I would highly recommend them to anyone. They made the whole process super easy. We had our ac unit and furnace replaced. The price was very competitive with other people but the deciding factor for me was the salesman Ryan. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have to say their service is outstanding. We had an issue with the unit that came in, it had the wrong coils. Instead of wasting time to order the correct coils and wait for them to come in they gave us a different unit that to me was an upgrade. This was all happening during COVID 19 and I have to say that all the employees wore protective equipment and face masks. Ultra is a really great company and you should definitely check them out.

Adrian did a superb job servicing my A/C unit. He was available earlier than scheduled (that never happens!), was clear and articulate in explaining the problem, gave me energy and cost-savings ideas, and he was friendly and courteous.

Ultra Air Conditioning just replaced my A/C unit I’m really impressed with their quality of work and service. Aaron was really good in helping me choose the right unit for my house. Rey and Hector the installers did a magnificent job very clean and professional service. We are very happy with our new unit and the quality of work from Ultra Air Conditioning. I purchased an A/C unit in October of 2019. Unfortunately the compressor failed. Adrian was tasked with installing the new compressor. Although it took a week for the unit to arrive, he did a fantastic and professional installation under extremely hot conditions. He provided a complete explanation of all work done with photos.

From the woman who scheduled my appointment, to the gentleman (Anthony) who came out to diagnose the problem, to the two (brothers) who came to install of my new AC, I was totally impressed with Ultra! They were all friendly, prompt, respectful, and trustworthy! And I feel like I got a really fair price on my unit (below the AZ average). This company obviously cares about its customers, it was evident by the way they presented themselves and interacted with me. Anthony was so pleasant and informative; he took the time to answer all my questions, and he even walked me though everything he did to diagnose the problem I had with my AC unit. AND instead of having to rent a hotel room, Ultra gave us a cooling unit that kept it comfortable enough to stay (sleep) in our house while we waited for the new AC to be installed. Great company! The owner(s) should be proud of the people who represent the name. Thanks to everyone for a great customer service experience, which is sometimes hard to find.

Very impressed with the overall experience we had with Ultra. Their customer service was excellent, from the initial phone call (answered by a REAL person at 8 am on a Monday) to the attentiveness of everyone we encountered over the phone. We had a broken compressor and Manny came out the next day to fix it. He was real with his diagnostic visit, made suggestions for possible future problems and did a great job repairing our A/C unit. We will definitely be returning customers! I will recommend Ultra to my friends and family.

Bottom line every aspect of service from Ultra A/C was fantastic! Highly Recommend. The operator who I spoke to on the phone was professional and courteous, they were able to schedule me quickly and were very flexible to my schedule. The technician called me in the morning and let me know when I should expect him and stated he would call me 30 min before he was heading to my home. When Manny arrived he was beyond helpful and patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend Ultra for your AC needs and would not hesitate to call them for any future service.

We have contracted with Ultra Air Conditioning for several years. Twice a year they come out to service our HVAC systems. Appointments are easy to schedule and staff are professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Ultra Air replace two A/C units for us a few years ago, and we've had a maintenance package since. Their expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness have always been fantastic. We just had Manny doing our spring/summer maintenance, and having him at the house was a fantastic experience. He was professional and engaging, and he did a great job cleaning and servicing our units.

Emmanuel was such a pleasure to work with. Our AC went out and he was at my house same day to assess. AC needed replacement and he was able to give me the best price and connect me with a lender that his company works with. It was easy and we had our new system installed prior to the 110+ days in June. My electric bill even went down with the hi efficiency system. I highly recommend. Fast, dependable, polite and real, no gimmicks!

Angel and Rey were amazing! Everyone was so great to work with. So courteous, friendly, thoughtful and professional! They had a great work ethic, were super punctual. We got a great unit and the house feels so nice and toasty now! They did great work and they really went the extra mile for us! I would highly recommend Ultra to anyone who asked!

Technician Adrian came out to my family’s home today to fix our AC issue. He was timely and very polite! He was kind enough to apologize for our last experience with the company. He was happy to explain everything that needed to be done and was patient enough to show us the process as he worked on our unit. Adrian also did the job alone. Which was very impressive. He went out of his way to make sure our unit was back up and running. Did a wonderful welding job. Thank you Adrian! Redeemed the company on his own!

Had to have 2 brand new air conditioning units installed and cant say enough about the installers Robert and Angel they was very professional and very knowledgeable and very friendly.They did an outstanding job installing the units.we are extremely happy with Robert and Angel and the work they did.I will only use ULTRA AIR CONDITIONING to do any air conditioning work definitely a 5 star company

Omar was fabulous as he did our annual inspection, he explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. He taped some things for us, changed our filter. Explained to us which filters we should be buying and alerted us of an upcoming maintenance issue. That’s not covered by our contract. He was polite, personable, and very thorough. Wish every service person that came to my homeless like this!
We have used ultra air for some time now on our home and tour rentals. They are a top-notch company. Very responsive wonderful service. Highly recommend them.

First off, I want to give a big THANKS to everyone at Ultra Air Conditioning. My A/C went out yesterday night. I gave them a call and the gentleman (forgot his name) told me the on-call guys would give me a call back within 30-40 mins. Sure thing, I got the call back. They told me they were booked for the night, but said they could do it first thing in the morning (7am). At 6:45am today, I received a call, that he was running late (which he was not, still 15 minutes left until scheduled time), but was a nice gesture. Anthony R. arrived on time as promised. He checked my unit, told me within 5 minutes that my fan motor had gone bad, proceeded to explain to me and SHOWED me the burnt out wires on it. He also informed me that my unit was 20 years old (as marked on the unit), which was from 1993 and said I was lucky my unit lasted this long. He said usually last 12-15 years. He explained to me that he could fix it for about $700, but also advised me that since the unit was so sold, such investment could be a waste since anything CAN and WOULD go bad in a few months to a year which would increase my expenses. He wasn't pushy and you can tell he was being honest and I've seen my unit for myself. So I figured I would replace the unit, because it really would be an investment in the long run and fully under warranty. He helped me with the app for a loan, I got approved and voila, a time was scheduled for today on the SAME DAY (about 2 hours after Anthony arrived). Rey P. and a white guy showed up and did an amazing job by replacing my thermostat, A/C unit, and furnace which took about 5 hours. Everything looks amazing and I am just so happy I have COLD air again. THANKS GUYS! You deserve all 5 stars.
