We had our grout cleaned about five years ago, and we were disappointed that it still looked different from area to area. Arizona Tile & Grout changed all that by cleaning first and then sealing it with a new color sealer. This is the first time I have ever seen the tile looking like it should. Their workers were friendly and professional. I highly recommend their service.

I would, without hesitation, recommend Rob Edwards, and his company, AZ Tile and Grout Care, Inc. Just arriving 2 weeks ago from South FL, I did not know who to trust to restore the Travertine flooring in a newly purchased older home. James and Dereck cleaned, grouted and sealed the Travertine. Both were highly professional and made sure I was 100% satisfied with their work. These men are truly assets to Rob and AZ Tile and Grout. Rob, it is my assessment that you run the best tile and grout restoration business in Tucson.

I am very pleased with the renewal of our travertine tile floors by Arizona Tile and Grout Care. Our floor had a yellowed and scratched shiny acrylic coating. The two cheerful workers stripped away the coating, thoroughly scrubbed and rinsed and buffed and finally resealed with a proper sealant. Cracks and voids were filled and missing grout replaced. It took them all day, but they stayed until the job was thoroughly done to my satisfaction. The floor looks so much better. I would definitely recommend Arizona Tile and Grout Care.

Rob and his crew are absolutely the best in cleaning and coating my tile floor. Dave and Will showed up on time at my house and 11 hours later had my tile looking the way it did when it was new. It is amazing how much of a lift I get when I walk into my home now and am surrounded by clean, fresh tile! It is refreshing when a firm lives up to and exceeds the expectations created when it is presenting its services.

I am absolutely thrilled with the beautiful job that Arizona Tile & Grout Care did on our porcelain tile floors last Friday, Jan. 9th. It looks like a brand new floor! The team was professional and friendly and they were extremely careful with everything that had to be moved. I have no reservations about recommending this excellent company. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

The before and after pictures were both taken during the day from the same IPhone but no one can believe it's the same tile!! Now I love my sixteen year old tile and don't feel the need to replace it. Although the process is more expensive than a cleaning, it is still a tiny fraction of the cost of remodeling.
Rob, the owner, came to give us an estimate on cleaning but explained the results would be minimal. This I believed since I had spent a lot of time and money cleaning it myself. He explained that color sealing the grout would be the only option to get the look I wanted. Using a lighter color sealed grout made the grout lines less noticeable and the tile color lighter. The tile was actually fairly clean in the before picture!
In addition to all that, Derek arrived right on time for the preliminary work. Rob and the rest of the staff came later to complete the job. Everyone was polite and well groomed. The job involved the kitchen, family room and three bathrooms and was completed between 730am and 4pm in one day. I couldn't be happier! Money well spent.

We had great service and results when we had the ceramic porcelain tile and grout cleaned and sealed at our bank - customers commented on the appearance soon after it was completed. My wife and I asked Rob and his expert crew to do the same for us - stripping the floors, re-grouting and washing the neutral-colored ceramic tile throughout our home which had only been swept and mopped for the 14 years we have lived here - the results were amazing - and this time, our neighbors noticed the cleanliness and shine soon after it was done. The staff were two young gentlemen who were professional, polite and did an excellent job. This truly was a 10 star experience and are spreading the word of our great experience and results - Thank you Rob and Staff.

I cannot describe how truly happy I am with the service we received from Arizona Tile & Grout. We moved into a house with an acrylic top coat on our travertine tile (which we have throughout the entire house...) and quickly learned that any tile layer who knows their stuff does not put a top coat on travertine. Ugh. So, our simple plan to quickly clean our tile turned into a full stripping, cleaning, and sealing of our tile. We received a handful of estimates for the job, but Rob's professionalism, communication, and honesty were what made us choose his company.

Rob's team showed up promptly when they said they would and walked the house with me to make sure we were on the same page of the work they would be doing. I left the house for several hours knowing it was in good hands and when I came back that afternoon they were nearly finished with the job. We re-walked the house to make sure I was happy and any problem areas were quickly addressed without question. When I needed to call Rob once his team left regarding a small concern, he sent Derek to respond immediately and Derek made sure he didn't leave until I was happy. I normally hate complaining or bringing up issues after the fact, but considering the large job at-hand, I wanted to make sure everything was done to the standard Rob had promised. And once I called him, he assured me he wanted the same and made it happen.

The guys who worked on our floors were extremely professional and knowledgeable. This was comforting to me especially when I know our floors had already been mistreated upon install. I'll certainly be calling Rob back to have his guys come out and clean our floors on a more regular basis so our floors never feel neglected again.

This company is a pleasure to work with. I hired them to clean and color seal all the grout in my home. Devin, James and Brennan were professional, meticulous and worked very hard to produce a spectacular result. My floors look better than the day they were installed! I have 1K square feet of 15 year old tile and grout that had been looking "tired". I saw Arizona Tile and Grout advertised in Home magazine and gave Rob a call. Rob was extremely professional and patient when he came to give us a quote. I was very impressed. We wanted it done before Thanksgiving and Rob accomidated us which was remarkable since it was only 4 days away. His employees were sharp and very friendly insisting on our satisfaction. The job was done done perfectly and on time. Not the least expensive but worth the extra money to get professional workers and a company that stands by their work. Extremely satisfied and I am rarely able to admit that!

Robert (the owner) and his crew were extremely professional and thorough throughout the entire experience. We were able to get a quote quickly and get the job done only two days later! Our Travertine tiles were in really rough shape, so much so we were considering replacing them entirely. Thanks to Arizona Tile and Grout they look BRAND NEW again. The before and after is shocking, it doesn't even look like same floor. Plus, the entire experience was painless, they moved the big stuff off the floors so we didn't have to worry about it and finished the entire job in one day while we were at work. They also restored or shower tiles, and those to look incredible. This was worth every penny - we will be working with them again the in the future!

There are not enough adjectives to describe how happy I am. We have had dozens of contractors in our home over the last 3 years and none have come close to the communication, honesty, professionalism and quality of Rob & Team. From initial phone call to job completion, couldn’t be more pleased. Rob made it very clear our old Saltillo would not look brand new, but I think he downplayed it a bit too much. It looks FANTASTIC! The crew was friendly and communicative beyond expectations. Rob should teach a class to other contractors. Oh! And did I mention it was so much less expensive than others quoted? I feel like I won the lottery.

We used Arizona Tile & Grout Care to re-seal the granite in the kitchen and clean the master shower tile. Mason was our Technician and he did an excellent job! He not only did the cleaning and sealing but also re-grouted where necessary - both areas look beautiful! I recommend Arizona Tile & Grout and Mason was the best!

Rob and his team are top notch! I reached out to their company needing help with concrete flooring. I wasn't exactly sure how to fix the flooring but Rob came out and provided excellent advice. After his free estimate, he was able to fit me in based on the timeline I had. From beginning to end, Rob followed through with his word. His team showed up and got the job done with excellence. Devo=n and his partner came in two trucks on the morning of April 1, 2024 with a great deal of cleaning equipment. But this is NOT an "April Fool" review. This is the downright truth and I've hired Rob Edwards' Arizona Grout & Tile regularly to clean and seal my Saltillo and travertine tile over the thirty years I've lived here.

You can do no better for the beauty of your home and the health and long life of your tile and grout than hire by far the best service in Pima County--probably the only business in Pima County I know of that's never had a complaint lodged against it by an unhappy customer. Now THAT would be an "April Fool."

We had two shower/tub combos with grout that was falling out and/or stained. Rob was very quick to reply to my inquiry and scheduled us for the following week. James and Devin came out to do the work and I couldn’t have been more pleased. They were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. They took care with our property and did a fantastic job restoring our showers to like new condition. James explained some things about the way our grout was originally installed (spoiler: not well) that might affect performance in the future. Great work at a price lower than some others I checked. Owner Rob showed up on Monday to view my travertine floors (~1500 sq ft) and a crew of three, including owner, showed up Tuesday. Completed the entire job in a single day. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.
