Uninformative and don’t stand behind there quality of work our burnt grass after one week waiting for widow film they didn’t tell us about till the day of install took the window people a week and a half to get our window done they were very busy a company big bully turf recommended and big bully refuses to stand behind it

Big bully turf has been an excellent company to work with. They went out of their way to make sure they got the job done right. Angel Medel and Luke Francis were both really helpful and communicative throughout the process.

I met with Wesley Sorce for my yard estimate.
A truly outstanding individual who explained everything with great clarity.
He showed me on his computer in less then an hour all my high spots, how my yard was draining and explained the product and install so that I truly had very few questions.
He’s extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. These days you can’t ask for more than that!
After dealing with several different companies and some pretty sketchy “salesmen” who seem to believe the hard up sell is the way to badger you into a contract, it was a pleasure to deal with Wesley.

Very professional job; 2-man team showed up on time and yard graded the ground to perfection prior to turf install, then cleaned up beautifully. Very pleased.

I booked a consultation appointment online. The man who came out looked at my project area and said there was a minimum 250 sq ft requirement and that “the ladies in the office should’ve gone over that with me.” (I hadn’t received a call from anyone before he came out) I had him go ahead & measure a larger area than I originally wanted to meet the minimum sq ft since he was already there. After measuring, he showed me the turf sample, explained why it was the best and showed me a price quote which included a $1500 flat fee for a recommended french drain. He then told me about different financing options, presenting some numbers and payment options on his laptop all within about 2 minutes, clicking quickly through the screens, then asked me which one I wanted to go with! I asked if he could email all of that information to me so I could go over it, and he said no, I had to make the decision right then because of a sale that ended that day (which by the way is still currently live on the website right now with options to book an upcoming appointment, so this appears to be false advertising) I told him I don’t make quick decisions like that without knowing all the details and he replied it wasn’t a quick decision because I had already been thinking about getting turf! (What??) Yes, I had been thinking about getting turf, but not increasing the project size to something a lot larger and with different financing options, I didn’t even have a chance to really see what those were. When I told him I couldn’t make a decision right then and there, he said OK, closed his laptop, gathered his things, said, “Enjoy the rest of your day,” and left.
That was my unfortunate experience with Big Bully Turf. Using tactics like that was demeaning, insulting, and unnecessary. I would have moved ahead with getting the turf had I been given a respectable amount of time to digest exactly what I was buying.
Also, according to the website, they are not a licensed contractor in the state of AZ.

Extremely professional! We had Jefferson come out to give us quotes as well as throw in his ideas. He showed us their product compared to other companies and there is a huge difference in quality! Extremely glad we did business with them.

Awesome people the crew with Joel did a phenomenal job they got to my place and didn’t wait around they got straight to it and were open about making sure I liked how it looked they finished the whole job including adding rock in 2 days! Cannot thank them enough I highly recommend them. Luke is also an awesome salesman he really worked with me and made sure everything was fair.

My husband and I chose Big Billy Turf not only because of the advertised cooler backing and cool fill, but because we have kids and pets who LOVE to be out doors and we, my husband and I, wanted a space worthy of entertaining. A space everyone could enjoy and that make our backyard more inviting, the pretty pink back and “waffles” was just a perk for me!!!😉 From Scott our design consultant, to Angel our Project manager to our AMAZING crew with Angel, our backyard has been transformed into something we all love!!! Everyone was readily available to answer any questions we had through out the process and Angel’s crew knock the rest outta the park!!! Completing a project nearly 3,000 sqft with paver surround in just 4 days!!!!🤯 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I CANNOT recommend Big Billy Turf enough, truly a great company and great people!!

My wife decided turf play yards were needed for our dogs, even in Tucson. Over 3 1/3 days Deante’s crew did a magnificent job creating two play yards that look great and are far more functional than the gravel pits we had before. The turf is lush and installed to fit our open spaces, one of which has all kinds of angles and cut-ins. The Big Bully Turf team worked non-stop through 3 plus days of 105 degree temps. We could not be more satisfied and the dogs love their new play surface. We would not hesitate to use this firm again and strongly recommend them.

Jefferson stopped by to share his knowledge of turf, we have been struggling with grass for years and look forward to a green look everyday without the water bill. The turf they offer is not like what the big boxes carry. This turf is American made and the backing is designed to breathe easier, drain better and last longer. Thank you to Jefferson and look forward to many years of a beautiful green backyard.

Consultant very Knowle able and gives great ideas for your budget, not pushy at all. Angel his team did a great job in less than 8 hours and cleaned up any mess. Great follow through from their team leaders and customer service. Highly recommend them if your looking for the best quality turf and have pets.

Tyler was great in helping us plan what we wanted. On the day of installation the project manager, Angel, and crew, :joel , arrived right on time. Angel reviewed everything with us and they promptly got to work. The installation was done in a day as they said it would be. They left the area better than when they arrived, were polite, friendly and respectful of the property. We are very pleased with the results! Looking forward to working with them again!

Great company great products. Even when something went wrong they fixed it right away.

My turf project went as smoothly as you could ask for. From getting an estimate for cost, installation, and cleanup they were prompt and very professional. Very satisfied with Big Bully Turf.

We haven’t had the work done, but we were given the info from a family friend. They did an amazing job on their yard and was very happy from start to finish. We were extremely happy with our consultant, Luke. He was professional and knowledgeable about the product and helped work out a design that we would be happy with.

Tyler a design director with Big Bully Turf came to my door at the correct time. I am a Biz owner and I was very direct regarding the cost, install etc.... He answered all of my questions correctly and when it came to the cost, I gave him my card and said write it up. I had a yard full of fine silt brown dirt and 5 dogs. I needed a type of covering that made sense. I needed an area to play with the 5 of them. Well today was the day!! I worked out the area of installation and I left a very capable crew up to do their magic. When I came home, my gates were all locked and the install was gorgeous! My pups were unaware of the turf until the went around the trampoline!! WOW! They ran in figure 8's for minutes. Then we played on it. My grands can safely do cartwheels on it. Life is better with Big Bully Turf. Thank you Tyler!!!

Just had new turf installed and they did an awesome job! The crew was kind, efficient and hard working! I definitely think the quality of their turf is excellent. And their customer service is also very good. Very excited for our upgraded backyard!

We went through this company because of the reviews for Tucson were better than the ones for San Diego.
We were just going to get an estimate but because of the "selection" of pavers, we signed a contract. After the weekend we were told the paver we picked was not a paver.
We were asked about another one and after the demolition of our yard, the project manager showed up and said they did not have the color in stock. Someone should have checked prior to the demolition.
We were told that if we wanted the color, we would have to purchase a large amount of pavers to get the color.
They then tried to get pavers from Home Depot and they kept showing us gray pavers and we explained we did not want gray.
We finally said that we would go without pavers.
The work was finally finished and looked good, but a couple of weeks later I noticed the seam(which is not supposed to be seen). It is very obvious during the daytime.
We were under the impression that a walk through was supposed to be done by an official never happened.

As a new homeowner, we wanted to jazz up our backyard and decided to explore turf options. Nothing compares to Big Bully Turf. The quality is unmatched. Our rep, Luke, was wonderful, straight to the point, and even worked in the rain! 10/10 cannot wait to see our backyard come to life.

The Installation crew was wonderful. They did an awesome job and were focused on providing us with exactly what we wanted. The quote person seemed very honest and had good suggestions for how to compliment our existing landscape details.

Install crew and design consultant did a great job on my front yard. Highly recommend big bully turf.
