Best carpet cleaning in town. Very professional and punctual. Called them up for an appointment. They were able to get me in the same day. Highly recommended. Will defenetly use them again.

With a potty training toddler, three dogs, and a lot of entertaining our two year old tan carpet was clearly stained and had evidence of high traffic wear. On Monday, Mr. Carpet Cleaner came to my house (on time, I might add) and now it's looking good as it did the day it was installed. I was impressed by their communication, professionalism, and the results. Will definitely be a return customer!

They were extremely fast to come out to our new place. The technician was professional and did a very good job on our carpet cleaning.

Firstly, this company is awesome! Able was the gentleman that came over today. I usually walk around the home barefoot, so I mistakenly walked on the rug after it had been sprayed(before cleaning and steaming). Big mistake on my part because the cleaning liquid burns! Now imagine what it does to the dirt and germs on the rug.

They were very responsive and flexible with me changing appointment last minute. Very professional, the result was beyond expectation on heavy traffic areas in a house with 4 kids. They also took the time to explain best practices to keep carpets cleaner for longer time.

They are careful with also keeping all areas clean (That aren’t being steamed) and are very mindful of it. I have gotten my rugs and coaches cleaned and have been so amazed of the results! They are punctual and professional and do a great job!

First time using this company and I was very impressed. Gabrielle was very professional and went above and beyond to remove a few pet stains I had on an area rug and in the carpet. The carpets came out great and the house smells so clean! Will definitely use again.

Gabriel was punctual, thorough and covid-safe! When I told him we like to clean it every 3 or 4 months (white carpet, with pets!) He offered to have the office make a reminder call! Perfect!! Great service!

They cancelled the house cleaning the morning of my scheduled appointment, as technician said he had a flat tire and just never showed up , not delayed or rescheduled, Never called back . Terrible business. I was stuck and had to delay my furniture movers a week to find another company . Never use them . Not reliable.

Gabriel was very friendly, professional, respectful and courteous! He went over my carpets a few extra times to get it nice and clean! He removed tons of pet hairs from my tenants having 2 dogs. Smelled great and I felt the prices were very reasonable. Took a little under an hour. Will recommend his services.

Carlos was an excellent tech. He was very knowledgeable and provided great advice on how to keep our carpets looking great. He gave us a fair quote for more services and was very professional. He was also very aware of pets and wore footies so they could not go in areas where he cleaned.

Experience from beginning to end was amazing. They were able to get someone out same day and Gabriel was a true professional.

We had Gabriel come out to clean our carpets and walk in closet. We have two large dogs one very hairy dog along with my husband working in maintenance we had a lot of dark stains in the carpet and pet stains and odor when Gabriel was done the stains were like they didn’t even happen. The smell of my dogs were completely gone and he got a ton of dog hair out of the carpets that our vacuum was not getting 10/10 recommend for even the toughest stains I thought we would have to replace the carpets im glad we don’t have to! They were awesome to work with.

Mr. Carpet cleaner was very kind and had great customer service. My kiddos were curious and kept trying to see what he was doing. Every time I would move them away he was still so kind, patient and polite. He worked very efficiently and all the stains came out of the carpet! I was super grateful and excited to see them gone! Definitely recommend as their very flexible as well and communication from scheduling an appointment to the day of the tech arriving was all very smooth.

Hello Good Morning Katrina Fortunately we live in a Country of free expression and we are free to express ourselves freely. There are good clients and other problematic ones who expect miracles. Fortunately, most of our clients appreciate our work and effort, which is why we have remained busy since 2012. Do what you think is right to do. This is the last email we will respond to.

Now the company is shifting blame onto me as the customer rather than taking responsibility for the quality of the service provided.

I would like to clarify that at no point prior to the service did your technician set these “realistic expectations” you mentioned. My sister was present and can confirm that these issues were only brought up after the cleaning was completed, which makes it feel like an excuse rather than an explanation.

Additionally, the comment about my floors not being swept prior to the appointment feels unnecessary and dismissive. As a professional cleaning company, I expected a higher standard of service and professionalism regardless of the condition of my floors.

I work in customer service myself, and I know that taking accountability and working toward a resolution is the best way to handle situations like this. It’s disappointing to feel like I’m being blamed rather than heard. At this point, my mind is blown how your company has treated this situation.

First review: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mr.carpet cleaner I hired them to clean my grout, expecting professional results right before thanksgiving but my floors ended up looking worse than before. The grout now has streaks that look like zebra stripes, and there was visible dry product left behind, not only on the grout but also on my wood staircase.

If satisfactory results weren’t possible without sealing, this should have been communicated to me before the service, not after. Instead, I was left with a mess and an unsatisfactory explanation that blamed the issues on my grout’s condition rather than the poor execution of their service.

Their customer service was equally disappointing. When I brought up my concerns, they were dismissive and offered no solution to fix the problem. This lack of accountability and professionalism has completely destroyed my trust in this company.

I would never use Mr.carpet cleaner again and will not recommend them to anyone. What a waste of time and money.
