The staff here are amazing, kind, patient, knowledgeable people. They always make me feel welcome every time I come here, and I know I'm in good hands every time I ask for a recommendation. I never feel like I'm being scammed by them or being pitched a sale script. It's a very chill environment, and a lot of beautiful healthy plants and pretty fish to look at. I come here every chance I get, and my mother who is a gardener loves to come here every time she visits me. They have high-value deals and are willing to work with you when you have issues with your plants. If there's anywhere you want to go to buy plants, buy fertilizer, find out more about plants, this is the place to go.

Helped me pick out a great pot for my large adenium and planted for me. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Love going there!

If you are looking for a hard to find exotic plant, this is your place. I have gotten my dwarf icecream banana tree here, strawberry guava, and pineapple guava.

I bought 3 pomegranate trees ,4ft tall. I might buy more as they are the juicy ones. They will be gone by next Wednesday.

I love this place. The staff are so welcoming and extremely helpful and the shop itself is so lovely with exquisite plants everywhere.
Brad was a tremendous help! He went above and beyond to give my dying orchid a chance at surviving and gave me such great advice on coco chips and plant care. I will always prefer this plant shop out of all the ones in Tucson.

This is the best plant store I’ve ever been in. Great selection that changes frequently all backed up by the most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever encountered in a retail store. Seriously, these guys know what they are talking about!

Great customer service! They are very knowledgeable and it’s obvious they all love what they do! I was impressed with the reasonable prices. If you buy a pot and a cactus they will plant it for free!! Seeing Tinkerbell was an added bonus!

Love EcoGro and the staff there!!! Have to limit how often I visit because I would collect far too many cool plants lol! The houseplants i bought there last year are still living and thriving, and they always have a cool and unique selection to choose from! Always have a pleasant visit and am always looking forward to my next visit!

Had just moved here from the Lucious old wood forest of the NE, where I would forage and enjoy long hikes. Moving down here I was scared it was only going to be rock collectors (which is awesome if that’s your thing). The knowledge this staff has in everything growing, from aquaponics, to planters, raised beds, SIPs, drain to waste, coco to potting to living soil. From synthetic to truly organic. They got it. On top of all of that they have AMAZING classes every Saturday and community sponsored and organized events.
So glad I found this place

Awesome shop! Great place for substrate for reptiles/amphibians. They have really neat cactus and carnivorous plants.

Small place but really interesting inventory. They have unique cactus and succulents and an amazing variety of desert rose in all sorts of colors.

I love to stop in and get a special plant every now and then and the staff is always eager to help and very knowledgeable. They will replant your plant if you buy it their along with the pot. Very cool.

Kelly helped me pick a gorgeous birthday plant for a friend. I picked the cutest pot and then she potted it for me. That’s some excellent service.
I can’t wait to go back and grow my plant collection. They have such a wide variety and everything is so beautifully displayed, I know I’ll keep coming back.
I’m also excited to join in on some classes and increase my plant knowledge.
I will tell every plant lover to go here.

This is a wonderful horticultural store that has a couple things that sets it apart. They have two fairly large aquaponic systems that run beautifully! The staff are very well informed on a variety of topics including aquaponics and are very friendly!! A friendly staff member goes a looong way! They have a good selection of Down To Earth dry nutrients at a reasonable price. They also have a very large selection of Tillandsias!! There aren't many places that sell Air Plants in Tucson and so when I found that they have some, I was sold!! Thank you EcoGro for being here and being soo kind!! I love this store and would highly recommend and suggest this place to anyone that loves plants!!!

Great place for all your growing needs, friendly and very helpful. If there is a plant you want but do not see just ask they will find it. Plants not doing so well tell them what's going on they will help ☺️ overall great experience every time I go in.
