Service above and beyond -there is a reason all of their reviews are five star. My AC stopped working so their repair guy came out and replaced two parts (on a unit that is difficult to access on a tall condo roof). It was still not working so he came out a second day and was on roof in triple digits for two hours testing everything (at no additional charge). Still could not solve issue so third day the company owner, Todd Baker, came out himself. He figured out when they built the condos they mislabeled the AC units - mine had the plate for my upstairs neighbor and vice versa. I needed a Freon refill, which would have cost about three hundred more than what I already paid for the replacement parts, but he gave it to me at no charge. Also, the two defective units (which did need replacement) were actually on my neighbors unit which at the time we thought was mine. Todd agreed to leave it there so my upstairs neighbor gets a free repair! Great followup to a troublesome issue.

I've always felt that you can best judge a business by what they do when things don't go perfectly.

The A/C at our office was old, and the replacement of the unit created a few challenges to say the least. The team at Baker handled every step of the project in a professional manner. They always showed up when they said they would & they always let us know exactly what was going on. When challenges did come up, they presented clear honest options and went the extra mile to make sure the work was finished as soon as possible.

If you need A/C or heater repair, I would highly recommend you give Baker's a call.

Update - 2020 - still love this company - they are professional, honest & the best out there! Great company who honestly cares about their customers. They're not out to take your money & just leave - Mark asks lots of questions before dispatching technicians out so that you get the best tech suited for your particular needs. This was one of five companies that have me proposals. Theirs was the best priced. They took their time to talk to me about my needs when they came for the proposal, which made me feel good about the work they would do.

My house has a dual cooling (refrigerator) and heating (gas) for front and back. Both my heating and cooling systems were from Baker's and work great. Over 3 years of comfort and trouble free operation. Great folks, great service, great products and great prices. Just great!

I can honestly say I am blown away by Bakers Mobile Aire's quality of and commitment to customer service. This is the company you should call! Let me explain - the part I need for my mini split is currently unavailable locally from the parts companies around town. Mark (the G.M.) went on line with me to help me buy the part for them to install! Who does that?? He said, "I just want to make sure you are taken care of. This is not about us needing to sell you a part!" It has been a long hard search going through so many companies who don't even call (or text) you back. No more. I can rest easy knowing that Bakers is there when I need them. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable and responsive. I'll never call anyone else

As long as I own a home in Tucson, Baker Mobile Air will have my business. I got 2 quotes for a failed A/C. Bakers quote came in cheaper and was a complete quote. The other company said they would have to send someone back out to be able to give me a quote for a replacement unit. When I called to ask a couple more questions I started a conversation with Todd (later to find out he was the owner). Todd was very straight forward and gave me his opinion on what he would do if he were in my shoes. I could tell he had my best interest in mind and not his profit. I was surprised at Todd’s honesty; usually most companies will try to get you to buy more even if it is not for your benefit. Todd went out of his way to research the best solution to my problem. I planned on giving him a good review from our first conversation, but after dealing with Todd during the whole interaction, I will give him great reviews and more importantly my continued business. I can honestly say this is one of only a couple of businesses that I have dealt with that have exceeded my expectations.

We have used Bakers Mobile Aire for years. They come out twice a year to do a checkup on the equipment. Because of that, we have never needed a repair. During a recent heat wave our A/C decided to quit cooling about 5 PM, which is after hours for Bakers. I decided to put a call in anyway and leave a message. During a heat wave, you can't get in line for A/C repair too soon. In about two minutes my phone rang and it was Mark asking about the nature of the problem. He made a tentative diagnosis of iced-up coils, then he told me what to do about it. It worked like a charm. We got to sleep that night in a cool bedroom. Now that's service!

Bakers installed the a/c unit for us several years ago . When it came time to have some one come out and check it out I called them back. Mark was extremely helpful and gave me a time and date when they could come. He called the next day with a cancellation and asked if I would be available to take it, I was. The two mechanics who came were respectful. personable and knowledgeable. As suspected there was a problem with the unit and they explained it to me gave me an simple explanation and the cost of repair. I had the repair done and am happy I did. A/c is working great and it is much cooler in the house. I am a widow of an a/c contractor and worked with him for 20 years and know a little about the business; because of this I judge workmanship differently but both time Bakers has done work for me I have been favorably impressed with them.
Their workmen are well educated in the equipment and workings of air conditioning/heating. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC.

We had a new AC and furnace installed a couple of years ago and have been very happy with the units and with the service we have received. Manny is always honest with us and never tries to sell us on something we don't want or need, as has been the case with other HVAC companies we have dealt with. We would recommend Baker's Mobile Aire to anyone.

Baker's won't return my phone calls or stand behind their warranty. Had them replace my a/c coil & condenser in 2017. The coil failed in 2022 while still under warranty. All I heard all summer was they could not get another coil. Since November of 2022, they won't answer my calls or return my messages. I am very disappointed and would not recommend Baker's. I have called several other companies this year and none of them had any issues getting me a new coil. Imagine that?!?!
