We woke up to no heat today. John at D&J arrived mid morning and by about noon we have heat!! Very efficient, friendly and professional!! The estimated cost is quite reasonable. We will definitely recommend D&J to anyone looking for help with heat or A/C. Already planning to have them back to check on the A/C before we turn it on this year.

Love these guys! They don't try to sell you won't you don't need. They are very thorough, honest and do a great job. We had a bad experience with Cummings plumbing that wanted us to buy a whole new A/C and we're dishonest about things. D& J was very honest and realized what happened and turned out just to be the thermostat. Saved us over $4,000. I will always be thankful for that.

Everything about my experience with this company was beyond my expectations. The quality of the equipment they installed is top notch. The quote was fast and accurate. The install was way faster than expected and done professionally and cleanly. It was a huge bonus that all the people I dealt with were nice and easy to talk to. We have used this company for a few years and they have always been prompt with service. However, recently we had an issue with a small indoor unit that it took 3 techs to come out to repair and then we were charged over double retail cost for the replacement part. When questioned on the huge markup we were told there was nothing that could be done and that's what their "distributor" charged. If your distributor is charging you double the retail cost of a part, you may want to find a new one. We will now be finding a new company that doesn't try to overcharge loyal customers.

When our roof top Carrier Heat Pump, installed by D&J Air Conditioning in 2005 and maintained by them since, needed to be replaced in March 2021, we got some bids from other authorized Carrier dealers, but decided to stay with D&J because of their track record with our heat pump. The new Carrier heat pump is cooling our single story townhome very well and runs quietly. We have found D&J to be very responsive to resolve any issues or concerns we have had and that their service technicians are competent and professional. We highly recommend them.

They installed our new unit last year. Great family business. They returned to do yearly maintenance and all of their techs are polite, friendly and efficient. I first called a competitor of D&J air’s to come out to check my AC. My AC was running constantly and not cooling the house at all. The Tech showed up and started looking around and checking things. Almost from the get go he started recommending a complete new system for approximately 15k. I asked for him to find what was wrong the current system since it’s only 8 years and fix it. He couldn’t even do that! I was charged almost $900 for nothing.
I called D&J air a couple days later and Chelsea helped me, she was very helpful and even tried to get me a tech that day. Instead I scheduled it for Friday. The tech came over Friday as scheduled and assessed the situation. He found there was just low coolant that was causing the problem. He added coolant to the system and like that, the system was good to go! He also informed me that the system, if it has a line set leak, is still under the manufacture’s warranty, and he will check back with me to make sure all is operating like it’s supposed to. Never once did he try to upswell a new system! He addressed the problem, fixed it and moved on! Thank you D&J Air you have earned a client for life!
