I had Load Up come two different times, both times to remove an old mattress. The first time they missed their appointment and we had to reschedule but the second time they came right on time.

They were good at communicating their arrival and schedule and they were great when they came to do the removal, quick and efficient.

Pick up person Geronimo was friendly and efficient, he did a great job! However- I had let Loadup know ahead of time that my item was heavy and needed 2 people, and it was just the one person so my son who has a bad back had to help him get it down the stairs. I was surprised that he did not have another person with him to help. I am not sure what happened, whether it was a lack of communication but at least it made it to his car. Yes, a car! He put that super heavy couch on to the top of his little car and strapped it down, another thing that surprised me as I really thought at least a pickup would be used. I hope the company gives their employees good health insurance! I’m not really sure I would use Loadup again, as it’s also pretty expensive.
