Normally they’re great! Today not so much after having pesticides/fungicides pushed on me over beneficial bugs for an issue I’m even really sure of. I’m not a super knowledgeable gardener but I can’t imagine beneficial insects being a bad place to start for general garden health.

Easily the best selection of pond gear, plumbing, plants and fish in Tucson. Their prices are also amazing especially if your looking to get bigger fish. Staff are friendly and engaging even with my young kids who love to feed the fish. I also really appreciate how their right of the highway, very easy to get in and out of.

Highly recommend this place 🪴. The people who work there are so friendly and they help you with all sorts of doubts with the soil, plants,etc. The plants are so beautiful and not expensive and they don't have any issues like gnats or anything. Been here so many times and it's one of my favorite place to shop for plants. They have a varieties of plants, cactus, succulents, air plants and not to forget the carnivorous plant ,then everything you need for plants like fertilizer, pots, soil,moss, etc etc. And they do sell fishes too.

Came in today for some new houseplants and left with some great new knowledge! The staff is patient, kind and welcoming. I bought a bag of their house-made potting soil and left with my plants feeling super confident! Just a joy to be in that beautiful store as well. I can’t wait to come back!

This place is amazing. They sell a bunch of local brands and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They have fertilizer, soil additives, clay and plastic pots, plants, shade cloth and so much more.

Solid place to go every time I go into this place I never leave disappointed. The staff is very professional and know what they are taking about ordered a CO2 tank from them and got it fairly quick. I recommend this place to those looking for classes this place is good for rookie and advanced growers solid 100% are my thoughts thank you.

Awesome place! I probably have more than 30 plants from them. Heading over for another is my favorite way to treat myself! The prices are as good as big box stores, but the selection is better and you can trust that your money is going to cool people!

This is the place to buy all sorts of plants and plant care things. They have a wide variety of well loved plants. The store itself feels like walking into a different world. The employees seemed to love their job which was awesome. If I could, I would've bought all the plants there!!

I took my 2 big Monserrat to be repotted. I asked the guys advice on what should I be doing to propagate the plants. Instead of telling me to cut the stem and water propagate it, they just cut and dumped the stem in potting mix. This caused so much damage in my plants. I trusted the guys at the store to know what exactly to do but feels like I got ripped off into buying more pots and they charged me a bunch of repotting fee for basically nothing.

Absolutely disappointing.

November 2024 - The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Especially Tink. I was getting on a flight in a few hours. The staff packaged up my 3 plants perfectly. They made the flight without any damage or shifting. I was told they would even be safe in my checked bag. They have an amazing variety and all different sizes.
I don't know when I'll be back to Tucson but this is a must stop place. I've even told my family who live in Arizona they have to take a trip out.
I wish I bought more for my Midwest home.

Edit to my review: June 2025 - I again cannot say enough good things about this company. my aunt was coming to visit and offered to pick up cacti for me. I wanted to highlight that they continue to demonstrate excellent customer service in person and through email. the cacti and succulents made the travel with out any "injuries". I look forward to visiting the store again in person.

They have an excellent selection of planting pots, gardening tools, soil, native seeds, and other supplies to start your home grown organic garden. We went for a seed starting class by Horny Toad Horticulture which was super informative. On this particular Saturday there was also a market of local vendors that had a variety of handmade crafts at very reasonable prices. The only detractor was that the space in the store is somewhat cramped. I hope they expand because what they offer is well worth a visit!

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Staff is always around for questions. Wide range of plants, large selection of affordable plants and some pricer likely more rare plants also. Will repot any plant and pot you buy together for free. They make their own dirt and offer in in bags as small as a quart. If you’re looking for indoor plants I highly recommend.

We randomly stumbled onto this store while on a day trip down to Tucson. The "Weird Plants" sign they had on the sidewalk in front of their store drew us in, it was a last minute decision to pull in and check it out on the way to our actual destination.

I am glad we stopped in! They had a fantastic selection of plants along with a wide variety of needs like soils, grow lights, pots and more. The prices were great as well, both my mother and I ended up buying several plants and my mom even had a few planted in store as they had a deal where if you bought a plant & a pot, they would repot the plant into the pot for you. They also sold Koi fish in different sizes for anyone looking to start a pond in their yard.

We live up in Phoenix, but this store would be worth the drive to go down and visit to pick up some more plants when we are looking for them. Our plants made it back on the trip perfectly fine & they still look fantastic. I can't wait to see their growth, and I will be trying out an indoor plant fertilizer I bought at Ecogro to help some of my other indoor plants flourish as well. If you are a plant lover, I highly recommend checking this spot out.

Timely excellent service and reasonable prices

Excellent job by Will and Joey. Very prompt, efficient and price is reasonable. Highly recommend this company. They replaced our irrigation cellonoids which had burned out and installed a drip line in our uprised planter.

I called Will yesterday afternoon with an irrigation value problem. He came out the next morning and had it fixed in an hour. Quoted me a fair price and that is the price I paid. Very professional and nice

Had what turned out to be a job that was more difficult than expected and they did a great job quickly and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
