Horatio did a fantastic job, even removing the residue from double-sided tape I had used on a throw rug that I had to take up. The pet stains are GONE. The carpet dried quickly, and cleaning was super fast but thorough. This is my second time using Steamy Concepts, and I’ll use them again. (A couple years ago another company cleaned the carpet and it took FOUR DAYS to dry. The pet stains were still quite obvious, too. Steamy Concepts is 1000% better.) It is not cheap, but it’s worth it!

Matt was recommended by a friend and came out and was on-time, professional and very affordable. He cleaned three large rooms for us and did an awesome job. We had a couple of very large stained areas, wouldn't even know there was a stain after he was done. Highly recommend Matt and CleanPro!

Matt was very professional when discussing his product and services and flexible with working around my crazy schedule as to when it was convenient for me to be home. John called about a half hour before showing up which helped me get my dogs in another room. Once he got here, he explained how his product is different from other cleaning companies and explained what he would be doing and roughly how long it would take. And sure enough, he was finished before I knew it. Wow!! What an amazing job. The carpets were dry within two hours and they look and smell great! I will definitely recommend and use this company again! Thank you John and Matt!!

We have a small child and pets, so we've been through several carpet cleaners to find a company that can help us keep our white carpets clean. Tucson CleanPro is the company we'll keep. John was professional and courteous; he confirmed our appointment the day before and was on time. I appreciate that the products used are safe around small children and animals, and our carpets didn't have that weird crunchy feeling after they dried. It only took a few hours before the carpets were dry -- and they smell and look so much cleaner than they have in quite a while! Just had Matt do 3 rooms and our carpets look amazing! You no longer can tell where the high traffic areas are in the areas we got cleaned. Carpet was dry under 2 hours. Majority of stains are no longer existent. There is no chemical smell in the house. The carpets are soft to walk on and feels good on the feet. Definitely, will be having him do all our other rooms we didn't get done in the near future.

Matt just cleaned our carpets yesterday! We are thrilled with the results!! We had some nasty pet stains that he got out no problem! Matt is amazing! We've been using him for a few years now for our carpets, tile/grout cleaning, upholstery, and he even did the carpet in our car. The process he uses for carpets is great because it dries really fast and leaves the house smelling really fresh. His prices are more than fair and we will continue to recommend and use him as long as we live in Tucson.

Chris did a great job on our pressure washing and sealing project for our pavers. He was on time and very thorough. They pressure washed the day before and came out first thing the next morning to apply the sealant. Would definitely use again.
