I can't speak highly enough about the team at AirZona Heating and Cooling and Zona Plumbing. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism stood out. They arrived right on time, were incredibly respectful of my home, and their workmanship was top-notch.

What impressed me most beyond the quality of their work, was their dedication to customer service. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. On top of that, their pricing was extremely fair, especially considering the level of service provided.

My experience with Juan was very positive. He was professional and found all the plumbing problems in my home and will have the company do all necessary repairs.

Juan Garcia did a fabulous job. We called at 7 pm for service, they came at 10 am and the work was completed that day. Juan was courteous, professional, clean and extremely thorough. We definitely had a five star experience and will use these services again! Thank you for a fabulous job!

Daniel and Noah did a great job of keeping me informed through the whole process. It was a tense situation (no water), so they eased my mind by letting their optimism about the conclusion shine through.

JR and Noah were very professional and personable. They came out to check a leak and they noted that it was the city's responsibility. They were very quick to find the leak and and had a quick response time.

My insurance company put Zona Plumbing in touch with me because of issues with my sewer line. I was impressed with the quick response time and that I was able to suggest 3 days/times that would be convenient for me. Once a date and time were booked, I received a txt telling me when the Tech was on his way along with his name and photo. The Tech, Juan was on time, polite, very knowledgeable, had modern equipment and provided me with a written estimate should I decide to replace the sewer line. Based on this experience, I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues I encounter in my older home.

We had to have our sewer line (~90 feet) replaced because it was about 60 years old and made of cast iron. Zona Plumbing responded quickly and they did an amazing job for us! They are a really hard working bunch, and it was a pleasure having them on our job! And the price was very reasonable for such a big job.

Juan was excellent and knowledgeable! We scheduled him for another service next week and am thoroughly impressed with his professional attitude and attention to detail.

Many thanks to Albert and Angel. I had a 71 year old waterline issue that they addressed. Their response time was well within a reasonable time frame.From what I observed, the repair was beyond my expectation. It was a pleasure working with Angel. He is a very pleasant person with a great attitude. Again, thank you, Angel and Albert for a job well done. I highly recommend Zona Plumbing for any plumbing issues you would have.

Mr Gilbert , was very professional, and helpful , in answering any and all questions we had concerning the issue.. Very friendly, and explained every step of what was being done .....We would recommend Gilbert to any one we know that has issues with their plumbing ....Thank you Gilbert and Albert ....and the other young man that was with Gilbert they before !!!!!!!

Joel Garcia was very informative and helpful when he cleaned out our sewer line and toilet, him and his company are honest business, you can trust them.
