I had the stench of a dead animal that had died in a rental house and was left there to rot. I tried everything I could to remove the stench, but a dead animal odor remained that was just lingering no matter what I did. Jeff came out and focused his treatment on the room where the animal was, and also gave the entire house a treatment. That sure did the job; the dead animal odor was gone, plus an odor the house already had from years of previous tenants was gone. It was refreshing to walk into the house and not smell a thing, when I was used to a certain funk smell that house always had. I highly recommend this service to remove tough odors.

Mr. Hobbs just finished up removing smoke and pet odor in one of our rental properties. Our last tenants smoked and had pets in the rental "which was against the contract agreement". He arrived early this morning on time and was finished in about 5 hours. I was reserved if he could remove the horrible smell or not. When we entered the home it had absolutely no odor whatso ever. There was a slight smell of "ozone" although it was gone in about an hour. This was definitely a good investment we made. Property is ready for a new renter. Thank you Jeff and your team. My wife and I were looking for a vehicle for my daughter, when we found the one she likes, the owner was a smoker and the car smelt like a ash tray. Before we bought the vehicle, I called Hobbs Pro-Air solutions, and asked if he could get rid of the smell. He assured me he could, he showed up on time was very professional. He explained his service and got to work. When he was finished there was no cigarette smell at all. When Covid first started we had Jeff and his team come out and sanitize our vehicles, work equipment/tools, and our personal home. He tested each area prior to sanitization and retested after he was through. His results are phenomenal! I highly recommend Jeff from Hobbs Pro-Air Solutions to have your home sanitized. Unfortunately my family were positive for Covid-19. He was very caring and professional. He educated us on the proper cleaning practices and answered all our questions. He sanitized our 3,334 sq ft home in a couple of hours. He tested counter tops and refrigerator before and after to show the results. We were really impressed to actually see the results first hand. Jeff and his company are absolutely amazing. He is incredibly professional and maintained great communication with me through the entire process and service! He came out to treat and deodorize my entire back yard and also cleaned up my front sidewalks and driveway.
