They do NOT take care of their plants!!! How crappy it is to neglect the plants there. Especially the indoor houseplants.

I love Home Depot. We came for one thing and ended up with new cacti and some other essentials.

You need help to attend the customers. Cachier is not very attent. My small tree fall off from my hand throwing all the dirt and he just look at me. Did nothing, did not all anyone for help. I had to put it back in myself.

Worst customer service ever! The manger there yelling at me as a client made my perches experience very not comfortable

I went specifically to get a grow light the staff was as friendly as usual. I was so excited to amp up the light in my grow room but low and behold the light doesn't work the last time it was the wrong bulb in the right box I am a bit disappointed.

The Home Depot garden Center is a fantastic addition to the Home Depot main store, for all your DIY gardening needs including swimming pool supplies.

Plants are not individually priced. A cactus rang up at 2 1/2 times as much as the plants it was with despite having the same size container. To get a refund we had to go inside to customer service. Neither checker cared or apologized for the store's error.

The girl checking out in the garden center on Saturday, April 24, 2020 around 9am wouldn't even acknowledge us. No hello. No thank you. Nobody else in line. Purchased around $125 of flowers and dirt. Like my plants, but will not return here. No need to be rude to customers.
