We're so happy we chose Arizona Tile & Grout to clean, repair, and reseal our 40 year-old Saltillo tile floor! Rob was so easy to work with - responsive, reasonable, and actually interested in what outcome we wanted from the project. He explained every step of the process and our options to ensure we were all on the same page before they started the work. On the day of service, they were quick, careful, and did a beautiful job. Besides bringing the floor back to life from general wear over many years, a number of tiles had lost their seal completely from water damage and were a different color so Rob and Brennan carefully applied a mix of stains to perfectly match the rest of the tiles. They are skilled tile experts and artists!

WOW!!! Just WOW!!!!!!!! So grateful to have worked with these guys for our tile! A friend recommended them, so we called to check out the service. After they looked at all we wanted done (had never had tile cleaned; didn't realize how much it needed it), they quoted an extremely fair price and we scheduled the work.

The difference in our home after Arizona Tile & Grout Care worked their magic is AMAZING!!!! Check out the pre/post-cleaning pics taken in middle of job. The change is clear from one foot to the other. With tile throughout our home, now that the 'dinge' is removed, the incoming light on that lovely light neutral surface makes everything so much brighter. We had no idea how much the grout had changed over time, but after Rob's crew was finished, it looks like we have BRAND NEW TILE! Our front patio--which we weren't originally planning to do--turned out so very beautiful, it's definitely enhanced the space... again, just looks like a new tile install.

The small tiled laundry and entry space in the garage which we never even noticed, also was thoroughly renewed; that space has never looked so good!!!

His crew, Wayne and John were on time, kept us informed on the progress and made sure we were happy with the work before cleaning up to leave. We would use them again without hesitation. Highly recommend!! We had AZ Tile & Grout Care out to rejuvenate our Saltillo Tile. It was very worn and needed TLC. Rob explained their process and what to expect for results, very kind, and easy going. The entire process and end result completely exceeded our expectations. The team that came to do the work were professional, kind, and extremely thorough. Their attention to detail was impressive. I had a different company out years before, and the result was nowhere near what Rob and his team did for us. We will absolutely use AZ Tile & Grout Care again and recommend you use them - they are the best!

This crew goes above and beyond to be sure the customer is satisfied with their work. So pleased with my Saltillo being cleaned, grout matched with old grout color, and then sealing 2 shiny coats. The crew also helped repair of front porch Saltillo tile. They then stained the cement that I was not happy with that heads to the front porch and also the driveway. I HIGHLY recommend Arizona Tile and Grout. Rob, the owner, is very easy to work with along with Devin.

Our carpet is now18 years old and time to replace it, but the quality care it has received through the years has made it easy for us to keep postponing... :)
