They came at the time they said. It took two guys, about 15 minutes to move one coach an a loveseat. It went well, nothing damaged. Price I was quoted was reasonable. I would use them again.

I got a quote from a local trash pickup and than I researched online and found LoadUp which was recommended by Waste Management. They were much cheaper and faster! Scheduler online was easy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND (they need to do more advertising).

I had never heard of this company before, and a little unsure about what to expect. However, my experience turned out to be top notch! I had a few questions and customer support got back to me IMMEDIATELY! Within minutes!! That impressed me!
I thought the price was fair.
My pick up by Luis was just as promised, he called about 30 minutes as was expected.
Drivers were prompt, courteous, friendly.
I would recommend this company and would use again.

My experience was amazing using LoadUp! I had them remove my king sized mattress and they were friendly, on time, and provided frequent and detailed communication from start to finish. When the 2 men showed up to remove the mattress they were completely finished in less than 5 minutes. It was easy to schedule and they even provided same day service. I also appreciated no hidden fees or any added fees — they kept their service affordable and easy to pay. I will definitely use them for all future needs.
