I am very very happy with the wonderful job that Michael did with my carpet on 11/7/2025. He was a very friendly person and assured me that he would get the spots clean that I thought would not come out. Great service and I would recommend this company to my family and friends

They did an awesome job! Technician arrived on time, was professional, and did a fast job. Very satisfied! They only issue I had was it was supposed to $45. per room but cost $105. instead. Need to be better at giving All costs up front.

Gage was my parent’s technician. They have disabilities and having new people in their home can be challenging, but Gage was so easy going there were no problems at all. They are smokers and their rugs had smoke smell and pet stains everywhere. We were so pleased with how clean the carpets came out! We will continue to use this business for our carpet cleaning needs.

I scheduled Steamy Concepts for my elderly parents house. Their carpet was stained badly and smelled from their two old dogs that previously lived there. The technicians were professional and well mannered. I talked to my mom the next morning after the cleaning and she said the carpet looked fantastic. She would highly recommend Steamy Concepts to anyone needing their carpets cleaned and deodorized and she will definitely use them again for future needs.

We’ve used Steamy Concepts a number of times in the last few years. They’ve always done a great job on carpets, large area rugs, and large fabric chairs. Christian came out this morning and did a fantastic job. Everything looks great!

Gabe was very professional and conscientious. He texted, arrived on time, communicated well, and answered the customer's questions. Gabe made an initial observation of the premises and then suggested the best setup location -- all in an effort to keep the rest of the house clean and undisturbed. The upholstery cleaning efforts were a complete success as all the stains and dirt were removed from the cushions. After conversation and seeing the results, the customer trusted the cleaning process that was fully explained and subsequently professionally delivered. I have a huge home that was rented out. When the renters moved out, I was overwhelmed by how dirty the floors were the grout was black. The carpet was disgusting. I hired steamy concepts to come in and they completely transformed my floor. It’s absolutely beautiful, and I’m proud to put it back on the market.

They do a good job, just wish they would quote a price that includes everything. There is always an upsell “to make sure it’s thoroughly cleaned “. Not a direct quote, but that’s the implication. I have yet to pay what was quoted. I feel sorry for the person doing the job. They have to do the upselling.

The whole process was great. Scheduling on line, confirmation, cost all communicated clearly.
Michael and his assistant were very helpful and professional. They assessed the issue and recommended the appropriate treatment. We are very pleased with their results.

I am very happy with the upholstery cleaning! There were a few things that he couldn't get out. The couch was 99.9% clean when finished. He let me know that if I did not get pillows cleaned that it would lower price. It is priced at $15 per linear foot. I had the carpet done for way cheaper. I am still happy with cleaning.

Had Steamy Concepts clean our tile grout and a Persian rug. The technician was very thorough and explained what he was doing and gave us tips on keeping our tile grout clean. The tile and grout came out looking like new. Would definitely recommend them for your cleaning needs. They also came out in 2 days after we called in the middle of the Christmas holiday season.

Sebastian was super kind and quick. Got ALL the stains out, made the best vacuum look lines in the carpet! Looks fresh and new thank you!

Austin did our move out carpet cleaning for our living room, hallway, and one bedroom. He was friendly and professional. Provided all options and followed instructions perfectly. This is a fast and efficient way to get the carpet cleaned. I would recommend them.

We had a food spill on the carpet and sofa yesterday..I called them and Gage was able to come out this afternoon. He worked really hard, very nice and professional. They even gave a one week guarantee! Will use them again.

Steamy Concepts came in to inspect the floors needed cleaning. Sebastian was very elaborate and explained everything in detail. He gave four different options for the cleaning and went into detail for each service. Floors came out beautiful for how much damage was done to them! And we didn’t even choose the best option. Everything was done in a timely matter and he showed up right on time! Very satisfied.

Hi! My name is Tyson, I’m a pug-papillon mix. My mom said our furniture was smelling doggy, so she asked Michael from Steamy Concepts to come over and clean it. He also cleaned the living room rug. She knew Michael would do an outstanding job because last September he cleaned our tile floors, he made them look shiny and clean. I try really hard not have accidents in the house, but it’s nice to know we can call Steamy Concepts if we need help!

He gave me all my options and pricing ahead of time to choose exactly what I wanted and provided excellent work/results on both the carpet and flooring/grout. Very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and well taken care of, excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend him as well as the business as a whole - it was easy to schedule and they provide a military discount as well which was nice!
