We had some issues with a sewer smell in one of our rentals and we called Arizona Plumbing. The tech, Juan Garcia met me at the home and did a preliminary check and then called the Warranty Co to authorize a scope of all the water and sewer lines. Juan conducted that and found no issues but did make a few other suggestions which we are looking in to. Juan was nicely dressed, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Could not have asked for anything more.

We have had plumbing issues and these guys were fantastic to work with. Turns out we needed a sewer cleanout installed in addition to a line repair. Jose and Daniel were nothing but professional and courteous. They arrived when we were told they would and ended up having to do much more work than initially thought. They did an outstanding job of hiding the cleanout caps and even put my brick sidewalk back together in better shape than they found it. I will definitely recommend AirZona to everybody.

Called Home Serve to fix this! They referred me to Zona. Gilbert came, got the right part and tool and had it fixed in an afternoon. He was early, explained everything and was courteous and professional. Got my water back on, thank you Gilbert!

JR was fantastic! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and so trustworthy I ended up leaving him alone at the house for a few hours while I ran errands. The whole team was great, from the estimation to the finish, and they had come highly recommended by The Flame Connection.

Our house is a 110-year-old former church, so they ran into lots of unexpected problems, but they figured out creative solutions at each step and never charged us extra. Finally, they repaired everything that had to be drilled or cut, and they made it all match the historical aesthetics of the house. They even found a way to penetrate our historic A-Mountain stone foundation without causing any damage! I’d absolutely recommend them.

I got their services through a warranty company and they came out this morning, the two fellas were pleasant, down to earth and explained everything from start to finish, kept mess to a minimum . I did call the company a couple of times to set things up, she explained they were extremely busy that day. I understand because they probably as a company have their own customers and doing the warranty work is probably extra last minute emergencies that they have to work into their already established schedule. Over all I would use this company in the future they were all polite, efficient and did a good job (just finished so hopefully😁). I snapped the photo below when they had dug snd found the leak, these two were good sports about it.

When our sewer main backed up near Grant and Swan, I called my sewer line warranty for the first time. They told me they would try to send someone that day, but couldn’t guarantee it. I began to have doubts. They said Zona Plumbing would respond. Zona’s schedule was full, but they worked us in between 2:00 and 4:00. When no one showed up by 4:00, I called again. They said the technician was 20 minutes behind, and my doubts grew. Then Jose Gonzalez arrived, and immediately put my mind at ease. He explained our warranty and his process. It ended up being a more difficult job than usual. Jose sent a camera through the line four times, augered the line three times with special tools borrowed from another Zona crew, and worked after dark until the job was done. He also explained all my future options to address the root intrusion that caused the problem. I am more than pleased with Zona Plumbing, and especially Jose Gonzalez. I had a main water leak, the supply line from the main to my house. My front yard was flooded. I called Home Serve which is my insurance company and they sent out Zona Plumbing. Zona Plumbing was awesome, Angel found where the leak was right away. He dug it up and fixed it but being old galvanized pipe it sprung another leak. I was devastated this was all I needed. Angel talked to me and told me that I should get the old line out and repipe from the main to the house, I let him know I didn’t have the money to do it, I’m on a fixed income. Angel told me that Zona has financing so he called his boss, I was sent forms, filled them out and was approved and the monthly payment are totally something I can afford. I was so relieved. Angel couldn’t finish the repipe on the first day because the line would have to go under the side walk. So Angel being the Angel he is helped me fill buckets and milk containers from a neighbors house and brought them to my house. He came bright and early the next day with all the parts. They started digging, he had a helper but I forgot his name he was very nice too. It took all day but I have water, another hose bib connection and a couple of turn offs. Angel was so nice and explained everything that was going to happen, what they were doing, just very helpful, nice. They cleaned up all their
Mess which I thought was fantastic because I’ve had plumbers over her that leave their trash here and there. This is the best and most honest company I’ve dealt with in years, and having an employee like Angel is such great asset to Zona Plumbing with his honesty, compassion, explaining things didn’t rush me like I was in his way, kind of like you get with other plumbers. I’m sure he probably didn’t like me asking questions but he took his time to explain what was going on not rushing but caring that I understood. Yes I am recommending Zona Plumbing, my husband was a plumber for years and I know he
Would have approved of Zona Plumbing. I think they’re great, I trust them and their compassion is just something you don’t see anymore. They take pride in their workmanship. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing problems and if it’s a covered problem I will tell my insurance I want Zona Plumbing.

My hot water heater kept running nonstop. Referred by Home Service and called Airzona HVAC & Zona Plumbing, Jose Gansalez came promptly and investigated the issue and found out that I had inhouse underground hot waterline leaks near the hot water heater and a nearby bathroom. Instead of ripping, digging through underground option, I choose the option of whole house waterline re-piping from the roof, threading and piping through the ceiling to all the places that need hot and cold water in the house. Jose described the re-piping plan to me with assurance and confidence, and the project was feasible and cost-effective. Conrado Sotelo, Daniel Acasta, Bryan Garcia came in, threaded pipelines through the roof, opened part of drywalls, through the ceiling with their unbelievable confident skills and patience, completed a brand-new whole house hot-cold waterline in time for me. Eventually I had my hot water heater replaced and installed by Conrado Sotelo and Ozzy Ztarain very professionally and flawlessly. After all the re-pipping project was completed, Abel Palma came in, patched up all the opened drywalls and painted them over with perfection as it was the original. I am in awe by the team of Airzona HVAC & Zona Plumbing by their profound skillful workmanship and professionalism.

Juan was great! This was his return visit after they found the replacement motor for our unit. He was prompt, efficient and very informative to explain all the adjustments he made. He answered all our questions and was very respectful of our property.

Daniel is a terrific young man and did an excellent job replacing our kitchen faucet. We have recommended AirZona to our friends and neighbors after your company did a great job in replacing our daughter’s AC with a new split AC. Thanks again for working with us!

JR and Brian completed the installation of my mini split, and I am very satisfied. They were polite and courteous throughout their time in my home. I have now used this company twice for installation needs and have been very satisfied both times. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had a maintenance appointment today with Juan Garcia from AirZona Heating and Cooling/Zona Plumbing. He provided excellent service, information and recommendations! He was very thorough in explaining what he found and would be in his report. He also provide information about products and service AirZona offers. He was very detailed in all of his explanations and is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He get extra points for being a native Tucsonan and very nice! I would definitely recommend Juan and AirZona Heating and Cooling. It's a locally owned and has great reviews which why I chose them. I'm glad I did.

JR And Alberto were exceptionally professional and friendly. They got straight to work and left the area in better condition than they found it. They quickly identify the source of the leak thoroughly clean the surrounding area and replace the damaged materials with new secure coverings around the pipe their attention to detail and quality workmanship were greatly appreciated.

We recently had our fourth water-line break in our backyard. After multiple prior repairs covered by our water line insurance, Conrado from Airzona HVAC & Zona Plumbing came out to assess the newest issue. He immediately suggested that he might be able to get the insurance company to approve a full line replacement—and within 30 minutes, he had the authorization. We were thrilled.

Conrado installed a temporary bypass that kept our home fully supplied for the next week while Blue Stake completed their work. The day after they finished, Conrado returned with his apprentice to replace the entire in-ground line. He was patient as I explained the various electrical and drainage lines running through the area, and he took great care working around them.

In under four hours, the new line was installed, and he even added a new pressure-regulating valve at the service connection in the alley. The work was efficient, professional, and high-quality.

I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by Airzona HVAC & Zona Plumbing—especially the outstanding work by Conrado Sotelo. Highly recommended.

On 02/05/2026, Diego Meza-Lugo from Zona Plumbing came to our house to clear our bathtub drain and install a new kitchen faucet set. He was prompt and friendly - patiently answering all of our questions. The drain proved harder to clear than originally anticipated, but he stuck with it. It has been so satisfying to once again have a tub that drains quickly and easily. He did a fine job on the kitchen faucet as well. We’d welcome Diego Meza-Lugo back to work on our plumbing anytime.

Angel, Jose, Albert, Lizzie and the scheduler, the whole team- they are all super pros and do what it takes to get the job done in a way that made me feel like they cared and weren't out for the money. I have always had a good experience with them and highly recommend them. Angel fixed a bad leak we had a showed us where there was issues beyond that so we could deal with them before they wer big issues and we really appreciated him going over and above the job. Jose and Albert have been very helpful to us as well. Great job Zona! We really appreciate you!

Zona Plumbing has now been sent out to our home three separate times through the warranty company recommended by the City of Tucson, and every single interaction has been excellent.

They are consistently on time (and have always been able to come out either the same day or early the next), incredibly easy to schedule with, and persistent when it comes to actually solving the problem — not just putting a temporary band-aid on it.

Our house unfortunately does not have a clean-out, which means they have to access the line through the roof. This most recent visit happened on a rainy day, and I was honestly expecting that they might need to reschedule — which would have been a huge issue for us since we literally couldn’t flush toilets or use any plumbing in the house at the time.

Thankfully, the technician who came out didn’t hesitate to do what needed to be done. He spent THREE HOURS working through the issue to make sure everything was fully resolved and our facilities were working again. It would have been very easy to do a quick, partial fix and move on, but instead there was a clear commitment to doing quality work and providing great customer service.

I don’t know how contractor compensation works with warranty companies, but regardless, Zona Plumbing has never made us feel like anything less than a priority.
