Blue air conditioning has replaced an air conditioning unit for my family. The service tech was very helpful and they explained what they were doing and why. I appreciated the communication and the punctuality of the team! Great job!

D & J Air Conditioning is the best. My A/C went out last June. They tried hard to repair it but eventually I had to come to the realization that I needed to replace my 20-year-old unit. It was the height of the A/C season in Tucson but they worked me into their schedule and got it installed. It was worked beautifully ever since. I highly recommend D & J Air Conditioning. They are professional, on time and reasonably priced. They do an absolutely great job.

I had a great experience with D&J Air Conditioning. The owner responded to my concerns immediately and the technician (Donnie) was very knowledgeable, professional and a genuinely nice person. Made sure everything was taken care of before he left. Highly recommend D&J!

I waited almost a year to write a review for D&J, because most AC companies can put in a new HVAC system—which D&J did well, and gave me a very competitive quote. What I was concerned about was the after-service. In Tucson, losing AC is like losing water service. I expect at least next day service on a June weekend. D&J gave me assurance of that and also included two years free maintenance, so I called them after nine months to do a once over before summer. Noah, the same guy who supervised the installation, looked over my system and even cleaned the outside coils, which NO company has ever offered to do. Dirty coils makes the system run inefficiently and shortens the life. Communication with the owner is great, I get fast responses to my questions via text.

Cris did an excellent job of servicing my cooler, and he did it quickly. He is a real professional, and I recommend him and Blue Air Conditioning for your air conditioning needs.

Our AC went out on a Sunday afternoon at the end of June. I reached out to D & J and promptly received a call back from Eric, who said he would contact me first thing the following morning to get me scheduled. He was true to his word and Daniel was at my doorstep at 9:30. Within half an hour, he had the problem diagnosed and cold air flowing again. Due to the age of our system, we thought we would have to buy a whole new unit, but Daniel assured us our existing unit still has some life left and advised us to hold off on a replacement. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. We'll definitely use D & J in the future and would recommend them to everyone we know.

The servicemen that we worked with for the repair and replacement of our heating units were amazing to work with. They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and above and beyond just genuinely nice people. While it’s been difficult from a homeowner’s perspective to deal with bad units, D&J helped us navigate the issue seamlessly. D&J helped us make the best out of a bad situation. I have had Blue Air Conditioning out to my house a few times and the experience has been awesome. They were extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed during the repair process since a specialty part needed to be ordered. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest work at a fair price.

We called many companies when our air went out. None of them would help troubleshoot over the phone to prevent two visits and a reschedule. This company had great customer service and came out with a motor and parts. Chris was amazing and got us back up and running in no time. We highly recommend Blue. FYI we live about 40 minutes from the city and they still gave us 100% support.

Our service tech was Dan. He’s the most thorough and knowledgeable tech we’ve ever had working on our HVAC.
We appreciated his attention to detail as well.

Update: Blue Air Conditioning is a great resource for homeowners for one of the most expensive systems in the home. I have worked with them more times than I can count in various ways and with different properties from maintenance to swamp cooler conversions to AC, and total replacement systems. I have been so grateful for their honesty and integrity as well as their skilled service and great customer care. BLUE is the only HVAC company I can wholeheartedly recommend and know that whoever I am referring will be well very taken care of and only provided the services and equipment truly needed for the job. There are lots of HVCA companies out there, but I recommend Blue Air Conditioning. Their service techs aren't commissioned, trying to push products you don't need. You get honest service and quality work - something that's rare in this day and age.

Chris with Blue AC and his team mate showed up on time and quickly got to work to repair our evaporative cooler. They had a challenging job of cutting off the motor pulley, the fan pulley and the bearings which were all fused during to rust. They were successful and got it done as quickly as possible. They installed all new parts and got the cooler back up and running. Great job and thank you.

All of the staff here are outstanding, from great service on the phone and repair technicians that come out. We had Noel today, who was very knowledgeable and thorough on explaining any potential issues.

We’ve been using Blue Air Conditioning for our twice-yearly AC maintenance, and Bart Blue’s team has always impressed us with their knowledge and professionalism. We just had our spring maintenance done, and the technician noticed a part that was testing a little low. They were honest and gave us options—either leave it for a couple more months or replace it before summer. We really appreciated their straightforward recommendation and decided to have the part changed. Now our AC is running perfectly! Blue Air Conditioning helped us replace an outdated system - but only after they did all they could to avoid having to replace the entire system. What that says to me is they care about their customers' needs first. They made the system we had last longer, and I appreciate that so much. Two years ago we replaced our HVAC system, and Blue continues to take great care of me and my AC. Their maintenance plan gives me great peace of mind, and I don't have to do the work!

We really want to support local businesses and we have been trying to find an AC company who’s not only efficient, experienced, and economical, but personable. Our AC went out the night before, we called in the morning and they had a tech out by the afternoon. Noel assessed our system and checked our filter. We have had techs from other companies in the past come out and they never checked our filters before. He checked to see not only if it needed to be changed but wanted to make sure we were using the right kind (we weren’t). He educated us on the style and type of filters we should be using to maximize airflow and ensure the longevity of our unit. He also gave us tips on affordable options and best places to get them. Noel quickly identified the issue the moment he looked at our unit, had the part already available, and quickly installed it. He was so kind and professional. It was easy peasy and we’re back in action!! The air is flowing better than we’ve ever experienced since living in this house and after using other companies. The capacitor and service was super affordable. 10 out of 10! Wouldn’t change a thing. Support local!
