Abysmal service. I had a 7 AM appointment and he just didn’t show up. No call, no message, etc. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt so I called him several times but he didn’t answer all day. At 3 PM he finally answered and had no explanation, just seemed annoyed that I was bothering him by calling. I would suggest contacting somebody else if you want the job done.

I cannot recommend Rick Nagel / Nagel Services enough. He’s a straightforward, honest guy that didn’t try to upcharge pool repair. He also didn’t charge for coming out, only for the work he actually does. Although the scope of work here required a different service, I will call him again and recommend him to anyone in need of pool maintenance/repair!

Absolutely love Carpet Police! I have used them to clean carpet, tile and a sectional my lab tried to destroy. It looked new. I'm in Green Valley now but I'll pay a fee to come down. They're worth it.

We had the Carpet Police clean our sofa and love seat last year. They did a great job,it had quite a few stains, and they got them out.
This week, they did our carpets another great job. The carpet had pet stains in a few places got them all out. Very professional, we would highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing job by Alan and the crew…couldn’t be happier. After having a competing company raise their rates to more than twice their original cost I looked for another carpet cleaners and could not be happier with the results. They absolutely put the former company to shame with the end product. It’s as if the carpets hadn’t been getting cleaned by the company that was prepared to charge me over $1100 for a job that was formerly done for less than half that. Carpet Police came in at less than the original and ended up making them look downright amateurish in comparison. I’m so happy I found the Carpet Po-Po!! They’ve restored my faith in humanity!!

Observed concerning behavior during a job at a neighboring property, followed by confrontational interaction when it was questioned. Management response afterward was minimal and dismissive.

This past Thursday I had Carpet Police in at my apartment to clean my almost 20 year old carpet and when it was done, had some funky smell emanating from the carpet that looked almost new when they left Alan and his associate worked hard on removing old stains. I just want to say that after they left and I started to notice an odor I call the main boss and told him what was going on and he told me what the reason most likely was. Then he had the technician's return and took care of the smell the same day! I have asthma, so it really made me feel like they REALLY CARE ! well beyond the service call A plus service! Would recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU CARPET POLICE! Service El beyond my expectations.

Jack is a true professional at cleaning windows. He got all the water spots out and also fixed the screens. It makes such a difference! Highly recommended.

Amazing experience. Jack and Brian did an amazing job. I was also impressed with their knowledge of windows. They went above and beyond. I have shutters and was having a hard time getting my screen out. Jack got it out effortlessly.

I am getting a house ready to sell and decided to have the windows cleaned. I wasn’t convinced I needed to do that, but I want a beautiful house to hit the market and I decided this was a detail that would help the house be as beautiful as possible. I was not wrong! All the windows got top notch cleaning, from the sills to the tracks and even a couple of screens that had holes in them got repaired. It easily adds value to the home and it now looks so inviting just by how clean and tidy they are.

I never imagined clean windows as being so important, but it really does make a difference. The house I’m moving in to has even more windows. I plan on hiring Marine Clean again to maintain these windows, now that I know how much improvement clean windows make. Thank you Marine Clean, a salute to you!

Jack and Brian just finished cleaning my windows and I'm so impressed that I have emailed all my contacts to recommend these services. they spent 3.5 hours at my house whereas, other people have spent an hour or only a little more time. No corners were cut. my sills inside and out were done, screens wiped down. I darn near walked into my backdoor thinking it was open it was so clean. I will say I paid more than previous companies, but in my opinion so well worth it.

Jack cleaned our windows today, inside and out. And man, did he clean them. He even cleaned the screens. It was a professional job. Like a good Marine, the man takes pride in what he does. We will be a new customer using his services every six months. As a former Marine myself, there is no doubt in my mind that Jack would make Chesty proud!!

Wonderful job of cleaning. Gage and Ethan worked late getting the job done. Even took a bed frame upstairs I had jammed on the stairs and couldn't move. Had nothing to do with the cleaning job. They were so nice

Steamy cleaned our carpets this morning and it looks great again. We have kids, a dog, a cat and a lot of company often so our carpets take a beating. Glad to have them cleaned and highly recommend them.

The young man who provided the service was professional, though and very knowledgeable about the work required. He discussed all issues and listened to my needs. The price was very reasonable and I felt a great value.
