We have been completely satisfied with LoadUp. They have kept us informed in writing several times as we’ve progressed from first contact to contract to employee assignment to employee arrival. With regard to the employee assigned, Rodney, I cannot commend him more overwhelmingly. He is truly a gem and LoadUp is fortunate in have him as an employee. He worked constantly, was well organized, is respectful and courteous and friendly, had a great sense about how to load everything into the truck and to secure all the furniture and items to be moved. He got everything loaded safely into the 15 ft truck. When we arrived at our destination 2 days later, we found all the contents in the trailer still well secured, and not one item was damaged. Great service! They were on time and took care moving the sofa out. Both my apartment and the hall are freshly painted and not a scratch, scrape or mark anywhere. And I’m on the third floor of a walk up so it had to be maneuvered down the stairs. Great job! Thank you.

I called this service to assemble a bike. They sent a great guy named DJ who assembled the bike the very next day and did a great job! I would definitely use this service again.

This was a GREAT experience! I was notified promptly by LoadUp that they were on the way and would arrive at 10:05. At 10:05 they came into the driveway. The guys couldn't have been nicer. They removed my old mattress and opened my new one. They were polite and got the job done quick! I highly recommend this business!!!

Fernando did an amazing job; he had to remove the door to get the old washer and dryer out of the basement. AND there were stairs! It took him about 20 min. start to finish. Will definitely be using this company when the dishwasher and stove need hauling away
