Juan was a pleasure to meet with as he accessed my plumbing needs. He was patient and detailed. I got a quote on the spot and it was so reasonably priced! Diego came out the next day and completed the work perfectly. He showed me pictures from the attic and walked me through his completed jobs. I whole heartedly recommend this family owned company.

Contactor was fried, took the part in to ask for a replacement. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Part worked perfectly, would definitely recommend these guys. Very knowledgeable.

I needed a capacitor for my AC unit, so I took my old one in. I wasn't completely sure it was bad because I didn't check it with a fluke meter. They looked at it and told me it was bad because it was swollen and bulged. They had the capacitor I needed at a great price too. I forgot my wallet at home and the manager Jason said take the capacitor and call me when you get home and I will take your card then. I did and install the new capacitor and all is working good. Business's just dont do this these days. They don't usually care for their customers like Adobe did. Thank you Adobe HVAC.

This store and the wonderful people that work here saved me so much money! My Ac
fan motor seized and I was without ac with 3 kids at home. I was able to come in the store and get a replacement fan motor and capacitor the same day.They went above and beyond and explained how to connect it back. They also answered my 1000 queations to make sure I was able to get my unit back up and running. I felt like I was a real person and not just a customer number. Thank you to Dave and team!!

Honestly this is one of the best HVAC businesses I have ever been too. They go above and beyond and Jason was amazingly exceptional in helping us getting our AC running for us and our 5 dogs. Even with all the questions, he was always happy to help. Truly could not say enough good things about this place. This is definitely the place to go for all our HVAC needs!

Went in looking to replace a Swamp Cooler and Christy gave me the low down on the Heat Pumps they offered and connected me to a great group of guys who picked it up and installed the unit into my tenant's Casita. Shop here for all your HVAC needs don't shop big box stores.. SHOP LOCAL. The owner is there & helps you. Great service... They had 4 different style of space heaters to pick from. Paid cash & got a 10% discount.

The owner Jason helped me find just the right parts for my old heat pump. He went above and beyond making sure they would fit. Great prices. Saved me a lot of money, and he is a wealth of info. I’m happy to support a local business versus the soulless big box store.

When the time came to replace our split ac system, there were tons of options. After reviewing them all, we chose to go with Air Tropics. Their price was competitive and the cost of their yearly maintenance plan was much more economical than even the most established companies in Tucson. Their install crew had the new system installed within a few hours, answered all of my questions, and addressed all of my concerns. Getting a heater into an attic is messy, but when they were finished you couldn't tell they had been there. I have only had the system for a week, but so far it works as advertised. I'll be sure to update this post as necessary, but so far Air Tropics gets an A+ from me.

We had to run our ac unit for the first time yesterday. Unlike our previous condenser, you can’t hear this one at all. So far i’m very impressed with the ac unit. The house feels great and it’s quiet.

Scott and his crew were great. Had called 4 other AC companies before calling Air Tropics and all were unresponsive, booked out two weeks or just were not helpful. Air Tropics was responsive, punctual, professional and kept us informed as to what was happening with the service call. Highly recommend Scott and his team.

As a Realtor I've used Air Tropics for inspections and referring them to clients and friends. After limping along with a lesser quality system with Air Tropics repairs. I've upgraded my system from a 14 seer to a Trane 18 seer variable speed. The install was as promised and professionally done. I'm very pleased with savings and quietness of system. I highly recommend Air Tropics.

We had the Air Tropics team install a new HVAC system in our home, as well as in our rental property this year. We were very pleased with their work ethic and professionalism, from start to finish. They arrived on schedule, completed all work on time, and left our properties as they found them. In addition, we appreciated that they wore masks and followed social distancing protocols when in our home and interacting with us.
