would’ve taken before and after photos.

I am very happy with the way my carpets look after having Mr. Carpet Cleaner come out to steam clean the carpets. 3 bedrooms, hallway, and 2 living rooms are all looking great! We moved into a house with cream colored carpets. From the previous tenants move, the carpet in the living room had an area that was desperately in need of cleaning. I was in shock that they made it look like new. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Gabriel's work was excellent. He was on time, worked quickly yet throughly and efficiently through all the rooms in our home. He was very careful around the walls and corners and nothing was dinged or damaged. The work was done in a little over an hour and we are very happy with the whole experience. They are Great, only One hour window to show up. Mr. Carpet Cleaner did my carpets and Upholstery, they smell awesome.

Mr. Carpet Cleaner called me 30 mins before my scheduled appointment. Gabriel was on time and he answered all of my questions. He was professional and polite. He took his time treating the pet urine stains in the carpet. I recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

This company ruined my 2 wool rugs. I got them back after they were to clean them, only to find them both with huge lumps that are enough to trip on. theses were expensive and beautiful pieces, now worthless. I'm so sorry I trusted this company. Now they say the rugs were old, no and not worn at all. I used them as show pieces in a dinning area that we 70 year old's don't use. Don't make the same mistake I did. No stars!

Excellent customer service! Anna scheduled the cleaning for me, was very attentive, answered my questions and returned my calls very quickly! Gabriel the carpet technician was also very professional and went the extra mike to remove some bird droppings at the entrance. I appreciate everyone’s professionalism and would highly recommend! Mr Carpet was friendly, courteous, professional and attentive. He walked thru the house with us to see the stains and issues we had with the carpet. He did an excellent job clean all the stains and carpet. We will definitely call them next time.
