Stephen arrived when he said he would be here. He introduced himself and started to work immediately. He took a picture of the inside of the vent pipe and we were shocked at how much of the pipe was clogged up with lint. You could just barely see the opening.
He got everything set up and cleaned the pipe out. It only took about fifteen minutes to complete.The pictures showed a big difference than when he had started. You could easily see the opening at the end of the pipe now.
We are very pleased with the results. Stephen did a great job. Plus the fact that our clothes dryer works great now. Here we thought the dryer was going out and we would have to buy a new one.

Your scheduling is bad. My appointment was between 8-12. At about 11 a.m. I got a call you were running late and would be here before 1:00. Then I got another call you won’t be here until mid afternoon. Do you really think my day is not planned? I had errands and appointments and kids to pick up. Finally at my suggestion you rerouted another technician and he got here in 20 minutes. His name is Mike and he was very polite. He did a great job. I give him a 5 Star rating but your company a 2.

Nice job on the carpets BUT a great deal of water from the cleaning around all the carpets. I had to thoroughly mop the areas where all the standing water was. Technician took a wide cloth mop (?) around the carpets but that one pass with the same mop left a great deal of cleaning water that was puddled. Sorry I didn’t take a photo.

Michael was great. He called to let me know he could be here earlier than the scheduled appointment; this was perfect! Michael was professional, explained why he would do and completed the cleaning. Turned out better than I expected!

We had a sectional cleaned and it came out fantastic. Gage was on time, professional, and did an exceptional job. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Jesse and Ethan were very professional and friendly. Jesse explained the whole carpet cleaning process and offer an estimate before starting any work. The areas where the cleaning was done is great, however nothing was moved as far as the small pieces. There was a tripod with binoculars on it near a wall which wasn’t moved so the cleaning was around that and very visible.
Small chair not moved so same thing there.
Just wish he would have mentioned that since I asked when I made the appt and was told yes, the tech would move the small stuff.
What was cleaned looks ok. The pet stains are all still there which I believe he said should be gone if we did the more expensive treatment. Oh well.

I liked that I could book service online. A text and email was sent to confirm. I then received a text and email with the technician’s name and picture so I knew who to expect. Ivan was the technician. He was very courteous and competent. He explained my options and gave me prices for each option. I was very pleased with how the carpet turned out.

I had a serious emergency in my home, not to go into detail, but a dog attacked my dog, and there was a lot of blood and feces and fur throughout several rooms, including the garage steaming concepts was the first company that I called that said they would definitely come out that day and they did and they did the most amazing job. There were absolutely no signs To show what had happened. They got rid of the smell. They actually washed some blood and fur off the walls. I will use them for next time when I get my whole house done carpet as well as tile.
