They come on base to do landscaping and leave all of their debris in your yard and only cut a few bushes.

Who shows up at 6 a.m. in a residential community and starts knocking on doors to move cars? Very unprofessional and sloppy too. Workers are also walking into the desert next to housing and using it as a restroom. Overpriced too.

The groundskeeper employees damaged my 2018 vehicle while blowing rocks towards the cars that were parked at my work, I have spoken to Fernando several times and pictures have been taken. I was told it was given to their insurance and I was supposed to get the insurance information but It seems the company is trying to avoid paying for their mistake. Who uses a blower to blow rocks on dirt towards the vehicles? I called the office immediately when it happened and the foreman that was on site didn't even tell the guy to stop. Very bad customer service on the company's part.

Today I pull up behind a line of 10 cars on Kinney and ajo this morning to a ground keeper 424-3older guy in 50s glasses driving 5 under speed limit in the passing lane and not getting over to let other cars pass. So when I arrive at his window he looks at me and I tell him Get over and he proceeds to tell me fxxx you and gets on his phone. When I went to the shop on plum ave to inform another supervisor he did not care nor want to talk about it. This the type of employees you hire at grounds keepers!

Customer Service has been very poor... Services paid for were not rendered... Leadership has a very arrogant attitude... The basic services were never performed yet we were paying this company monthly simply to have the crew at our business sleep under the tree's.

They have proven to be unqualified to fix irrigation systems or to trim tree's. I watched one of the crew members actually rip branches from trees and yet left the dead branch right next to it.

I would not recommend this company for your business

My vehicle was damaged while a wall was being built and cement slurry splattered on the vehicle also. Groundskeeper denied they damaged the vehicle. I guess the cement slurry splattered magically on the vehicles paint too. I guess they are obsessively careful to not damage the body of my automobile but I guess splattering cement isn't negligent either. I never met a more dishonest company than this one. To bad i can't put up zero stars.

These guys took a long leafed plant that is supposed to be whispy and fountain like. They butchered it down to nubs!! It took a year for it to even begin to recover from the last time one of their clueless geniuses butchered it!! This plant is ruined and now an eye sore!!!These folks have no clue as what they are doing and will ruin your yard!!!

As president of our HOA, there is no other contractor I trust more than Brightview. Their partnership has been invaluable in transforming and maintaining our community. Their extra efforts have saved our community tens of thousands of $$$. It's been a GREAT partnership. Shout out to Jaimes Jennings and his fantastic team!!!

Sloppy, inattentive, lazy with a completely myopic in their view of the work they preform. The front of my home has not been blown off for debris since the last time I wrote the HOA Board of Directors, maybe 3 months. Why do we even pay this crew to do the bare minimum ? Don't bother ever hiring them as they not worth the $$. This is 5 minutes of sweeping after the crew finished with the front yard...

Took several calls before they got back to us. We took pictures and sent them to them as requested. We have never heard from them since. We called them because they did work for us 4 years ago, but never again.
