Brent arrived on schedule and did an excellent job of identifying the problems. He fixed the main issue but did determine some additional work that needs to be done. The additional work will require some parts any maybe will require an additional person to help? It would have been nice if he had some of the small missing screws and plastic green clips along with him.

Service was fine, except arrived 2 1/2 hours late delayed finding a part.

We had them out to fix our awning. After messing with the control for about 10 minutes it went out and in. Seemed to work ok for 2 days. Then it stopped working again. I left this review and within 10 minutes got a call even though it was after hours on a Friday. After a conversation about the awning they agreed to refund our service call charges since they couldn't fix the problem. This is outstanding customer service. I really appreciate their follow up and willingness to do whatever it took to make us happy.

I had a security door and my back door, 2 doors, that needed to be aligned. Brooke was sent to do the job. She was on time and did a great job! Both doors open and close nicely now, no more pushing and shoving and having a hard time locking the doors. She also made sure she cleaned up after herself. Thank you so much City Wide for sending Brooke to fix my doors. Mission accomplished and I am very happy with a job well done.

We’ve been burned by a fair share of workman doing repairs at our home, and are thrilled to say we have found a company we can give a 5 star rating. We hired City Wide Handyman to complete repair of storm damage to our exterior gate/roof edging/trim, water damage to our pantry interior wall/shelves, installation of a new dog door, and fix of the tin roof on our front porch. They gave us a reasonable quote and timeline for completion, and then not only got it done on time and for the agreed upon price, but managed to communicate with us regularly about when they would arrive and the status of the job, They were also honest about what we could do within budget (isn’t that refreshing?). We found them reliable, honest, friendly, skilled in home repair, and they did a good clean-up before leaving. So, we are happy to recommend Leon and his crew to anyone looking for a good solid handyman. We will be using them again. Matthew & Kathy R

They maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Showed up as scheduled and completed Solotube + exhaust fan install on schedule.

We had a couple of ceiling fans installed and the tech even programmed the remotes.

It is everything you hope for - courteous, timely, knowledgeable, neat, and personable. They are easy to schedule with, responsive to emails and to calls.

I will be calling them again and I will be recommending them to others.

Great company to work with. We had a delay on installing the tile but that was because my supplier was late getting it to us. City-wide Handyman keep me informed and was very helpful and most of all they did great work.

From start to finish this seemed so easy. These people know what they are doing. I had a solar tube installed in a tongue and groove ceiling and the final result it great. Should have done it sometime ago.

Were punctual for appointment to install solar tube. They were knowledgeable about installation and gave me choices about installation. After job was completed cleaned up and gave me paperwork to process tax deduction.

Woke up to an unexpected leak on my water heater. Based on a friend’s recommendation I called City Wide. They did not disappoint. Brett and Miguel were on-site less than an hour after my initial call. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and took care of the leak quickly.

Fee communication could be much more transparent.

While I can't say anything about their work, my interaction was a bit unfortunate. Was referred by solatube for an inspection of a faulty fan that was making noise as the original installer no longer works with solatube but thought Solatube would warranty their fan. Solatube said they'd need to have it inspected before they'd consider honoring the warranty for a bad fan even though I sent them a video of the issue.

City Wide made the appointment over the phone but didn't advise me there would be a fee for the inspection of $150 until they arrived plus an additional similar install fee later if the warranty was even honored. While i get entirely not working for free, this seemed high for just an inspection and I wish it had been mentioned when I made the appointment as neither they nor Solatube mentioned it there would be a charge to do an inspection to decide if a solatube warranty would even be honored and that it would be that high.

I had a very good experience with City-wide Handyman LLC. The work was done professionally and everything was completed on time. The handyman was friendly, skilled, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs reliable home repairs.

They are amazing and got the job done. Would definitely recommend them. I have had them do two separate jobs now wanted us to put up my carport and the other is to create a drainage trench with piping and drains in the yard and they are amazing. I love working with Brent.
