Tom is professional, conscientious, timely, verifies our appointment in advance, friendly, well priced, and always leaves us with a few helpful tips for us to improve the condition and ease of care for our home and flooring. We have a few dogs, kids, and live on a dirt road, so the case we present is not an easy one! Tom does a wonderful job helping our home feel fresh again, and when he leaves you can't smell that he's been there - he just leaves a clean trail behind him. There is a reason Sean at Oro Valley Carpet Cleaning has a 5.0 Review rating: He earns it! Our request may have been out of the ordinary, being in a 42 foot bus, but that was not a problem. Even with the unusual geometry of the floor spaces, the nooks and crannies, and even vertical carpet in the entrance, Sean didn't miss anything. He also uses a high pressure machine to clean the tile and grout lines. Everything looks spectacular and his pricing is very fair. Highly recommended!!

My pool has not been better. Someone is there every Monday morning and they do a beautiful job. At one point I ask for an extra cleaning as my tree was shedding badly and it was done. I’m very pleased with them!

I called Jesse and asked if he would do a chemical service only . He agreed. He told me my service days were Wednesday. On Tuesday I called and asked him if he could help me out as my pool was murky and I had VRBO renters coming in the next day. It took multiple phone calls and texts to finally reach him. At that point he said he wasn't really into chemical service only and didn't do chemical service outside of the scheduled day (which he said was now Thursday...weird). I was disappointed on how he handled this whole situation. I would not recommend this company as they say "Customer Service is their priority. Not really true.

I began using Jesse’s pool service back in July/August timeframe while my husband was deployed out of the country. I didn’t really know how to keep the pool up and when Jesse came to my rescue, he was faced with what could only be described as swamp like. He was super helpful in getting it cleaned up and usable. He also gave me advice on what I could do to maintain the pool during the times between services. If it wasn’t for him, I am not sure what would have happened. Anytime I had questions and or needed assistance with the pool or spa, he was right there to help me. I seriously could not have had such a beautiful pool if it wasn't for him. I look forward to getting my weekly photos showing how beautiful the pool looks after Nu Waves Pool Services cleans it. I don't live at the property so getting these weekly photos makes me look forward to the day I finally move in! They also have been very responsive to various repairs that have been needed to both the pool and hot tub. I am extremely happy with their services.

We moved to Tucson eight years ago and have had Jesse doing our pool for probably the last six or seven years straight. He knows his stuff and we depend on his expertise to keep our OLD pool looking great along with advising us on any problems with our pump, filter and whatever. He's a straight-shooter and responsible, conscientious worker. We're glad to have Nu Waves as our service and intend to stay with this company indefinitely!

Jesse @ Nu Waves has done a great job on many fronts. He not only cleans our pool, he also fixes issues and teaches us, very patiently, how to operate the pool. His level of service and expertise will keep us around as long term customers.

Jesse did a great job installing my new Pentair Superflow pump/motor....and at a very fair price. He was also very helpful in showing me how to set up the timer / controller. I will not hesitate to call Nu Waves for any of my pool's future needs.
