It is a little over an hour drive for us to get there but we do not have a pest control place in our small town. It was very worthwhile to make the trip as Willie the man working at the counter was very helpful in what we need.

The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and kind, he explained it to me clearly. I wish people wouldn't take the wrong way when they're educating us customer.

Bought Pre-Emergent from this guy and used it on a couple of my property’s and it did not work at all, I called back hoping to get a refund or compensated but got nothing but him dodging my questions. I did not mix it wrong I also sprayed the ground twice and watered it in as the directions say and still nothing.

Very knowledgeable staff, they give a little education on best possible solutions to your pest problems unlike that of small and large box stores that sell chemicals these people know what they sell and how it works. Also, a service portable sprayer that is purchased there

Never made it there. Phone inquiry into my needs was very off-putting. Employee apparently had something else more important to do. Final straw was that I could not arrange for my landscape maintenance man to pickup the materials on my card or that of our organization. "In person only with picture ID!!! No ifs and or buts.
Forget about them!

The customer service you get and knowledge staff are outstanding. I don't know why you would go anywhere else. The staff answer all questions and offer a great value. If there was 10 stars they would receive it

The owner has always been super helpful. Always leaves you with proper mixing ratios and application instructions for your specific project

I bought a spray tank from this place and after 3 months of use it broke down. I called the owner and he told me over the phone it had warranty to bring it to the store so I did when I got there he opened the tank and he said it had dirt and that is what caused the problem. He told me to buy a new one or he could service it for an extra fee because it wasn’t defective. I asked to service it to find out if what he was saying was true and he told me it will take 3-4 days to service it and that they might need to order parts for the tank and I will have to pay for it. This is just bad business and a bad experience lying to the customers.
